• Manish (2/5): Pathetic . - Location wise it’s good … Staff are very unprofessional ..despite booking in so may days in advance had to wait ten minutes at front office to complete the formalities …very casual attitude of the staff ..not worth for the money .

• Aditya (9/5): All good - Restaurant downstairs offers good dining experience. Staff at reception is friendly enough! I had my overseas drivers license and they still wanted to see a passport. Found it very weird since everywhere in the world any authentic ID such as license is more then enough. Overall they accommodated me with passport photo. But I believe they should have some sort of international system if you are charging that price.

• Adasgoa (9/5): It was lovely stay and I enjoyed the comfort of the room, good food, and in general, good behaviour. - Very good breakfast spread; F&B Service personnel and the Chefs were interactive and helpful; good attitude. Loved the variety of food on offer. It was nice to see the seniors of the department training and guiding the interns well. During the dinner buffet, the F&B staff were not sufficiently observant or were slightly negligent in clearing the used plates and bowls piling up in our covers. This needs to be looked into.

• Rajeev (9/5): Superb - The room I was upgraded to with my mother was for people who require hand rails etc..e for the handicapped or the aged. It was pristine clean and the floor shone brightly. Bathroom was again just excellent. Staff is exceptional and goes out of the way to meet customer requests. The lunch served in my room, a Veg Biryani was extremely spicy and not palatable. Bananas sent to our room were raw as opposed to being ripe. I provided my feedback to the team who viewed my critique positively and went about makin amends to make our one night stay in the Hotel a pleasurable experience. Next day morning the breakfast served was of a very good quality with a variety of options served to suit any palate.
• Ujjal (8/5): Perfect stay option if you are on a business trip in gurgaon and your business is at sector 50 62 66 - The warmth of the staff was top notch , from the reception to HK to restaurant and the check out desk ...everything was good The ala carte menu could be better

The limited access to elevator was very inconvenient as we were a family staying there but the access to the elevator was only 1. Every time we had to go up we had to ask the front desk staff. The room provided to us had very strong smell coming from the drainage hole it was not that bad during first three night but the third night we couldn’t take it and had to change the room during midnight the hotel staff were very cooperative they did help us to shift immediately

The person at the reception was very humble. The Main door lock was too tight to use it. The toiletries were not available before entering the room, had to call and only received extra towels but no bath shower gel.

• Gerald (9/5): We a wonderful experience at the Lemon Tree hotel . I highly recommend to visit/stay. - The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable.They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 10am. We got to hotel super early and I didn’t wanna wait. So this was a big plus and they allowed us too later check out because our flight was at night.The sevice was exceptional as well. Would definitely send a friend there.
