Verified traveler (10/5): Incredible Value For Money! - Excellent Value For Money and has some of the biggest room sizes! The staff is really nice and friendly. Like you may read with most reviews yes it doesn't have an elevator but that shouldn't be any reason not to book at this lovely hotel!
Ivanova (10/5): Замечательно! - Очень хороший отель, расположение великолепное, рядом Московский вокзал, Невский проспект. Комната большая, уютная, чистая. Персонал вежливый, приехала раньше времени заселения, разместили сразу, есть возможность оставить багаж после выселение.

Aleksei (10/5): Отель на Лиговском - Отель отличный. На ресепшене вежливый персонал. Заселили раньше положеного, за что отдельное спасибо. Номера очень чистые и уютные. Но в нашем случае окна выходили на Лиговский проспект, от чего мы не могли открыть окна из-за шума. С закрытыми окнами и кондиционерам все ОК. Единственное что не понравилось - обслуживание на завтраке, который проходит в соседствующем грузинском кафе: На ресепшене дают листок для заказа завтрака на следующий день. Первый день нам не принесли круассаны. И официант, далеко не самый вежливый, просто ушел и ничего нам не сказал. Второй день вместо круассана с сыром принесли маленький кексик и сказали что круассанов нет. На третий день снова круссанов не было. При этом все напитки и блюда (два основных блюда, десерт, горячий напиток, холодный напиток, игристое вино) приносят одновременно на крохотный столик, с фразой "сами разберетесь кому что". В итоге десерт (блинчики/сырники) успевает остыть, кофе тоже. Сидишь в горе тарелок, которые тоже не убирают. Попросились в соседний зал из-за того что дул кондиционер, сказали что туда нельзя, но потом другие гости отеля туда прошли. Я понимаю что на завтраке официант не ждет чаевых, но такое обслуживание огорчает.
Valentina (8/5): Командировка в СПб - В целом приемлемый отель по соотношению цена-качество. Месторасположение шикарное , центр города. Чисто, большие номера, внутри, кажется, уютно. Насчёт завтраков нужно иметь в виду, что все по меню, заказ достаточно долго ждать, что не совсем удобно бизнес -путешественникам. Мне от желаемого завтрака пришлось отказаться , наскоро перекусив тем, что кухня могла быстро подать. Гостям предоставляют комплимент - бокал вина в номер.

John (10/5): A great 3 day's in st Petersburg - We arrived very early in st Petersburg and our check in was not untill 2pm but the hotel gladly stored our luggage until check in. We explored Petersburg for a couple of hours. The hotel rang us and said if we wanted we could check in 2 hours early which we did. The hotel is perfectly situated only a 5 minute walk to the main train station and metro. Room was spot Las at the rear and very quiet. Staff very helpful and speak english.. Definitely would stay again.

Verified traveler (8/5): Hyvä perushotelli - Tilat ovat uudet ja hyvässä kunnossa. Pihan puoleisessa huoneessa oli hiljaista, mutta Ligovsky-kadun puolella voi olla meluisampaa. Siivouksessa oli pientä hikkaa, sängyn alta löytyi epämääräinen muovipussi. Minibaaria en saanut auki eikä sisäänkirjautumisessa mainittu sen olevan lukittu. Kuitenkin yleisesti ottaen hyvä hinta-laatusuhde. Alakerran ravintolassa on tarjolla hyvää ruokaa.
V+J (10/5): Supergoed hotel - Goed hotel met zeer vriendelijk personeel. Heeft een goede keuken. Groot voordeel vond ik dat het ontbijt niet uit een buffet bestond maar dat je bij het entree van de ontbijtruimte je keuze invult op een formulier met een aantal opties. Hierdoor geen (minder) verspilling en onnodig teveel opgeschept eten weggooien. Hotel is super schoon en personeel zeer hulpvaardig. Hotel is prima gelegen op loopafstand van het centrum. Indien lopen geen optie is, is bus/metro of taxi snel te regelen en beslist niet duur. Genoeg leuke goedkope eettentjes in de buurt.
Verified traveler (10/5): Excellent stay - Great location . 15 minute walk to the train station for trains arriving from Moscow . Also 10 minute walk to metro station . Hotel is right in front of the Galería Mall . The staff was superb . Upon our arrival we were greeted by someone who was fluent in English . During the rest of our stay the rest of front desk staff was also fluent non Spanish . We had no problem with communication with staff . The room was comfortable. No elevator so you may have to carry your bags up 2 flights but when we arrived the bellman helped us with this . Excellent stay , would recommend this hotel .

Mattias (10/5): Bra standard - Bra standard, rent, bekväma sängar och goda kommunikationer. Mitt emot ligger ett av de största varuhusen i SPB. Spårvagnen passerar precis med ljud och skakningar men det märks inte i rummen mot gården.

Andrey (4/5): Средненько так - Отель очень хороший, очень качествено сделан и в нем очень комфортно. И цены на хорошем уровне. Но оценки ставить хорошие не буду ни при каких обстоятельствах. В двух отелях до этого жил и отзывался о низ на все 10 с плюсом...сейчас не могу заехать- ценник - АДСКИЙ Один минус глобальный - холодные завтраки в номер - причем холодные ВСЕ блюда, вплоть до кофе..пребывал в шоке просто , сервировка супер просто- а кофкюе кипятком разбавлял из чайника.
