• Verified traveler (6/5): - Hotel is rather old and not well maintained. Water flask is dirty and had black particles. Hotel is backward and there is no wifi. But it gives an interesting experience of traditional Japanese living. Dinner provided is quite good but breakfast is simple.

• Verified traveler (6/5): - 安い宿を選んだのでそんなに文句を言ってはいけないが、 古い建物でスタッフの人数も少なかった。 部屋は広かったがそんなにキレイではなかった。 北海道なのでエアコンなしの部屋でもOKと思っていたが、 思っていたよりも暑かった。 Wi-Fiがないのは今どきどうかと思う。 夕食にカニが出てきたが一人につき2本ついていたが、 私の分だけ1本しかなかった。 向かいにある湖畔亭のお風呂に入れるのはよかったと思います。

• YA-HSUAN (4/5): 飯店老舊 - 飯店老舊無所謂，但不乾淨。唯一的優點是餐點還可以，然後提供去對面的湖畔亭泡湯服務不錯。
• BYEONGCHANG (6/5): - 다다미방에 카플이 투숙하였습니다. 두끼 식사와 공중온천탕을 즐길수 있었고 인근에 유람선 부두가 있어 편리했습니다. 단지 방과 세면장이 너무 좁아 불편했습니다.

• Daryl (8/5): Decent one-night stay at Lake Toya. - Hotel staff were friendly but sometimes not readily available. Comforter had a few stains on them but the beds were mostly comfortable. Place felt slightly run down, but hotel had a very good location. Overall adequate for a one-night stay.
• Verified traveler (8/5): - We really enjoyed staying here, although the property is old but room is big and the staff I dealt with was excellent and have a good understanding of English and we can communicate well. Also we were impressed by the dinner provided, it was decent homecooked styled dinner box. It's located close to the river and we can use opposite hotel's onsen which over looks the river.

• WENLIN (6/5): 可以更好 - 這是一間有年紀的飯店，設備較舊是在預料中的。窗簾有蜘蛛絲，浴室非常擁擠，蓮蓬頭始終調不出適合洗澡的水溫，不是太燙就是太冰。 優點是價格相對便宜，而且可以使用湖畔亭頂樓面湖的浴池。

• Verified traveler (8/5): - โรงแรมเล็กๆ ที่จอดรถไม่เยอะมาก มีพนักงานอยู่ประจำสองคน ดูจะงงๆ กับการจอง ไม่มีที่ให้ลากกระเป๋าเข้าโรงแรม ต้องยกกระเป๋าขึ้นบันไดเอง ห้องเล็กไปหน่อย ถ้าให้ดี ควรขอห้องริมทางเดินฝั่งทะเลสาปจะได้หน้าต่างเพิ่ม และชมวิวทะเลสาปตอนเช้าได้ แต่ตัวโรงแรมไม่ได้ติดกับชายหาด แต่มองเห็นวิว ไม่มีไดร์เป๋าผมให้ ตอนกลางคืนน่าจะหลังเที่ยงคืนจะไม่มีพนักงานคอยดูแล อากาศดี ไม่ไกลจากที่จัดงานแสงไฟปีใหม่ มีร้านสะดวกซื้ออยุ่ใกล้ๆ

• May (2/5): 污糟，好大舊屋臭味 - 通常我都會睇住客的評語 ，然後決定住哪一間酒店， 好可惜呢間酒店， 比我很大的失望， 一入酒店lobby， 已經聞到一陣好舊屋嘅臭味 ，跟住 個'' 立'好污糟好臭, 污糟到不能形容, 好在上到二樓 走廊及房間的 tatami 還可接受, 否則不知怎樣睡覺 ，但是打開房門 那種到的味道已經走出來，馬上要開風扇吹走臭味 ，因為是冇冷氣的，好在還有一把風扇，但風力不強 ，不停出汗， 因為是夏天。 有個住客的評語 是退回160 Yen 是個客自己鋪床， 但是接待員 直接叫我自己鋪床 沒有160回扣，haha, I dun care that 160 yen, but what a service? 好在 溫泉是在另一間姊妹酒店, 就在它的對面, 這是唯一的安慰, 至於晚餐及早餐 真的不敢恭維, 而且他的水, 是一陣酒店的臭味道, 怎樣喝下去呢， 如閣下覺得這樣情況下 去住酒店 ，這樣不是享受自虐待
• Annita (6/5): - A rather old building but including breakfast and dinner.No air condition, it’s little bit hot.
• WoanShi (8/5): - Front desk speak good english and very helpful. Some comment said main entrance locked after 12am, we didn't face this problem. Staff help to make up the futon bed during dinner time, it was comfortable to sleep on. Dinner were great too but breakfast was poor, very less choice and food looks faded. Guest in Toya Gokirakutei are allowed to use onsen bath in Kohanten that located just few steps from the hotel. No towel provided in onsen bath, we have to bring from our hotel room but Yukata is available at the front desk. There are plenty of parking lot next to the hotel, sharing with Kohanten. In overall everything is good, but if you have higher budget, i would suggest Kohanten.
• Verified traveler (6/5): - 宿泊客は、隣の湖畔亭の温泉に無料で入ることができるが、10階にある大浴場は修学旅行の小学生やインバウンドの客で大混雑、大騒ぎ状態だった。そのため、落ち着いて入浴することはとてもできません。階下の宿泊客から騒音に関するクレームが入ったようで、スタッフが浴場に飛んできて、静かにするよう何度も呼び掛けていた。

• Verified traveler (8/5): - good and clean room, excellent service, gd bento box for dinner, can use onsen at sister hotel. Convenient location,5 min from the lake , can see sunrise, sunset and fireworks. Good value for money, free parking.
• wen (8/5): 平價舒適的旅館 - 平價舒適的旅館，唯一缺點是隔音不太好，除此之外櫃檯人員很好，早餐服務人員也很好。餐點簡單但口味ok，吃得飽。

• Lisa (10/5): Can't wait to visit again - Lake Toya was a dream and this hotel was a great option for a quiet place while still getting to use the amenities (especially that 24 hour spa) at the neighbor hotel. The front desk/manager was super patient with us despite our language barrier. Thank you so much for such a wonderful stay!! Next time I would stay for a lot longer!
• Phoebe (8/5): Strategic Location - Advantage : The hotel is located near to attraction in Lake Toya (eg, lake toya, foot hot spring) with walking distance.. There is fireworks during summer. Friendly hotel staff. Spacious area in the room. Disadvantage : Only face towel is provided in the hotel. There is no wifi available in the hotel rooms or lobby and also no air conditioning available during summer.
