Claudia (8/5): - Wir hatten das allerbeste Frühstück auf unserer Apulien Reise, Auswahl und Geschmack der verschiedenen Speisen, vor allem die Auswahl an Kuchen, war super sowie die Mitarbeiterinnen im Frühstücksraum. Es sind genügend Parkplätze vorhanden und die Zimmer sind schön renoviert. Gott sei Dank konnten wir im Hotel zu Abend essen, da die allgemeine Lage in Santa Cesarea Terme deprimierend war, Vieles sieht heruntergekommen und dreckig aus, es gibt kaum Geschäfte zum Einkaufen oder zum Essen gehen (Reisezeit Ende April). Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt.

Anita (9/5): schönes Hotel mit Meerblick - Sehr schönes Hotel, gutes Frühstück, schöne Zimmer mit bequemen Betten. ich würde beim nächsten Mal aber auf jeden Fall ein Zimmer mit Meerblick buchen, dieses Mal hatten wir Blick auf den Parkplatz. Die Terrasse oben ist wunderschön und mit Blick aufs Meer, der Frühstücksraum ist ebenfalls schön und die Auswahl gut. leider war genau in der einen Nacht, in der wir dort waren in der Nacht von 2:00 an Wartungsarbeiten (periodic environmental prevention) und wir durften die Fenster nicht öffnen/kippen.

Lorne (9/5): Highly recommended - amazing views, charming staff and excellent food. - Loved the location, amazing views and delicious food. Breakfasts were excellent and dinner in the restaurant was a very high standard (much better than any of the other restaurants we ate in) so highly recommend other guests to eat dinner in the hotel. Rooftop terrace bar perfect for a drink and space to chill. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Nothing, they are building a swimming pool, so there's small amount of disruption in the grounds at the front of the hotel, but the workmen were very considerate and had no impact on our stay (April 26)

Uli Neumann (10/5): Es hat uns gut gefallen, so dass wir wieder kommen würden. - Uns hat der Ausblick sehr gut gefallen. Auch das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig. Hervorzuheben ist ebenso die Freundlichkeit aller Mitarbeiter. Da wir im Oktober im Hotel waren, war es sehr ruhig. Mir fiel auf, dass aus dem Badbereich ein Geruch, der aus einem der Abflüsse kommen muss, zu vernehmen war. Nicht sehr intensiv, aber doch zu spüren. Deshalb habe ich die Tür zum Bad meist geschlossen gehalten.

Julia the receptionist was also a delight - thank you for your warm welcome and great service! Breakfast was super generous. Not so impressed by the hotel restaurant and the service there. Meals and drinks in the bar were pricey. Recommend visitors seek out other options in the town.

Normelita (5/5): The staff were so friendly and helpful. - Friendly staffs, very helpful. The facilities are so minimum. The hairdryer was not properly working. It turns off after few seconds. There’s no tissue paper, we have to use toilet paper for our face. No hand lotion. The sink counter is too small, no place to put our cosmetics.

La proximité avec le centre ville La présence d'un restaurant La communication possible via WhatsApp avec l'accueil Présence d'un parking gratuit Nous avons bénéficié d'une chambre standard (pas de vue côté mer). La chambre était plutôt correcte cependant la climatisation était trop froide (voyage fin septembre), nous avons du passer par l'accueil pour ajuster cette dernière .. et au final nous avions trop chaud sans possibilité d'ouvrir la fenêtre car extérieur bruyant la nuit. Femke (8/5): Superfijn hotel in desolate omgeving - Mooie locatie, balkon met seaview. Heerlijk ontbijt. Snel via een trap op de boulevard. Fantastisch comfortabel dakterras voor de aperotivo. Goede keuken voor diner. San Cesarea Therme viel erg tegen, vergane glorie en uitgestorven. De bekende prachtige strandtent Bagno Marino Archi bleek dicht. Maar daar kan het hotel niets aan doen.

JamesM12856 (10/5): Lovely Hotel in a charming town . - The hotel is really beautiful and well maintained. We had a ground floor front room and it had a lovely terrace with plants providing privacy. Breakfast was excellent, lots of choice and in a lovely room looking out to the sea. No lunch available at the hotel however there are a few places a short walk away. Dinner was in the top floor and we really enjoyed the food and service. Good selection of wines, whites were served chilled but the reds were served too warm. There are lots of places to sit and relax in however most are in full sun. They could do with providing more shade, particularly at the lowest level adjacent to the hot tub/Jacuzzi. I doubt we will return to this area but if we did would definitely return to this hotel.

Giovambattista (7/5): Hotel carino e pulito… forse il prezzo richiesto un po’ esoso per i servizi offerti e le camere carine ma paragonabili a - Struttura pulita con una buona colazione ed una bella vista dalla terrazza del ristorante Il primo giorno ci hanno assegnato la camera dei disabil a piano terra accanto la sala colazione. Dietro nostra esplicita richiesta la ragazza del front desk dopo qualche iniziale tentennamento ci ha cambiato la camera. Sono allergico in maniera importante ai gatti e vederli gironzolare liberamente in mezzo ai tavoli durante la prima colazione non è stato di mio gradimento, rispettando chi ama i gatti e gli continuava a dare da mangiare. La zona idromassaggio inclusa la vasca da rivedere/manutenere così come tante altre cose nella struttura.

judithsZ1797MU (10/5): Book a sea view room and enjoy exploring the beauty of Salento - Immaculately clean hotel and public rooms. Staff including Julia, Stanley and in particular Giuseppe to mention a few were super helpful with day trip ideas, restaurant recommendations etc. please ensure you book a room with a sea view as the tour operator I used presented misleading images and we spent 10 nights in a rear facing room with a view of a wall! The hotel was super busy and we fully understood that they were unable to change our booking to a sea view room. We spent most of our time visiting the local towns, enjoying the jacuzi or at the local beaches and lido. We did not let this affect our enjoyment it’s a fantastic hotel. The restaurant on the roof terrace serves the BEST cuisine in the resort and our waitress was just lovely and professional. The aperol spritz and views pre dinner were fantastic. Giuseppe, thank you again for your recommendations to Castro, otranto, gallatina, Gallipoli, polignanoa (we watched the red bull diving advert 🫣) Grotte di castellara and Alberobello. You are a great Ambassador for the Est Hotel.

Eric (6/5): Attention à la chambre attribuée à la réservation - Au regard du prix payé ( 165€) pour cette chambre qui promettait une terrasse et vue sur mer, la déception est grande, voir la photo de la terrasse, bordée de plantes vertes qui obstruent la vue promise sur mer, et surtout sur le parking, qui est juste au bord de la terrasse avec le bruit qui va avec. Nous éviterons cet hôtel à l'avenir...
Chatrine (10/5): Ett hotell att återvända till! - Ett av de bästa hotell vi bott på! Hotellet är mycket välplanerat och välskött. Stora fräscha rum med bekväma sängar. Övriga gemensamma utrymmen är mycket trevliga. Serviceinriktad och vänlig personal som gjorde allt för att vår vistelse skulle fungera problemfritt. Allt andas hög kvalitet! Kommer definitivt att återvända! Finns inget!
Theresa (10/5): - The view from our room was outstanding. The room was very spacious and clean. We also had dinner at the restaurant. It was delicious! Breakfast was also great. So many choices. The staff was so helpful with places to visit. We would highly recommend staying at EST Hotel. We loved everything.

El desayuno excelente a pesar de los zumos Los zumos del desayuno son para no repetir y por la cara de otras personas que los cogían, no éramos los únicos que lo pensábamos. La temperatura de la habitación no era apenas regulable y no podías subirla más de 23 grados, por lo que por la noche hacía frío

Olivier (10/5): Séjour en couple à Santa Caesaerea Terme - Séjour de 5 jours à Santa Caesaerea Terme dans le cadre d’un voyage de 15j. Bonne situation de l’hôtel pour accéder à la ville et rayonner plus largement. Vue incroyable sur la mer et la villa mauresque. Restaurant de qualité. Petit dej très riche et équipe très agréable et à l’écoute. Il ne manque qu’une piscine pour un séjour parfait.
