- Milena (8/5): Convenient and well equipped apartment in the heart of Rome - The apartment is in an excellent location in the very centre on Rome but on a picturesque, quiet street. It was really easy to get access to the apartment with the instructions provided by Matteo (the host). He was also very kind to provide a very comfy cot for our baby, that was very much appreciated. The apartment is provided with everything we needed for a short stay, including shower gel, shampoo, soap and even washing machine (essential when you have a baby!) and dishwasher tablets - really nice touch, thank you Matteo! The apartment has got great floor-to-ceiling height which makes it feel really bright despite having only one big window (and a small one in the bathroom). The window provides views to the lovely street and has got black-out shutters, which were amazing for us (we don't have them at home and we slept so well because of this). The beds and pillows (with different types provided) are very comfy. Hot water comes out instantly and the shower was great. There is a lift that provides access from the first floor, which is really handy (especially if you need to get a pushchair, suitcases or bags upstairs). We left the pushchair downstairs (by the entrance) during most of our stay, which makes it a lot easier when popping in and out during the day. You can hear everything that happens within the building (people going up and down the stairs, the lift, the creaking of the floor upstairs). It didn't bother us and definitely didn't bother our baby who was able to sleep absolutely fine, but if you are a light sleeper keep this in mind! The price seems a bit high for what it is (don't expect high quality interior design or any luxury) but that seems to be the case for all accommodation in Rome!

It was nicely decorated and had a washing machine, but no dryer. The walls and trim could you a paint refresh. The mattress was horribly hard. It felt like sleeping on plywood. We never got to meet or speak with the host. Picked up keys at a luggage storage facility adjacent to the apartment. Not enough bath towels provided for our stay.

- Kerrie (9/5): A great apartment in the heart of Rome - The apartment is in an excellent location, close to Campo Di Fiori and its daily market, restaurants and supermarkets. An easy walk to piazza Navona, the pantheon and Trastevere. It was comfortable, quiet and roomy. We would definitely stay there again.

Hot water was an issue for us. Basically one person a day could get a fully hot shower. Mattress was not too great but not the worst i have ever had.

Świetna lokalizacja jako dobra baza wypadowa do zwiedzania starego miasta w Rzymie. Jednocześnie w nocy w apartamencie jest cicho. Kawa i ekspres na duży plus. W bezpośredniej okolicy sklep oraz bardzo fajna piekarnia Roscioli. Do Campo De Fiori 3 min spacerem, gdzie jest wiele knajpek. Generalnie większość jest ok. Rzeczy które bym poprawił to: z jednej łazienki niestety czuć zapach kanalizacji i korzystanie z niej nie było przyjemne (może to urok starej zabudowy), i w kuchni nie było zapasowych worków na śmieci.

- Alexandra (9/5): I would stay again - The place had everything you could possibly need! The location also was amazing and super quiet. I’m in Rome for the fourth time and this was so far the best place I’ve stayed. The check in is through the local business next door and therefore feels quite impersonal. Also, it would be nice to have more dishwashing and washing machine tablets for two people and four nights (there was only one)

- Giorgio (9/5): Very good apartment in Rome city centre - The apartment has a perfect location in Rome city centre, very close to Campo dei Fiori and piazza Navona. We stayed in a big apartment with a bed room, a big living room with a sofa bed, a kitchen and a bathroom. The keys can be picked up and left at a nearby storage room where you can also leave your bags on the day of the check-out (extra charge). The apartment does not have real heating, but just inverted air conditioning, which is not ideal.

Très belle superficie pour un appartement de type 2 pièces. Equipement tout à fait convenable pour une semaine à 4 personnes J'invite les prochaines voyageurs à se munir de boules Quies, c'est un peu bruyant le soir tard et le matin de bonne heure, mais c'est le prix à payer pour être si bien placé. Notre appartement était au 1er étage, le locataire du dessus marchait lourdement et cela résonnait pas mal dans l'appart.

There are a couple of bus stops nearby, making it easy to get around the city as well. Grocery stores, restaurants, and shops are all close by, which was very convenient. The property is in a building with an elevator, which was a big plus. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Rome. N/A

Great cafes and restaurants on your doorstep. Handy having a clothes washing machine. Shower head is not great, needs to be fixed properly against shower wall, minor issue however.

Large apartment that has everything you need for a wonderful stay! Kitchen, lounge area, bedroom, enormous bathroom , washing machine, air conditioning! It also has a lift and is very secure .. Highly recommended! Our stay was too short !

- DiMascio (8/5): Big Bright Apartment in a Great Location. - Beautiful big apartment. It was very comfortable for 2 couples. Great location. 5-minute walk to Campo di Fiori. 10-minute walk to Piazza Navona. Conveniently located. Around the corner from a bar, a morning cafe, and one of the best and oldest bakeries in the area. + Our favorite gelato was around the corner. The host does not provide extra towels. We had only four towels for four people, and they were not replaced during our 10-day stay. I repeatedly messaged the host about getting fresh towels, and they finally delivered some for our final night. Overall, the host could have been more responsive.

Muchos servicios cerca, restaurantes, supermercados, etc. El colchón de la cama de matrimonio es malísimo, es de muelles y me dejó la espalda fatal. A la cocina le falta extractor y cuando cocinas algo a parte del olor se quedan los muebles mojados.

- Dual citizens (10/5): Great location and very comfortable apartment - The apartment was larger than I expected and absolutely spotless. there was very adequate lighting and there were lots of receptacles all over the apartment. The kitchen was good with enough items to make a meal. There was a dish washer and a washing machine. There was always plenty of hot water and a control to adjust heating in the apartment. The TV had plenty of channels from which to choose. There was a terrific amount of closet space in the bedroom. The location was excellent, minutes from the Campo de Fiori. The only think that I did not like were the 15 stairs to get to the elevator. I knew this when I rented the apartment, but being a pensioner, it was not easy climbing the stairs. However, the elevator was excellent.

Comfortable apartment, comfortable beds and bedroom. Spacious living/diningroom. Apartment felt safe and secure. Host was helpful in arranging taxi transport from property to the airport in Fiumicino on the day of our departure. steep stairs to get to the apartment was a bit of a challenge with suitcases, one of them 20Kg. Would be fine for young, fit people with smaller suitcases! More shelving in the bathroom would have been useful to spread out contents of washbags. Dinner plates and large bowls in cupboard in kitchen were a bit large for the dishwasher so needed to be washed by hand and there was no dishwash detergent available. Outer handle came away from bathroom door on our final day. TV reception was very poor, however we didn't really need the TV so not a big issue for us but might be for someone who wanted to watch TV in the evenings?

The shower head leaked, the air conditioning didn’t work. Pull out couch sunk in the middle very uncomfortable to sleep and pillows thin like paper. It was very, very loud at night so you couldn’t leave windows open. You can hear everything above you. Our group barely slept the 3 days we stayed.

Considering we were near roads and restaurants it was very very quiet in the actual flat . The location was brilliant. All the sights were ten to twenty minutes walk. There are also buses two minutes walk away. Lots of very good restaurants and bars in the doorstep too . Communication with the host was prompt and useful. I highly recommend this apartment . It was all good!

Spacious and close to all the sights and restaurants. Some really quality places nearby and the Campo Di Fiori. We really enjoyed staying here. Staff were helpful and friendly. Cleaners came and re-arranged our beds for our required sleeping arrangements at short notice. Slightly noisy on a Saturday night, also heard a lot of noise from the upstairs apartment in the early morning.

It was well equipped and clean. Lots of good restaurants in close proximity, not just the tourist ones. The towels were a little on the thin side. It would appear it is run by a corporate body so assistance is limited.
