He even made sure we had breakfast every morning. He even packed sandwiches when we didn't have time. Jack is a superman. If you're coming to Ubud, definitely come to Zenubud and meet Jack. Everyone here treats you like family. We loved Zenubud.

- Pascal (9/5): Overall, Zenubud offered a unique and memorable stay, and we gladly rate it 9.5/10. - We stayed one week at Zenubud and were extremely satisfied with our experience. The location is simply breathtaking, with a stunning view into the lush jungle that creates a very peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Wildlife encounters made our stay even more special – from playful monkeys visiting us, to spotting a Komodo dragon right outside the villa, and enjoying the many colorful birds flying through the rainforest. Positive aspects: excellent service, beautiful location, spectacular view, and well-designed facilities. The villa itself was comfortable and the private pool felt like our own oasis in nature. Some points for improvement: the pump of our pool was quite loud at times, and unfortunately the pump of the neighboring villa was positioned near our bedroom, waking us around 8 AM. We also noticed a few small defects in the pool tiles, likely caused by previous visitors.
- Faisal (1/5): تنبيه لاي شخص قبل الحجز لو كنت حريص جداً على الحجز احجز ليله للتاكد من مكانهم قبل ان تمدد - للأسف كانت تجربة سيئة وغير آمنة ولا أنصح بها إطلاقًا. أهم المشاكل التي واجهتنا: • أقفال الأبواب غير آمنة، وحتى بعد محاولة الإصلاح بقي القفل سهل الفتح ويمكن لأي طفل تجاوزه، مما جعل الإقامة غير آمنة تمامًا. • وجود حشرات وسحالي داخل الفيلا، وهو أمر غير مقبول خاصة مع غياب أي حل جذري من الإدارة. • صعوبة الوصول للموقع: السائق رفض الدخول فالبداية بسبب سوء الطريق وتعقيده. • عند إبلاغ الإدارة بالمشاكل وطلب استرجاع المبلغ (كامل أو جزئي) عن الأربع ليالي، لم يكن هناك أي تعاون أو مرونة، رغم أن أسباب الإلغاء كانت واضحة وخارجة عن إرادتنا، تواصلت معي خدمات العملاء واخبروني بعدم تجاوب الفندق وبتعويضي من قبل ادارة بوكينق بمبلغ 80 دولار وان اكتب المشكلة للناس واوضح لهم لعدم تجاوب ادارة الفندق معهم. اخترنا المغادرة وعدم الإقامة حفاظًا على السلامة، ومع ذلك لم يتم تفهّم الموقف أو تقديم أي حل منصف. تجربة مخيبة للآمال ولا تستحق المخاطرة. Unfortunately, this was a very poor and unsafe experience, and I do not recommend this property at all. The main issues we encountered were: • The door locks were not secure. Even after an attempted repair, the lock remained extremely easy to open and could be bypassed even by a child, making the stay completely unsafe. • Insects and lizards were present inside the villa, which is unacceptable, especially as no effective or permanent solution was provided by the management. • The location is very difficult to access. The driver initially refused to enter due to the poor and complicated road conditions. • When we informed the management of these issues and requested a refund (full or partial) for the four-night stay, there was no cooperation or flexibility, despite the cancellation reasons being clear and beyond our control. Booking.com customer service later contacted me and confirmed that the property did not respond, and I was compensated by Booking.com with an $80 goodwill credit, advising me to share this experience to inform other guests due to the property’s lack of cooperation. For safety reasons, we chose to leave and not stay at the villa. Despite this, there was no understanding or fair resolution offered. Overall, a very disappointing experience and not worth the risk.

Breakfast was really delicious and well prepared, we also had good dinner at the restaurant. We enjoyed the River view villa with a private poo and breathtaking views to the rainforest. We saw lot of geckos, monkeys, butterflies and birds during our stay, it was amazing. Zenubud have also good taxi service available, we used that few times to Ubud center and also for one-day tour. Great overall experience and warmly recommended to everyone who wants to be in a modern Villa with private pool, in the middle of a jungle, but still close to Ubud and main area attractions. Jedzenie przepyszne i dość spore porcje. Obsługa super, w szczególności Jack. Bardzo miły, pomocny. Gdyby mógł to bym nam nieba przychylił Stan willi. Wymaga już lekkiego odświeżenia

Niché au cœur de la jungle, il offre une immersion totale dans la nature : verdure luxuriante, chants d’oiseaux et des cascades en fond sonore. Ici, tout respire la tranquillité : la verdure, les oiseaux, le doux bruit des cascades... et notre motivation pour sortir faire des excursions, qui a mystérieusement disparu après le premier café. On avait prévu plein de visites, mais entre la piscine, la terrasse et la vue, on a très vite troqué “explorateurs de Bali” contre “spécialistes du farniente”. Le personnel est adorable – toujours souriant, disponible et efficace. Le petit déjeuner (sans prétention mais correcte) servi sur la terrasse ? À ne surtout pas manquer ! Rien de tel que siroter son jus de fruit en peignoir face à la vallée, en se disant que la vie, finalement, c’est plutôt pas mal. En résumé, Zenubud, c’est le spot parfait pour les couples et les rêveurs qui aiment le calme, la nature et un brin de luxe discret. Un endroit où le temps s’arrête, les excursions se reportent, et le seul vrai dilemme, c’est de choisir entre la sieste et un plongeon dans la piscine. Côté restaurant, c’est honnête mais pas inoubliable : un peu plus de plats traditionnels balinais ne ferait pas de mal. Appeler un taxi peut parfois être un défi (les chauffeurs hésitent sur la route d’accès), mais demander au personnel de s’en occuper.

- Tiffany (6/5): Beautiful view, pool and staff. But I would never stay again. - We booked this place due to the reviews, location in ubud and the views. The views were stunning from the villas, villa pool and restaurant. However, we initially booked the 2 bedroom villa. I noted that it had been very heavily perfumed on our arrival. Upon settling in, when the purfume dissapated, there was a distinct and overpowering smell of mould. My partner recently recovered from a cold and could not stop coughing our first night there. There was mould all over the bathroom walls, pictures in the bathroom and half the bedroom walls for both rooms. I think the problem is that you can not get enough ventilation at this place. There are large windows but due to the location insects you really can not open them at night, there are no insect screens or nets on the windows or bed. So you can not air out the mould smell. After complaining we were upgraded to the 3 bedroom villa, of which 2 rooms were clean and fine, but one had the same mould smell/problem. Very expensive and would not stay again due to this. I will note this review was hard to rate and write, because I could tell that the staff really cared about this hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was very nice each day. The mould, the smell of mould, the cost we paid for a mouldy room, having to argue for one that was not mouldy and repack after arrival. I have added pictures of the 2 bedroom initially booked to back up what I am saying. I would say staff is aware of the mould problem due to the heavy perfume on arrival. I would say that the walls and ceiling were all 'popcorn ceiling' so I am not sure if this in conjunction with the ventilation issue has led to issues with the mould management, but I think it has got to health hazard stage.

You can hear the constant sound of the river. The staff were exceptional and looked after our every need. Jack at the front desk speaks great English and was really helpful - we enjoyed getting to know him. The property is quite a long way in from the main road so can be hard to get to. They also only allow local taxis through that area instead of Grab/Gojek (online taxis). We usually walked ~10-15 mins out to the main road to get Grab/Gojek.

If you are lucky you can even see a bunch of monkeys having fun right in front of your balcony. We received the best hospitality, care and service from Jack. He has such positive energies and made sure we were well taken care of. We would recommend this villa. It doesnt have a shared pool. You will only have a private pool when you book the other villa's. Its not mentioned clearly on the website.

If you're looking for a peaceful, luxurious escape in Ubud with stunning views and exceptional service, this is the place. - ABDELNOUR (10/5): Un vrai coup de cœur, vues, nature, rivière - La villa avec piscine du bas était à couper le souffle, vue magnifique sur la jungle et la rivière sans vis à vis La vue sur le canyon et la rivière nous a conquis Côté restauration la carte est correcte mais peu être améliorée côté prix c’est vraiment raisonnable, pour les dîners tardif car le restaurant ferme à 20h on peut se faire livrer et le personnel nous apporte jusque notre villa que dire! Le personnel est au service, vraiment agréable et avec sourire Un grand merci à Jack pour son professionnalisme et qui a rendu notre séjour inoubliable Dommage pas d’ascenseur pour descendre jusqu’en bas mais peut être cela perdrait son charme Pour les enfants en bas âge <12 ans je prendrai une villa plus safe car pas de clôture

- Diana (10/5): Beautiful getaway in the Ubud jungle - Gorgeous location in the heart of the Ubud jungle, peaceful and clean. Delicious and fresh food at the on-site restaurant. Very friendly and welcoming hosts. We loved our stay at the Zenubud two bedroom villa. Tiles around the pool area very slippery when wet, our kids have had a couple of slips and falls. Cocktails made by the restaurant staff did not taste like they had any alcohol in them. These didn't take away from our overall experience though, it was a fabulous stay.

When they asked us to clean the room, they CLEANED everything…, they touched ALL if our stuff and moved it, they but our stuff into our bags and also into our suitcase and closed it. They put all of our used clothes with our new ones together and just touched EVERYTHING. We didn’t think that’s right and said no to other cleanings for the rest of our stay.

- Laura Theresa (10/5): Traumhaft - Anlässlich unserer Flitterwochen besuchten wir die Unterkunft als zweites Ziel unserer Reise. Von außen noch relativ unscheinbar waren wir beim Eintreten in unsere Villa umso mehr überwältigt. Empfangen wurden wir durch ein super sauberes, schickes und modernes Zimmer mit angrenzendem, großen Bad. Der unterhalb gelegene, private Poolbereich war ebenso traumhaft. Viel Platz zum gemütlich machen, ausruhen und baden. Selbst eine vollausgestattete Outdoor- Küche fand dort Platz. Als nächstes zu erwähnen war der außergewöhnlich gute und herzliche Umgang und Service des Personals. Immer zu erreichen, stets höflich und hilfsbereit. Sie bereiteten uns neben einem sehr leckeren und mehr als ausreichendem Frühstück auch noch tägliche Kaffee- Snacks zu. Bis ins Zentrum von Ubud sind wir je nach Verkehr ca. 10-12min gefahren, was anhand der Lage im Dschungel sehr akzeptabel ist. Einfach ein toller Mix aus Natur und Modernität. Wenn man Glück hat, so wie wir, kann man sogar hautnah Affen erleben, die sogar zum Frühstück gekommen sind 😁 Klare Empfehlung, wir würden immer wieder kommen.
- Christine (10/5): Stunning landscape - We really enjoyed our stay at Zenubud. Very attentive and helpful staff, especially Jack, the manager! Nice view and relaxing accommodation, that we highly recommend!

Jack og alle de andre ansatte var super søde og hjælpsomme og vi følte os virkelig velkomne. Vi kan på det varmeste anbefale et ophold på eventyrlige Zenubud.
- Ajay (8/5): Serene relaxing view from the Villa - The surroundings are serene. You can hear the water stream flowing from the pool area. The open Kitchen next to the pool area was great. Bathrooms are new and clean. Relaxing pool and great view from the pool area. The staff communication wasn't great, missed details every now and then. Though helpful. The room didn't have Aus electric converter we asked for it and were supplied 2. Knife was missing in the kitchen. It would be good to have some more cutlery in the kitchen. The restaurant closed very early on Monday couldn't order food had to order via Grab app. A small ceiling fan in the kitchen deck area will be good- that was missing.

- SOYEONG (10/5): 최고의 풀빌라! - 맛있는 조식, 친절한 서비스, 키즈 프렌들리, 친 자연적 모든것이 마음에 들었습니다^^! 모기와 벌레는 청소할때 말했더니 바로 방역해주셨구요, 담당 매니저님은 특히 위젯으로 서로 채팅하며 부족한것들을 성심 성의껏 응대해주셨어요. 샤워 필터기도 교체가능하고 물이 깨끗해서 필터도 변하지 않고 그대로였답니다! 특히 담당매니저님, jack😍 칭찬드립니다. 순수하고 친절한 응대에 너무 감사합니다~ 모든 직원분들 우붓의 따듯한 이미지를 심어주셔서 감사해요~
