Rooms are extremely hot, arcon takes too long to cool down the room, no restaurant nearby, reception staff was a little impatient when I wasn’t understanding something about my reservation.

- John (8/5): Great location, perfect for the airport and pool was very welcome to cool off! - Location so close to the airport was excellent - an easy walk to the terminals. The pool was better than we expected! Aircon turned off when left the room (which makes sense to prevent wasting energy) but did take a while to cool the room down when we were there - which was peek summer time so probably pretty extreme. Overall we had a great stay!

Hotel itself Is nicely designed, but slightly tired. Would definately use renovation. U can see, that Is used and abused but there Is not much going back to maintenence.. Pictures Are from times when IT was new. For one night before flight great though..

Only reason to stay here is to catch a flight…for that it’s great All a bit tatty…laminate flooring needs replacing and a broken chair in room. Not much in the immediate area - although short taxi to the beach area which was great

- Heather Manifield (8/5): Enjoyed our stay here before our flights home. - The staff were very helpful when our flight was cancelled the evening after checkout and even come to the airport to pick us up so we could stay an extra night. The swimming pool was lovely and clean and we were the only ones using it. You can request a late checkout for an extra fee. Only 3 sun beds around the pool. Late checkout is only until 4pm.
- Rosa (8/5): Gute Wahl für 1 Nacht am Flughafen mit gutem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis - Wir hatten 2 schöne saubere Zimmer, welchen genau den Fotos entsprachen. Klimaanlage und Kühlschrank haben funktioniert. Der Pool war sauber und im Innenhof war es schattig. Natürlich gibt es sehr lauten Fluglärm. Ist ja auch ein Airporthotel und in Thailand darf man keine Schallisolierten Fenster erwarten.

It is, of course, quite noisy because of the planes as the hotel is right in front of the airport, but we were counting with that. In this case, I do not know whether it is good to stay here longer during your vacation because of the noise, but for max few days or if you have a morning flight, it is great :)

- Wolfgang (6/5): Notunterkunft für gestrandete Urlauber - Die zuvorkommende Höflichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des netten Personals. Der absolute störende Lärm ständig startenden Flugzeuge über den ganzen Tag bis in die Abendstunden. Das Hotel liegt direkt gegenüber der Startbahn vom Airport Phuket. Während unseres 3-tägigen Aufenthaltes erfolgte nicht 1x eine Zimmerreinigung. Im Bad roch es rund um die Uhr nach Klärgrube. Ein belastendenr Gestank!!! Es gab kein Frühstück und auch im weitläufigen Umfeld keine Gastronomie! Am Pool gab es nur 3 Liegen und das für das gesamte Hotel!!

Convenience store nearby to buy breakfast. Really not offering anything besides a decent overnight stay when flying in or out of Phuket. No baby crib. No breakfast. No free transfer to airport.

La piscine est un plus pour un hôtel proche de l'aéroport. Pas de service de petit-déjeuner, literie un peu dure.
