- HYEWON (10/5): - 제가 있었던 객실(SPACE5)이 제일 작은 방이었던 것 같은데, 방이 상당히 작긴 해도 필요한 건 다 있어서 나름 편안하게 지냈습니다. 별 다섯 개 드리긴 했지만 사실 모든게 다 훌륭하다는 건 아니구요, 저렴한 가격에 비해 상당히 좋았다라는 겁니다. 방문을 열었을 때 신발 벗는 곳 따로 없이 바로 온돌방이어서 살짝 당황스럽긴 했어요. 바로 옆에 신발보관함이 있어서 방문 밖에서 신발 벗고 보관함에 바로 넣어야 하는 구조라 드나들 때 조금 번거롭긴 했습니다. 그리고 바닥에 깔고 자는 요가 일반적인 싱글베드 폭보다 좁아요. 저는 괜찮았지만 체격이 크신 분들은 불편하실 수 있습니다. 의자와 테이블이 없어서 살짝 아쉬웠는데, 그런 가구를 놓을 수 있는 공간이 안나와요. 좁은 공간을 나름 영리하게 꾸몄다 생각했구요, 이 방은 저처럼 혼자 쓰셔야지 둘이 쓰면 대략 난감일 것 같습니다. 하지만, 체크인 때 마치 일본료칸에서처럼 응대해주셔서 감동이었고, 아침에 준비해 주시는 간단한 조식도 너무 감사했습니다. 음료쿠폰으로 커피도 잘 마셨구요, 짐보관도 가능해서 마지막날도 편안하게 다녔습니다. 아참, 위치도 너무 훌륭합니다. ^^
- jinsick (10/5): 백희 게스트하우스, 친절함과 청결함이 돋보입니다 - 1) 친절한 사장님 덕분에 기분 좋게 시작했습니다 체크인할 때부터 사장님이 친절하게 숙소와 이용 방법을 설명해주셔서 처음부터 좋은 인상을 받았습니다. 게스트하우스 1층에는 카페와 갤러리가 함께 운영되고 있었는데, 입실 손님에게 음료 이용권을 주셔서 복숭아 아이스티를 맛있게 즐길 수 있었습니다. 2) 숙소 내부는 청결하고 편안했습니다 객실 내부는 청결하게 관리되어 있었고, 이부자리도 잘 갖춰져 있어 편안하게 휴식할 수 있었습니다. 전체적으로 깔끔하고 아늑한 분위기라 여행 중 머물기에 불편함이 없었습니다. 3) 제공되는 용품은 기본 위주였습니다 수건과 1회용 칫솔, 치약은 제공되었지만 샤워타월, 면도기, 기초 화장품은 따로 준비되어 있지 않아 약간 아쉬웠습니다. 큰 단점이라고 할 수는 없지만, 혹시 이용하실 분들은 개인적으로 챙겨가시면 좋을 것 같습니다. 4) 총평: 만족스러운 숙소, 재방문 의사 있습니다 사장님의 친절함과 숙소의 청결함이 인상 깊었고, 카페 음료까지 제공되는 점이 마음에 들었습니다. 약간의 아쉬움은 있었지만 전반적으로 만족스러운 숙박 경험이었고, 다음에 전주를 방문하게 되면 다시 묵고 싶은 게스트하우스입니다.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Great property in the heart of Hanok Village. Artsy people will definitely love this. I got to experience working remotely in the rooftop. All things needed are provided. Because it is still in a hanok style, the futon might be hard for people with back issues. However, with the cleanliness of the place and all the perks that come with the booking (postcards, complimentary drinks and breakfast), I highly recommend staying here! Will come back here for sure.
- Celia (10/5): - I enjoyed my stay at Becky Guesthouse. I love the art gallery & café on the ground floor, a lovely space to rest. The welcome tea is a nice touch. The location is perfect to visit Jeonju’s main attractions just a few minutes walk away. Lots of shops, cafes, restaurants, etc, near by. The room had everything I needed. Quiet location, just some guests slamming doors… Bus links to Jeonju’s train station just down the road which was handy. Thank you for a lovely stay in Jeonju :)

- Farhad (8/5): - Cute little guesthouse with a cafe and gallery. There was enough space in the room for the two of us and our bags comfortably. The room is fairly basic but an excellent value and gets the job done
- Amy (10/5): - This is one of my favorite places I stayed in during my trip to S Korea. I picked the smallest room since I’m solo with a backpack, and it was a perfect size. There were actually two twin mattresses stacked (they can be side by side to accommodate a travel companion), and that made it extra comfortable. My only request would be a small wall-shelf for putting personal items (since most surfaces are covered with room items like the remote, tv, towels, etc), and somewhere reachable off the ground to store a backpack, or stack clothes. The gallery downstairs is pleasant with a cafe and seating. Staff are kind and thoughtful. I really loved the way the room and bathroom were decorated. The lighting was excellent. Everything felt cozy, artsy, and very unique. Plus the location is amazing - it’s surrounded by the hanok village and sightseeing, a bunch of cute little shops and cafes, and there are plenty of buses just two short blocks away. If I had friends traveling to Jeonju, I would absolutely recommend they stay here, and I will definitely stay here again if I return (which I would love to!)

- kwang lee (10/5): 24.6월 전주 - 경기전 바로 뒤라서 이동하기 편했지만 숙소가 2층 보도블랙 안쪽이긴 해도 커텐은 쳐야 하는 위치입니다. 조식도 간단하게 먹을수 있어서 좋았고, 갤러리 안에 있어서 잔잔하게 음악을 틀어주셔서 작가님 그림과 함께 편하게 식사 할수 있었습니다. 인테리어도 깔끔하고, 재의사 방문 물론 있습니다. 음표쿠폰, 엽서등 많은 배려가 보입니다. 감사합니다. ^^
- Louise (10/5): - First of all it’s an actual art gallery so that gives it a vibe right away. The rooms are neat and each one is unique. There’s a cool rooftop too - except when I was there it was raining so I didn’t get to hangout there. Next, you can’t beat the location it’s right next to Jeonju Hanoi Village! But last and not the least is the amazing service of the staff, especially Ji Cheol who was so helpful and hooked me up with a kakao taxi not once but twice during this trip!

- sohee (10/5): - 게스트하우스는.처음이었어요. 에너지 넘치는 초등저학년 아이와 잘 묵고 갈수 있겠나 걱정도 했는데 다락방이 있어서 아이들이 너무 좋아했네요. 한옥마을 가운데 위치하고있어서 너무 좋았고, 주차가 좀 힘들었는데, 숙소 앞에 딱 자리가.나서 골목 주차를 다행히 했어요. 아침은 토스트와 구운계란이었는데 너무 맛나게 잘 먹었고요. 음료이용권을 인당 하나씩 주셔서 나올때 테이크아웃해서 가져나왔어요. 스파클링수정과 정말 맛있더라고요. 아이들은 숙소가 제일 마음에 들었다네요. ㅎㅎ덕분에 편히 잘 지내다 갑니다^^

- Yungee (10/5): Really worth staying here:clean, quiet, beautiful - I highly recommend this place. It was clean, super quiet, traditionally decorated which I loved. The staff at the front desk was very friendly and I appreciated their welcoming tea, breakfast and also they offered free beverage each day. Hanok Village was right there, so I was able to enjoy walking around this beautiful neighborhood. I stayed in Space 4 and the only thing I would suggest is to stay in other rooms with a real bed. Space 4 had a thick mattress (not a Western mattress) and that was too stiff for me. Otherwise, my stay overall was excellent and I would stay here again if I visit Jenju again!

- Jin kyung (6/5): - 장점중의 장점은 위치입니다. 한옥마을로 통하는 문이 따로 연결되어있어 로비에서 바로 한옥마을로 통하니 이보다 더 편할수가 없습니다. 새로생겨 호텔 내 청결도 만족하고 특히 조식 정갈하고 가격대비 가지수도 맛도 아주 훌륭합니다. 별 기대하지 않은아침식사에 굉장히 만족했습니다. 한가지 최대 단점은 방음입니다. 한옥뷰와 시티뷰 두가지로 객실이 나뉘는데 한옥뷰는 추가비용이 들지만 왠만하면 한옥뷰로 선택하시는게 좋을듯 합니다. 저희는 한옥뷰 마감으로인해 시티뷰를 선택했고 큰 길가로 향해있는 창문때문으로 밤새 찻소리 오토바이소리가 그대로 다 올라와 한숨도 잠을 자지못했습니다. 방음만 제외한다면 방크기, 청결, 위치, 가격 그리고 조식까지 흠잡을곳은 없습니다.

- Sharon (10/5): Cozy, nice staff, great location - I was looking for a compromise between a hotel and a hanok guesthouse. This fit the bill for us, but it won't be for everyone. I knew when booking our room would be cozy, and we were only there for 2 nights. Do your research if you require a large room, which is avaiable at this guesthouse. The staff were lovely. The breakfast was simple, but good. If you are like us and in Jeonju for the food, a simple breakfast was all you wanted anyway. The location was right on the edge of the hanok village. Perfect for us. It was also within walking distance of a few other sites and catching a bus nearby was also easy. I would stay again.

The ambience of the guesthouse is very pleasant as well and it was very cosy. The room was very comfortable with a very nice heated floor (for the cold weather) as well as the aircon. The cafe at the ground floor is also very nice place to chill. There is a water dispenser, kettle, microwave and refrigerator for guests to use. The guesthouse is also very accessible and conveniently located near the various attractions. It is just behind gyeonggijeon shrine and can be found easily. Highly recommended stay in jeonju and will definitely choose to be back again.

- Gloria (8/5): - Quiet and comfortable accommodation right next to the hanok village. We were provided with free drink coupons that were redeemable at the downstairs cafe, which was lovely. The one minor issue was that there was no washing machine that guests could use.

Our host was great too. We were welcomed with a refreshing iced tea and she was very helpful with everything we asked. Would definitely recommend Becky's and stay here again.

- Verified traveler (10/5): Unique experience! - It was a very unique experience to stay at Becky's Guesthouse which also doubles up as an art gallery and cafe! We stayed in Space 9 which was just on the ground floor. The room would be a little cramped if you have large suitcases but the unique structure of the room left us in awe. Becky's Guesthouse is also very conveniently located near to the Hanok village, just a couple of minutes' walk away.

Operator provides free simple breakfast and I really appreciate as it really boost my blood sugar in the morning. Will stay here again next time when visit Jeonju. By the way, operator plays good music throughout the day.

I went just as the typhoon was coming in so there's rain and wind but not to worry, Becky Guesthouse was in the vicinity of all the major sites and there's really good food in the area. Staff during my staff was See An and she was great! She went the extra mile to help book cabs from Guesthouse to the Train Station early in the morning. Excellent! (note to other guests: No elevator or bell hops. Will need to lug own luggage up the spiral staircase to the room.)

The rooms all had separate bathrooms in them and they even give each person a complimentary drink voucher at the cafe/art studio downstairs. It was a cute experience with the rooms all set up in traditional korean style!

- Wenx (8/5): Nice guesthouse located near hanok village - The staff is really friendly and helpful, and there is even a free welcome drink. The guesthouse is also located within walking distance to the Jeonju Hanok Village, which is very convenient.
- Kathleen (10/5): Sightseeing in Jeonju - This was our first time in Jeonju and we were traveling for fun and sightseeing. Becky's Guesthouse is located above a really interesting and artsy cafe. The manager was very nice when she showed us around and was happy to answer any questions. The location is perfect for Jeonju. Right next to the Hanok village and all the major sites. We never had to use transportation, but just walked around and saw everything on foot. My only word of caution is that the bed in our room is a futon. This is clear from the website, and we wanted the experience of a more traditional sleeping setup. However, it may be a bit firm for people used to beds. In addition, the shower and bathroom is one open area so it gets pretty wet when you use it. Overall we had a great time on our stay.

But you have to lug your luggage up the stairs, there is no fridge in the room and the mattress is too firm. Otherwise, a nice place to stay.

We booked the SPACE 9 room (the triple decked beds), and because it was in winter the upper beds were quite cold. Simple breakfast was provided. The lady at the reception spoke good English, which makes communication easy.

Location is pretty good - near good restaurants and is at the hanok village. There's a free Welcome drink (from a selection of coffee, tea and other drinks) for guests too.
- Alex (8/5): Comfy stay in guesthouse. - The room 03 is a bit small for couple who has big luggage. The sink in the bathroom was choked and the water was leaking onto the floor (in the bathroom). Other than these. Stay is quite comfy and the floorboard seems to be on fire (powerful heater).
- Vanessa (8/5): Cosy guesthouse - Had a great stay at Becky guesthouse. The decorations around the cafe lobby was gorgeous. Complimentary drinks were provided and was given an upgrade to Room 6 as the room I booked was small. However, food cannot be consumed in the cafe and rooms before 10pm. Bath towels provided were also rather small, much like a hand towel instead. Location was quite good right in the hanok village and walking distance to all the food stores and places of interest.
- Kah Pin (8/5): - First experience of Korean B&B, not used to sleeping on the floor on thin mattress-like material (not proper futon...hence not sure what to describe the bedding). Room is tiny, so one need to travel light. Need to climb up and down the stairs to get drinking water from the cafe (no kettles provided in the room). Staff are friendly and very helpful.
- YT (6/5): Small Guesthouse for Backpackers - The guesthouse is an art gallery/café as well. It is within a short walking distance away from the main Jeonju Hanok Village. However, the guesthouse may be more suitable for backpackers. There is only staff around in the day and check out timing is between 10 am to 10:30 am while breakfast is served only from 10am to 11am. This makes half of your day's schedule being locked down especially when you are required to check out. The room condition is ok. Only two pillows were provided instead of the usual 4 (but of cos this is a guesthouse not a hotel). We did not really like the toilet as it was a bit too dark (lack of lighting) and also the warm water was not very stable. This is perhaps not the best place to stay for couples.

However, because the guest house itself is unique and displays a gallery, all the guests were very well-mannered, and the stay was pleasant. The host is very welcoming and you can feel very welcomed. The location is perfect, in the center from the korean traditional village(한옥마을), and also within a walking distance(10~15 min walk) from the modern shopping district(객사).

The lady at front desk greeted us warmly when we arrived and she was very helpful throughout our stay. Our rooms are very clean and the guest house is very cute. It was also very close to Hanbok village! I highly recommmend this place.
