- Kiesha (5/5): Everything was great except the air situation - Staff was friendly. That this is the second time I'm having to submit this survey. The room stayed warm the whole stay. We had the thermostat on 65 by the end of the night and it STILL never cooled off!!!!!! Also, the light in the vanity/sink area does not allow anyone that's already in bed to sleep or continue to sleep because of the location of it. The light is DIRECTLY in their face.

The day before my arrival, I contacted the hotel to confirm the availability of my selected room type and spoke with an exceedingly helpful staff member named Chester. On the day of my journey from Missouri, I encountered a mechanical failure with my vehicle, resulting in my niece arriving at the hotel ahead of me. Chester demonstrated exemplary customer service by providing assistance beyond the typical scope of duty. Upon my arrival, I found our room clean and spacious, with meticulous maintenance evident throughout the space. The breakfast service offered a variety of hot, well-prepared items that enhanced our overall experience. Our stay was delightful, and I appreciated the attention to detail provided by the staff.

There was a bad odor in the halls and rooms that did not really make sense with the quality of the property. The breakfast food items were ok, but the plates and utensils were so cheap it made eating difficult. The dining area was poorly designed and almost unusable. On a very not busy morning there were not enough tables to eat at. I am not sure how well the staff is trained and how good the management of the property is. For the price, this really should have been a much better experience.

- Laporsha (8/5): It's clean and comfortable with good amemities. - I really like how clean and comfortable it is, the hotel was relatively quiet like no guests were loud or up all night running the halls. The one bed suite was a nice size and love the full size fridge. Breakfast was really nice when it came to options. Coffee and fruit juices. Eggs bacon oatmeal cereals waffles yogurt with topping options....bagels/breads. I think the room i had was starting to look dated. For me the most noticable was the mirror had what i believe to be a paint stains in the top right and the shower had a noticable hole along with some deep scratches on the floor. I still like he hotel and would definitely stay again but for the price I think that shower floor should be in better condition.

I paid $500 pretty much just to go in the room sit down for a second see a homeless man outside and then - The room was cute There was homeless people there in the area. It’s pretty much in the ghetto, but it doesn’t show you that in the picture when you’re online but you sure do see it whenever you look out your window that’s for sure but they don’t show that.

The complimentary breakfast was not only delicious but also offered a variety of options that changed daily, adding a thoughtful and personalized touch to the stay. The staff was consistently friendly, courteous, and eager to assist with any needs. The hotel’s commitment to maintaining a quiet and relaxing environment was also evident. The "lights out" policy was taken seriously, and front desk personnel emphasized that the best way to ensure it is upheld after hours is by reporting any disturbances directly to them. The room itself was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The beds were very comfortable, and the shower had excellent water pressure—both of which contributed to a restful and refreshing stay. A standout feature was the weekday happy hour offered Monday through Friday from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., which included complimentary appetizers, wine, and soft drinks—a thoughtful and welcoming amenity that added to the overall comfort and value of the stay. Additionally, the location felt safe and secure at all times. I never felt uncomfortable or at risk, whether arriving late at night or walking around the area. N/A

- Wes (2/5): - We were booked on the third floor and the elevator was out. I called Expedia and they helped cancel my reservation while I was in the phone and got me a refund. We were able to locate another hotel and enjoyed our stay. I am glad I booked through Expedia because I am not sure the hotel would have done the same.

- THOMAS (6/5): - This place is very clean and in great condition. The breakfast is very good. It’s easy to park and lots of dining options nearby. Nice area in the back for dogs. My only complaint is the traffic noise. It’s loud if you are facing the highway.
- George (10/5): Exceptional - Beds were comfortable, rooms were large, clean. It stormed while we were there and we couldn't even hear the storm. We DID however hear the heard of elephants staying in the room above us. The Elephant parade above us. We notified the attendant and was told there wasn't a room above us. Just a hallway. Horse feathers! But the night attendant took care of the issue. After 2 trips to inform HER as well. Other than that. Great stay.
