• Tarik (8/5): Specious studio flat for a fair price in good location. - Nice light spacious studio flat near the Balcon de Mediterraneaneo. Bed was comfortable and the facilities were generally good. Floor wasn’t well swept so I had to clean it again. The building is old so food smells from the flats below and through the drain pipes wafted upwards, especially during the day.

The location is perfect for the old town, the balcony and views are amazing and the apartment is very clean and has everything you need. The booking office to collect the keys is nearby and very helpful (my kettle was broke, they offered to bring a new one straight away) The stairs lights are on a timer so if you stop half way up/down make sure its near a light switch.

• Cristina (8/5): Una estancia muy agradable con unas vistas espectaculares y muy buena ubicación - Estaba todo muy limpio, la ubicación y la terraza inmejorables y la atención por parte del personal fue rápida y buena. Estuvimos muy a gusto. Las camas cómodas. Las campanas de la Iglesia cuando suenan se escuchan mucho, pero ya lo sabíamos así que bueno, es algo que dado la ubicación no puede evitarse.

• fleur (8/5): Top locatie heerlijk verblijf met hele kleine gebreken - De liggen was super goed en het was fijn dat je echt je eigen huisje had. Ook vondt dat het heel schoon was en genoeg ruimte voor d shoe wel goed mensen die er in het huisje passen De liggen van de plaats was top maar elke ochtend werden we wakker van de kerk die elk uur af ging en op zondag ging het een hele klokken spel spelen dat was wel echt vervelend Verder miste ik ook een handdoek om je servies af te drogen en een wasrek of haak om al je natte spullen op te hangen

Clean and tidy, great view from the balcony in the attic room. Have already booked to return next year Dont let the bunk beds put you off they are surprisingly comfortable
• Sickinger (4/5): - Die Terrasse mit Meerblick war sehr schön. Die Bäder waren bei Ankunft sauber. Das Treppenhaus ist schon ziemlich gefährlich und für Menschen mit Gehbehinderungen absolut ungeeignet. Die Sturzgefahr ist sehr hoch. Die Appartements sind stark in die Jahre gekommen. Es könnte mal so einiges repariert werden. Unter anderem waren Lichtschalter defekt, die Sofas und die Sitzkissen sind stark verschutzt. Zudem ist das Sofa defekt. In Appartement 3 hat bei Ankunft die Gardienenstange auf dem Sofa gelegen. Wir haben versucht das reparieren zu lassen aber der Mann ist nie wieder aufgetaucht. Im Bad läuft das Waschbecken nicht richtig ab. Nachts kann es schon sehr laut werden, was für uns aber ok war. Alles in einem würden wir nicht mehr kommen. Da vieles für uns nicht gepasst hat.

• Greta Alessia (4/5): Vado a Benidorm da quando ho 5 anni ho la famiglia che vive a Benidorm , adesso ne ho quasi 27. Per me è come una second - Della struttura l’unica cosa che mi è piaciuta era la posizione al centro. Ottima Non c’era la lavatrice e se si fanno tanti giorni diciamo che non va bene. Siamo dovuti andare ad una lavanderia e ovviamente per andare e tornare ci sprechi del tempo aspettando lì altrettanto perché il tempo che lava e il tempo che asciuga e praticamente un 3 ore ti vanno via della giornata e essendo in vacanza diciamo che questa cosa ti stufa . Ovviamente per chi è pulito poi a chi non interessa lavare asciugamani ecc può anche andar bene

• MAR (1/5): Un zulo q no es para 4 personas - No tiene nada bueno, excepto la ubicación q stá en la zona d las discotecas, lo demás todo malisimo CUIDADO CON LA FIANZA NO LA DEVUELVEN DICEN Q LA LIBERAN PERO NO ES VERDAD....El apartamento d cómodo no tenia nada, el sillón-cama no se podía dormir en el, dolía todo el cuerpo dspues d la primera noche, las 2 noches siguientes tuvimos q dormir en suelo encima d una manta, las otras dos camas eran pasables, el apartamento para 4 personas no vale es un zulo,apenas tiene 45m,si ladeas la silla para sentarte t sientas encima d la cama d al lado, para poder pasar dos personas t chocas, las escaleras son matadoras, según subes paraces q stas subiendo a un palomar, malo noo, lo siguiente, una estafa la peor experiencia d mi vida deseando q se pasarán los 3 dias para irnos d los 4 q eramos, aparte la limpieza dejaba mucho q desear, no olia bien...para ponerte en contacto con el anfitrión es desagradable y grosero, con muy malas formas a la hora d darte una solución para cualquier cosa

• Bohdana (9/5): Good stay - The location was perfect. It's right in the city centre with 5 minutes walk to the supermarket and 2 minutes to the beach. We enjoyed our stay. Accommodation was good and it was especially nice to have air-conditioning. The accommodation was good. Some people had issues with the staircase. We were lucky as lived on the 1st floor..

• Frank (1/5): Very bad because of its proximity with stairs that are very hard to negotiate - Nothing The property is not suitable for OAPs like us it’s up the top of a hill, the stairs to the apartment are not fit for purpose the are at an angle and hard to negotiate as they twist and turn my wife fell 3or 4 times and bells from the church are very loud This should have been explained

Would ov like to have know building renovation s going to be going on ... Told staff about issue when went in office she said very sorry ....and would look into issue with workmen..... Need to know where put rubbish 🗑 should be in information pack with apartment details .

• Ann (6/5): A week's holiday in a unique, historical apartment and location, but more attention to detail needed - Liked the terrace, location and views. Liked the privacy on the terrace. The place was fairly clean. The shower water was nice and hot at any time of the day. No communication re keys/access from owner who we booked with, despite asking several times before we left England. Had to get in touch with office Benidorm Booking .com. at the last minute. They sent an email with entry details. On 2nd day we reported to Benidorm Booking.com that the street door had been broken into. No-one came and nothing was done for the whole of our stay. This caused the landing lights to go out, as the electricity panel was broken by the door as it was broken open. There was no shelter from the sun on the terrace. There was not enough cutlery for 2 people. There was no washing-up equipment or tea towel. We had to lift the microwave and the toaster over the sink and put them on the table before we could plug them in to the electrical socket. There were tiny insects around the kitchen area. We bought a big can of spray and sprayed it around, which seemed to get rid of them. The bunk beds: to get onto the top one, up the ladder, caused the whole structure to wobble. To get in and out of the bottom bunk necessitated swinging legs up round the edge of the ladder and banging head on the underside of the top bunk. The back patio door was hard to open and close and did not lock. We knew the stairs would be very steep, but they were a real struggle for us, and we are not unfit. Less fit people than us would really struggle.
• Allan (5/5): would not recomend for people more like a youth hostel - the outdoor patio was amazing the view was amazing shower was great weather was nice some days location is brilliant shops and restuarants nearby so not far to walk beach is 5 minutes away so that was all good trying to get in apartment was awful i am 77 my sister is disabled but thats not there fault i mabeye should have read better asked for 200 pounds depasit to be told where to get keys still not got it back room was left spotless wi fi was awful off fot two days we were only there 4 room is very small no place to put anything lots f things broken handles of wardrobes outside cushions vere disgusting and soken wet whole place can do with a paint marks all over walls ect

• Laura (10/5): 5 stars! Booked to return later this year - The balcony in the top penthouse room is absolutely amazing and has the sun from mid day all the way through til night time. Lovely original features, perfect location and very easy to communicate with the hosts if there are any issues. The roof terrace has amazing views too. Not an issue at all for me but i could see how people may be put off my the stairs.

The place is situated in the old town just a minute walking distance from the Balcó de Mediterrani. There is a nice spanish restaurant just opposite the building and a large parking 5 minutes away. The apartment had a bunk bed, the kitchen was full equipped and I found a hair dryer as well. I got an apartment with a private balcony and an amazing view at the see and Benidorm. I really appreciate the hospitality and a very good contact with the owners.

Shower good. Small balcony, good enough for requirements. There were stains on the sofa bed, curtains and bed bases so a little concerning there. 48 stairs up to apartment, other than that, all good.

• Shelston (9/5): A great comfortable stay with close access to everything we needed with great communication from the - A very easy process - the management team kept in touch and was very easy to access the apartments on arrival. The apartment was modern and clean - plenty of clean towels available- loo roll and even some washing up liquid probably from the last travellers but every little helps The kitchen area was great with a good microwave kettle toaster 2 electric rings and a very good fridge with ample room for snacks and beers - the apartments are located right in the thick of the old town but far quieter than a lot I have stayed in before. The beds in our particular apartment(2) were large singles so we pushed them together and we were very comfortable. The only thing I found difficult were the narrow stairs but I have a knee replacement and the apartments do state they may not be suitable for less able or disabled persons - so I took my chances and we managed.

• Mareii (10/5): Exceptional - I loved the location, right next to the church, so it felt more cultural. The view from the terrace is the best in benidorm I feel, watching the sun set. I liked the bells calling me to go to church . The street below was quiet (stayed march) I liked the room and the building itself. I like how close it was to the beach ,old town and dove Park. It was all good.
• Scott (10/5): All you need in one place. Comfortable & perfect location. - Good location, clean, spacious, nice rooftop views. easy access cheap and comfortable. The sofa bed was damaged and hard. There was only 3 glasses and four of us staying but other than that no problem, could do with defib on the terrace for after all those stairs, nearly died a death.

The sheets on the top bunk obviously hadn't been changed as there was make up on them and there was pubic hair and a lot of dirt in the bathroom. There wasn't even any soap in the bathroom. The bunk beds were dangerous. On the first night my daughter got trapped between the railings and the mattress, I had to pull her out. Several times she bumped her head on the ceiling where it jutted out. I emailed them with a question and noone replied. It was cold. The downstairs door banged loudly at night.

The roof terrace is great for town and beach views. In the Old Town it is noisy late at night, early morning. The access is by narrow stairs upto all 4 floors.
