• Natacha Vanessa (2/5): Déçu de l’hôtel belle vie, j’ai réservé pour les 79ème anniversaire. Séjour très décevant dans cet hôtel. De nombreux - Séjour très décevant dans cet hôtel. De nombreux éléments annoncés lors de la réservation ne correspondaient pas à la réalité. Attention les images sont anciennes Le manque de transparence et l’absence de solution apportée ont fortement nui à notre expérience. Pour un établissement de ce niveau/prix, le service attendu n’était clairement pas au rendez-vous. Je laisse cet avis afin que les futurs clients puissent réserver en connaissance de cause. J’espère sincèrement que des améliorations seront apportées, car en l’état je ne recommande pas cet établissement. L’emplacement, une rue avec des travaux compliqués pour y accéder

The pool is in good condition and the gym is workable although several parts are out of order. They also have a decent breakfast. There is no real coffee available. The hotel could use some renovation and the gym needs fixing.

• Silvana (9/5): Un séjour globalement positif, porté par une équipe attentive et professionnelle. - L’accueil, au check-in comme au check-out, a été particulièrement soigné et professionnel. M. Balchandra Giri s’est distingué par son amabilité et son sens du service. Je tiens également à saluer M. Jack, Prisca et le responsable Housekeeping, ainsi que l’ensemble de l’équipe pour leur disponibilité, leur réactivité et leur engagement constant envers le confort des clients. Et aussi un directeur très attentif. Quelques ajustements organisationnels à l’arrivée et un incident technique ponctuel (groupe) ont légèrement impacté le confort. Une plus grande variété au petit déjeuner pourrait également enrichir l’expérience.

Je m'attendais à un 3* comme indiqué sur booking, mais je me suis rendubcompte sur place qu'il s'agissait d'un 2* (marqué sur une plaque dans l'hôtel). Au vu des commentaires je m'attendais à un hôtel vraiment vraiment mieux. Déçue pour le coup.... Mais le petit déjeuner et la propreté de la piscine ont rattrapé quelque peu les points en moins.

No face and wash cloths. My bedroom had some human hairs on it and I had to redo it. When it rains the corridor to the restaurant gets filled up with water so you should walk carefully as the floor is made of slipping tile.

Very attentive and friendly staff who do their best to make your stay enjoyable. The managers always walking around checking on guests comfort. Very nice breakfast spread everyday. Good variety and food was delicious. Some more fruit options would be nice. Very decent sized swimming pool, and was cleaned. Too many mosquitoes in the dining section considering it's an air-conditioned space with doors that can remain shut.
