- Frank (8/5): 5 Sterne mit Schwächen - Wir waren zum 3. Mal hier. Der Frühstücksbereich wurde komplett neu gestaltet und ist deutlich besser. Im Zimmer waren diverse Steckdosen locker. Die Fenster des Zimmers waren stark verschmutzt. Im Spa war das Dampfbad nicht in Betrieb. Das ist ärgerlich, da wir das Mepas primär wegen des Spas buchen. Personal beim Checkout gleichgültig, so wurde nicht gefragt, ob alles in Ordnung war.

- Neil (9/5): Modern, spacious hotel rooms in near central location. Great value. - Large, clean, modern bedrooms. Free, secure parking. Lovely gym/pool/spa. Integrated above shopping centre so easy to navigate too and from. The breakfast room has been renovated and much improved since I last visited and is now varied and plentiful. Great staff, swift service, 24HRS. The walk to the old town is about 30 minutes, so as long as you are expecting this, there is noting at all not to like.

- Leanne (9/5): Helpful staff and very comfortable stay - Excellent hotel - lovely huge room with comfortable bed, and no noise - brilliant sleep! Staff were helpful, and even though we arrived about midday they enabled us to check in immediately. Not the best location if you are in town as a tourist, although having said that, a 20 minute walk home after dinner in the old town was quite helpful! Also, minor point - it was very difficult to completely close the curtains on the outer edges so shafts of light came in with daylight.

L’espèce piscine/sauna est très bien et la température de la piscine était parfaite. L’hôtel est à 20/25mins à pied du centre historique et il faut longer une route assez passante. Légèrement loin du centre historique

Osoblje ljubazno, doručak zadovoljavajući, raznovrstan. S obzirom na broj zvjezdica spa zona je u malo lošijem stanju. Na veličinu hotela jedan jacuzzi je premalo, a i taj jedan sam po sebi vrlo malen. Sobe se pospremaju dosta kasno. Više puta nam se dogodilo da obavimo sve u gradu, dođemo iza 14-15 sati, a soba nije pospremljena, ručnici nisu zamijenjeni..

- Silvia (10/5): Heerlijk luxe hotel in Mostar! - Prachtig hotel met een heerlijk, lekker warm, binnenzwembad. Het ontbijt was fantastisch en de familiekamer was van alle gemakken voorzien. Op prima loopafstand van het oude centrum van Mostar. Gratis parkeren en in de buurt ook voldoende faciliteiten!

- Nina (10/5): Overall, it’s a good option for location and comfort. - The location is very convenient, especially being within the shopping centre. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the staff were kind and welcoming. Unfortunately, the spa experience didn’t meet my expectations. The pool water was too cold for my liking, and the area was quite crowded and busy, which made it difficult to fully relax. As I usually choose hotels based on the quality of the spa, this was a bit disappointing. Breakfast was average, with nothing particularly standing out. Overall, it’s a good option for location and comfort, but the spa experience would need improvement for me to return. Unfortunately, the spa experience didn’t meet my expectations.

- Tomislav (10/5): A touch of luxury at an affordable price - I loved the spacious room and the swimming pool best. In addition, the staff was very friendly, the breakfast was rich, and the cleanliness was on a high level. -
- Pp49 (10/5): Sample of a perfect Hotel - This is a real example of a perfect hotel. Breakfast options were poor in comparison with this perfect hotel, and breakfast staff were not able to communicate in English. (Just for more improvement)

Excellent petit déjeuner.tres bien situé, possibilité de se rendre au centre commerciale sans passer par l’extérieur . Comme l’année dernière, le spa , dans la piscine les jets ne fonctionnaient pas , le petit jacuzzi pris d’assaut par le peu de personnes donc impossible d’en profiter , dommage !

- Marijana (9/5): Odlican hotel - Sobe su velike i udobne, kupaonica takodjer, dorucak izvrstan, osoblje ljubazno i nasmijano Spa centar - nije radila turska sauna, a druge dvije saune su jako male, stanu 2-3 osobe
- Dina (10/5): Extra - Velika soba, velika kupaonica sa tušem i kadom, ljubazno osoblje, čisto i uredno. Hotel je smješten na lokaciji koja je na 15 - 20 min hoda od starog grada. U blizini hotela ima dosta kafića i restorana. Sami hotel je u mallu kojem se može pristupiti liftom bez problema. U spa dijelu nije bilo gužve, bogati doručak. Sve u svemu mi smo prezadovoljni.
