• Rosalie R. (8/5): imparfait mais très sympa - très bien situé au centre de la ville. Un parking gardé à 200 mètres. L'hôtel n'est qu'une partie dans un projet très sympa de vie commune. Meubles vintage. Toilette japonaise. Chambre calme et lumineuse. L'odeur de tapis-plein mouillé dans la chambre.

• Stef2103 (8/5): Unperfekt mit eigenem Charme - Tolles Zimmer, toller Ort, mit kreativen Menschen, spannenden Begegnungen und gechillter Atmosphäre. Kaffee, Tee und Softdrinks tagsüber kostenlos im ganzen Haus. Üppig ausgestattete Zimmer für vieles, was das Businessherz begehrt. Laute Umgebung, da unmittelbar gegenüber des Einkaufszentrums, Gastronomie direkt darunter. Somit sind offene Fenster abends / nachts zum Lüften eher problematisch. Das Personal ist freundlich, jedoch teils nicht gut in die Prozesse des Hotelbetriebs involviert. Dies sollte verbessert werden. Am 2. Tag wurden vom Zimmerservice lediglich neue Handtücher hingelegt und die Bettdecke gewechselt, bzw. aufgeschüttelt. Viel mehr passierte scheinbar nicht. Hier könnte darüber nachgedacht werden, den Service nur auf Wunsch auszuführen, wie es bei vielen anderen Hotels schon üblich ist. Die Matratze war mir etwas zu weich.
• Jan (9/5): Great hotel - just watch the parking - Very spacious bedroom. With a conference table. And an exercise bike!! Very comfortable bed. Quirky but extremely likeable hotel with lovely staff. Parking was a nightmare. We parked in the multistory car park opposite the hotel only to find this closed when we arrived on Sunday morning to continue our journey. Had to call security and pay 60 Euros to get the car released.

• Viktoriya (6/5): Ohne Titel - Die Zimmer sind gut- sauber Das Hotel schrieb bei der Buchung Halbpension, das heißt Abendessen und Frühstück erst ab 9:30 Uhr – das finde ich auch nicht in Ordnung. Telefonisch war dann alles noch einmal abgeklärt und abgestimmt. Und trotzdem ist gar nichts gekommen: kein Abendbuffet, kein Frühstück, weil das Personal krank war. Lächerlich.

• Torsten (9/5): Überraschend gut :) - Das Personal sehr zuvorkommend, Zimmer super groß, geräumig. Bett sehr bequem. Bad groß und modern. Ein Hotel der etwas anderen Art. Überraschende Zimmer Ausstattung, WC mit beheizbarem Sitz und Duschfunktion. Im Zimmerpreis all you can trink (Alkohol freie Getränke) Super Lage direkt im Zentrum. Frühstück für 7,50 Euro möglich. Rundum ein Erlebnis immer wieder gerne. Keine Parkmöglichkeit direkt vor dem Hotel. Parkhaus in der Nähe für 11 Euro ca. 200 m entfernt. Irreführend in der Buchung Frühstück 18,50 Euro. Das beinhaltet aber Essen den ganzen Tag am Warm und Kalt Buffet. Ist bei der Buchung nicht ersichtlich. Sollte geändert werden. Frühstück für 7,50 ist möglich.

• Rike L. (10/5): Eines der tollsten Hotels in denen wir je waren - Ein Hotel mit Projekt dran das uns unglaublich beeindruckt hat! Direkt am Rand der Fußgängerzone mit Parkhaus in ca. 200m Entfernung. Wir hatten ein 44qm großes Zimmer mit allen Möglichkeiten die zwei Reisende mit zwei Laptops im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels nicht zu erwarten hoffen. Viele Hotels haben immer noch EINEN Stuhl an EINEM winzigen "Schreibtisch" mit EINER Steckdose in der Nähe. Es gibt einen Dachgarten, eine Bar mit sehr nettem Personal, für Hotelgäste im Foyer Kaffee und Softgetränke gratis, dazu Frühstück und eigentlich den ganzen Tag etwas frisch gekochtes zu essen (logischerweise gegen einen Aufpreis). Wenn wir mal wieder ins Ruhrgebiet kommen gibt es für uns kein anderes Hotel!

• Katja (8/5): - Die Citylage war sehr gut. Die freie Verfügung über Getränke im Kühlschrank und Kaffeepads war Klasse. Büfettessen war gut aber nichts Besonderes. Eine riesen Auswahl an Marmelade aber ein wenig Obstsalat oder Säfte... Das Haus lädt zum Entdecken ein.... Parkplatzsuche. Personal war ein wenig tröge und nicht wirklich hilfreich bei der Gestaltung des Geburtstages meiner Tochter... Keine Dekoration etc. Ich hätte mir eine kleine Führung durch die verschiedenen Bereiche des Hause gewünscht. Erst am letzten Tag haben wir durch Zufall die tolle Außenterrasse entdeckt und auch die Getränkeautomaten.

• Stefan (8/5): - Sehr freundliches Personal, perfekte Lage! Die Tür von der Dusche war defekt, aber ich habe darauf hingewiesen und man wollte sich direkt nach meiner Abreise darum kümmern.
• Annett (7/5): - Das Personal war freundlich. Leider war beim Check in das gebuchte Zimmer noch nicht gereinigt, so dass ein anderes Zimmer angeboten wurde. Prinzipiell ein guter kundenorientierter Service. Allerdings wurde dann ein höherer Zimmerpreis in Rechnung gestellt, als in der Buchung vereinbart. Leider ist es schwierig mit Mitarbeitern in Kontakt zu treten. Emails wurden nicht beantwortet. Erst nachdem ich endlich jemanden telefonisch erreichen konnte, konnte ich die Reklamation des überhöhten Zimmerpreises klären. Allerdings erhielt ich weder eine Erklärung noch eine Entschuldigung. Auch meine Frage, warum die Mails zwar gelesen aber nicht beantwortet werden, blieb offen. Dieses wenig kundenfreundliche Verhalten kann leider auch durch die freundliche Art des Servicepersonals vor Ort nicht wettgemacht werden. Schade.

• May (9/5): Great atmosphere and staff, convenient location - Food in hotel was good, with good range of options. Hospitality was exceptional, staff were very friendly and helpful and we felt very welcome. Location was very convenient to shops and eating places. The hotel is also a creative space for artists which gives it a cool vibe. Our room was on the 4th floor and felt a bit warm at outside temperature of 20C even opening the windows for a while. Maybe the option of a ceiling or stand fan would help guests feel more comfortable. Or maybe just the upper floors. This was the only issue and minor one. Otherwise we had a great time and would stay again if in the area.

• Dany (8/5): A beautiful hotel with well equiped large rooms in the city center. - Spacious place! Great privacy. Luxurious full fetched toilet with sprinkler system. A bathtub ! Great sound with tv. The lights were not so cozy. We had to improvise a bit to make the room look warm lit up.

The bathroom with tub and shower and a heated lighted toilet, wow. Small fridge, hot water kettle and Nespresso coffee maker. Two bottles of excellent wine were available at cost. Something gave me problems with my hay fever.
