• KALLE (8/5): Ohikulkumatkalla mukavaa majoitusta. - Parkkipaikka autolle järjestyi kätevästi noin 2 metriä etuovesta ja hissi toimi mainiosti. Aamupalalla olisi voinut olla hiukan enmmän tarjolla "suolaista" mutta tälläkin mitä oli tarjolla niin kyllä pärjää.

• Patrick (6/5): Nice little place in a simple little town - Clean, bathroom with flushable toilet, charming breakfast The bathroom sprung a leak my first night. They took care of tit the next day, it feeling my feet squishing through water in the middle of the night was surprising
• Renato (9/5): Enjoyable stay, central location, friendly staff. Must stay when in Piazza - Breakfast had fairly good variety of choices although limited, no scrambled eggs :( but ok otherwise. Parking was right out the door and location was very central. Nothing really.. all was quite nice.

Convenient parking. Friendly staff. Breakfast included melon, cheese, ham, yogurt, coffee & croissants. Pillows were not very comfortable. Shower stall was small (typical for Sicily).

• John (10/5): Perfect boutique hotel in Sicily. - We chose this hotel because of its name. It’s our family name. We were pleasantly surprised to find such a cute place with an incredibly friendly staff. It was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Felt safe and secure. If you come to this part of Sicily stay here it’s perfect. Highly recommended Wasn’t a single thing we didn’t like.

• Jae (10/5): My recent stay at Hotel Gangi was nothing short of exceptional. - The host was friendly and greeted me with hospitality. The room was super clean and cared with details. The bath also was clean and comfortable. My stay was in December and the room was warm. The bath also was warm. Everything was well maintained. Nothing in my stay.
• Lorraine (9/5): Convenient location for a comfortable stay. - It was convenient for the bus stop and for the centre of town. The room was spacious and the staff were accommodating and friendly and very happy to use phone translations to communicate. I was also able to leave my luggage while I visited the Villa Romana. The front desk reception isn’t staffed full time, so I had to make arrangements for specific timing to arrive, collect luggage etc. The staff were very generous about this though. The breakfast was very basic.

• Atanas (8/5): A hotel near Piazza Armerina bus stop. - Staff do not speak English almost at all but give their best to meet customer needs. The facade rooms are prone to traffic noise during the night (I was there on Saturday night).

• John (4/5): Look somewhere else in Pazza Armerina. - Very mixed experience. The hotel is centrally placed for Piazza Armerina. Clearly much money has been spent on the inside but it is at best a 2*. Had difficulty raising reception on arrival. Eventually a chamber maid arrived to do this. There was no room cleaning. Had to ask twice for toilet paper. No bathroom cleaning. No bed making. Breakfast was truly laughable. Street parking for which you are reimbursed to be fair. Eventually threw the towel in after 2 days. We were then told there was a penalty for leaving early despite the fact we had PRE PAID for 4 days. Had a real tussle about that one. Two kids basically running the hotel. They were very nice but had no idea what running a hotel entails. Look further!

• Helene (8/5): - L'hôtel est facile d'accès en voiture (parking gratuit à proximité : 30 Via Generale Muscarà), pas loin du centre historique de Piazza Armerina à pied. Le personnel ne parle pas français, et parle pas très bien anglais. Petit déjeuner pas terrible : pâtisseries industrielle, biscottes, jus de fruits artificiels... Chambre spacieuse et confortable.
