- Gulnar (10/5): - Everything, this was my 3rd stay with them. Shahad was kind enough to upgrade me to a suite after I asked to change my room for a view. And I needed that as I'm staying for work and needed the extra sofa and coffee table for the laptop. Everyone was very helpful amd Kind. And it was the perfect location for Jordan University.

- Sharonkchu (10/5): Impressive Chef - I stayed at the Gerasa Hotel in Amman and had a very pleasant experience. The location is convenient, and the hotel is clean and comfortable. What stood out most was the food—both breakfast and dinner were excellent. The chef prepares a wide variety of dishes from different countries, and you can really see the effort and care put into each meal. I was out during the day, so I didn’t try lunch, but based on my experience, the dining quality is impressive. I would gladly stay here again.

- اروى (5/5): ممكن اعيد الزياره لو تحسن وضعه - اعجبني سرعة اجراءات الدخول + سرير الاطفال كان واسع اللي ما اعجبني اولاً المخاد يبي لها تغيير لانها من كثر الكرف صار القطن منفصل عن بعضه + لقيت بعض المخاد فيها بقع + الفطور لذيذ لكن لما جيت اكل لاحضت ان الشوكه وصخه من داخل وفحصت كل اللي على الطاوله كانت كلها وصخه وقلت لهم غيروها وجابو لي نفس الوصاخه الين وريتهم الوصاخه وغيروها مره ثانيه + مافيه عزل ابدا من ناحية الابواب ازعاج اللي في الممرات جدا ممل + الموظف يتصل لإجراءات الخروج كل ثلاث دقائق لدرجة حتى جزمتي يالله لبستها بالممر بسبب ازعاجه لنا

- 268krishnam (10/5): A great hotel with lovely staff! - A lovely hotel. The staff are really friendly and cannot do enough for you. From the man on security to lady on reception and the waiters in the restaurant everyone is really welcoming. The food is delicious. Plenty of options available for both breakfast and dinner. The tastiest hotel food from all the places we stayed and the chef was always there to explain what was on offer. We used the gym and it has an excellent selection of weights and strength/cardio machines available - especially for a hotel gym. Gym is also open 24/7 which is great. The location is a little far from downtown however it is a cheap (2-3JD) uber drive and there are plenty of food/drink places nearby if you do want something different.

We went to the gym a number of times and staff even brought us additional water. The location is a bit out of town but Uber are so reasonable with (£2-3) ride.

Rooms were great and en suite was clean although slight aroma but not bad. First night room was a bit small but had a great room for our last three nights. Just to note that this hotel, along with all of the others that we stayed at, was alcohol free and there were no bars anywhere near. We did locate an off license but it was about 20-25 minutes walk away. There were also no offers of soft drinks at dinner either at this hotel, although they were, including an alcohol free beer, available in the reception lounge.

Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for quality, comfort, and exceptional service. I will definitely be returning on my next visit!

The location is near the University and there are many taxis and it is very easy to get around. There are many restaurants in shops in walking distance.

Breakfast great choice of different foods, all very tasty. Evening meal, again excellent choice and well presented, spent four nights here and every meal was very good and different choices. Would definitely stay here again, if I have the opportunity to return to Amman.

During our stay, we were lucky to witness two lovely wedding events taking place at the hotel, which added such a joyful and lively touch to our experience. Our first room had a small issue, but the staff handled it promptly and moved us to a larger, more comfortable room that was clean and well maintained. A special shout-out to the amazing staff — Shahed, Mahmoud, Mr.Ghassan and all the restaurant team. Everyone was so kind and attentive, especially Omar, who went out of his way to prepare a delicious Kunafa dessert for us. One of them the room was great (for the price point), the other was a little smaller and more basic. The breakfast and dinner buffets are excellent. We had a nice time there.
- Loren (6/5): - The hotel is clean with a good breakfast. But if you reserve a regular room the noice of the street at night could disturb you so i recomend to reserve a room with no noice. During our stay at the hotel, we encountered a very unpleasant situation in the parking lot. Our car was blocked by another vehicle, and despite asking for assistance from the reception and other staff members, no one was able to help us. As a result, we were stuck for almost half an hour. What was most disappointing is that we were told the parking area does not belong to the hotel, even though your official website clearly states that the hotel provides its own parking. This contradiction caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience, and we expected better service and accountability from the hotel.

- ابومحمد (9/5): بوم - يقع الفندق في بالقرب من الجامعة الأردنية في منطقة حيوية بها العديد من المطاعم والمقاهي وبعض المحلات التجارية . اما طاقم العمل بالفندق فكانوا جميعهم لطيفين ومتساعدين ، وخاصتا موظفة الاستقبال شهد فكانت في منتهى الذوق واللطف والابتسامة الدائمة على وجهها . الفندق بشكل عام جيد جدا مريح للإقامة . حمام السباحة صغير جدا وماء بارد جدا ، حمام الغرفة ينقصه شاور عمودي . تحتاج الغرفة الى ميني بار به بعض المشروبات الباردة وسناك خفيف . الفطور ينقصه كثير من المأكولات للإفطار ويحتاج لبعض التغيير في القائمة لأنه متكرر .
