- Nick040 (8/5): We hebben genoten! - Appartement is schoon, 2 badkamers dus dat was handig voor ons grotere gezelschap. Keuken is klein maar je kan er prima een kleine maaltijd of ontbijtje maken. Meerdere supermarkten in de buurt, evenals een goede bakkerij, koffiehuis en de metro Tijdens ons verblijf van 5 nachten zijn ze wel 1x nieuwe handdoeken komen brengen, maar er werd tussendoor niet een keer schoongemaakt. Ook jammer dat het appartement maar 1 toilet heeft. Op onze slaapkamer konden helaas de shutters niet dicht. Daardoor was het wel wat lichter op de kamer.

- Sandra (9/5): It was a pleasant stay and excellent location. Nice and clean. - There was no breakfast. But there was coffee, tea, sugar and salt in the suite. The suite was clean and there was always someone cleaning the common areas of the apartments. We had a washer and there was also a washer and dryer in the common area as well as a lounge area to sit outside on the 5th floor which was lovey to have use of. Our kettle and toaster did not work and upon request were replaced promptly. Well it was advertised as a two bedroom two bath so we were surprised when we arrived there was two bathrooms with a shower and sink. Then there was one room with one toilet in it.

- Kristina (10/5): - Аппартаменты очень комфортные для жилья, все что нужно имелось, хозяев ни о чем не пришлось просить, порадовала luxury комната, в котрой была и стиральная машина, и пакетики для чая, и капсулы для кофе. Терасса вообще прелесть ,можно принять ванну и там тоже, Если чего то не хватало у гостей всегда есть доступ к этой комнате, больше скажу, персонал сделал приятный сюрприз на день рождения, ввиде бутылки Шампанского, что сделало отдых в двойне приятнее... локация аппартаментов просто великолепная...все не далеко ,и супер рядом и метро, то есть это один из центральных районов Вены. Вообщем мы безумно благодарны team Rafael Kaiser за отличный сервис, прекрасный отдых в этих чудесных аппартаментах. Теперь будем отдыхать только у вас и советовать вас друзьям. Единственное наверное что я б изменила это косой потолок в ванной... он немного низковат но не критично .а так все прекрасно.

- Verena (9/5): Gut, bis auf die WC-Situation - Ordentlich, relativ ruhig für die zentrale Lage, Frühstück u Restaurants in der Nähe Es waren 2 Badezimmer ausgeschrieben, jedoch handelte es sich ausschließlich um zwei Duschbäder. Es gab für die vier Personen nur ein WC. Das fand ich sehr irritierend und war auch nicht das was ich erwartet hatte.

- Dongwan (4/5): - 위치가 상당히 좋고 dm billa 등 편의점들이 즐비해있음. 그리고 도보로 슈테판성당까지 12분이면 갈 수있음. 문의로 여러번 컨택했지만 답변이 오지않음. 비번 중 0번이 눌리지않아 20분동안 숙소를 못들어감. 결국 오랫동안 삽질해서 얻은 스킬로 겨우 들어감. 그래서 비번교체를 여러번 요청했으나 무시됨. 다시는 가지 않을듯.

- Nadine (8/5): - Größe war gut, Lage gut. Abwicklung gut. Zwischen zwei getrennten Appartments war eine verschlossene Durchgangstür. Diese war nicht schallisoliert und daher war es sehr laut von den Nachbarn her durch die Küche.

- Maximilian (9/5): Tolles Apartment mit zentraler Lage und fairem Preis - Wir waren für zwei Übernachtungen mit vier Erwachsenen und einem Kind. Zentrale Lage, alles vorhanden, Babybett wurde bereit gestellt. Zwei Schlafzimmer, zwei Badezimmer (eins mit Dusche und eins mit Badewanne) mit separater Toilette. Kleine Küchenzeile, alles vorhanden. Ziemlich hellhörig im Apartment (von den Nachbarn bekommt man nichts mit), ein wenig verwinkelt und mit Kinderwagen nicht ganz optimal wegen der Stufen bis man zum Aufzug und vom Aufzug ins Apartment kommt. Aber alles nur Kleinigkeiten.

- RJ (9/5): - Het appartement (nummer 420) beschikte over twee badkamers, twee slaapkamers, een woonkamer met televisie, een goed uitgeruste keuken met koelkast en uiteraard een toilet. De buurt is tamelijk rustig en er is een goede aansluiting met het openbaar vervoer (tram, bus of metro). Het centrum zelf is binnen 20 à 25 minuten te voet te bereiken. Er is een supermarkt in de buurt (300m) en verschillende plekken waar je kunt eten. Op de Karmelitermarkt (400m) zijn er keukens uit verschillende delen van de wereld. Geen opmerkingen

- Tamina (10/5): Perfekt für einen Citytrip...zentrumnah, aber in ruhiger Umgebung - Wie hatten eins der kleineren Appartment gebucht...super Austattung, tolle Lage, einzigartiger Ausblick aus dem Schlafzimmer über die Stadt. Babybett und Kinderstuhl waren bereit gestellt. 2 U- Bahn Stationen in der Nähe, Zentrum und Prater zu Fuß zu erreichen, viele gute Restaurants in direkter Umgebung.

We had a cracked sink, worn kitchen, curtains that struggled to be closed, grimy toilet seat etc. So nothing terrible but did not meet expectations

- Marc (10/5): Super Aufenthalt, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder - Die Lage ist überragend, mehrere Supermärkte, Restaurants und weitere Läden des täglichen Bedarfs befinden sich quasi vor der Haustüre. Lieferdienste sind schnell und liefern auch bis zur Haustüre. So konnten wir das vergessene Handyladegerät direkt nach Ankunft liefern lassen. Haltestellen für öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Terrasse in den Innenhof ist ruhig und gemütlich, die Wohnung selbst schön eingerichtet. Die Sauberkeit ist überragend und gegen ein kleines freiwilliges Trinkgeld kann man sich auch Kaffeepads holen. Auf Nachfrage durften wir das Zimmer früher beziehen und hatten nach dem Check-out noch die Möglichkeit den Gepäckraum zu nutzen. Andere Bewertungen merkten an, dass ist die Ausstattung nicht neu sei. Selbstverständlich handelt es sich um eine Wohnung, die auch bewohnt wird und Gebrauchsspuren sind vorhanden, jedoch ist alles in sehr gutem Zustand. Durch die angenehme Größe des Bettes ist leider der Einstieg relativ schmal bzw. die Balkontüre lässt sich nicht komplett öffnen. Das hatte uns aber nicht gestört.

Il deposito bagagli molto utile. Il codice d'accesso nell'appartamento inviato via mail era errato ma abbiamo risolto subito con l'assistenza. L'appartamento era molto caldo, problema risolto aprendo le finestre.

Really appreciated the quick responses of the hosts and the fact that if you wanted more towels or tea, for example, you simple went upstairs to a supply area to get them. Also, one person in our group celebrated a birthday during our stay and the host left a lovely birthday note and bottle of champagne. A nice touch!
