• Jan (10/5): - أروع اوتيل موجود بالصويفية اكتر شغلتين حبيتهن لطف الموظفين والراحة راحة نفسية في المكان بتدخل فيها بعالم تاني نوم عميق وهدوء ومكان جميل بكل تفاصيله اشكر ادارته الأكثر من رائعة اشكر السيد مختار على حسن الضيافة واشكر طاقم الاستقبال على حسن الاستقبال حبيت انه كل شي متوفر في الفندق طاقم الاستقبال متفهمين جدا وخدومين وبساعدوا باي شي يحتاجه المقيم بصراحة فاق توقعاتي
• Dr. Bajis Amr (1/5): The worst experience snd worst hotel in my life - It was not like in the description, very dirty, no lights beside bed, the furniture is very very dirty, i could not take shower because very dirty, no iron steel, the breakfast is very Bad
• Alaa (9/5): Satisfaying - The stuff was super cooperative and nice. They helped with ordering the taxis and the food. They also tolerated the late checkout very nicely. Not having tawels in the room. Then that was brought over.
• بندر (1/5): - الموقع جيد وكذلك الباركنق ولكن بصفه عامه لا انصح بالسكن على الاطلاق الفرش غير نظيف والمكيف عطلان والموظف بالاستقبال لم يخبرني بذلك مع علمهم يالمشكله وطلبت تغيير الغرفه وكانت بنفس المشكله مكيفها عطلان ، مما يدل على أن جميع مكيفات الفندق لا تعمل بشكل جيد وغير مصينه وكذلك الخدمه سيئة لم يتم توفير مناشف او مناديل او حذاء لدورات المياه اعزكم الله .

She was extremely kind and helpful, and assisted me in changing the room quickly and professionally. I would also like to thank all the staff for their continuous support and assistance. It was truly a wonderful experience, and their efforts made my stay very comfortable. • Ali (10/5): انه سكن مناسب وانصح به لقد تحسن جداً مقارنة بالسنوات السابقة وتم ترميم اغلب الغرف انه مناسب كاموقع والفطور جيد ولكن عند - سعة الغرفة ممتازة ومواقف السيارات تحت الأرض (البيسمنت) يخرج ويعود النزيل في أمان من جميع النواحي والسعر مناسب 25 دينار مقابل الليلة رائحت الدخان في الاستقبال مزعجة اتمنى يمنع ذلك لأن العميل يحتاج بعض الاحيان الجلسة والقهوة في اللوبي ودوراة المياة لم تكن بالشكل المطلوب مال الاستقبال

• George (3/5): - Took forever to get towels and the staff is not that friendly. Also most of the things in my room were broken (shower head - no water - shower door - window doesn’t close) Second day they changed my room but it’s still not the greatest stay.

• Rana (7/5): We enjoyed our stay thanks - Good location.. The room is comfortable and spacious.. The staff are friendly and helpful.. The bathroom and some facilities need maintenance and follow up !!
