mohammadshahiduli726 (4/5): Has to be one of the most unclean hotels in Dhaka - I ordered two rooms via Expedia. The hotel has to be one star to be fair to the to be fair. I’ve got children for £35 but I was disappointed as it looked very nice online and I read really good reviews for coming to the property I have to say the bedding, what I had a very bad smell, especially the pillows And the room was it was not clean but I guess paying £15 per night. This is what you will get for. Overall I didn’t have a good experience. This is why I gave you a two star rating but I will definitely not come back and stay at this hotel. I have stayed at cheaper hotels, similar price in Dhaka and they were way better.

Anwarul (4/5): - Convenient for whoever is going to the airport. Restaurant is okay and you have to order food beforehand. Most staff are okay. They served the complimentary breakfast cold. Just toast and parata with potato curry. And sweet and little coffee. Elevator is installed in a weird position; if you have heavy luggage, you need to carry it half of the way.

Room was okay, but very disappointed with the bathroom. It was gross with stain all over the bathtub and yeah, free cockroaches. Things to add, onside restaurant was a plus and good food. Will never comeback again.
Ameenbajwa (2/5): No Star Experience..!! Not recommended. - I don't know really from where I have to start..! I stayed in this hotel for few hours only after check in by evening 9 pm as I need to leave by morning 6 am to Dhaka airport. Me and my brother could not sleep whole night even for 5 mint, the dangerous Mosquitoes was around and biting us very badly. We was just struggling to kill them which was so embarrassing. We have called 3 times to inform Hotel reception , they send killing spray ( Aerosol) at the room but doesn't work at all. The room should be hassle free from the beginning before guest arrive as its nothing new for Dhaka, but not in Hotel Rooms..!! There are few things I observe which need to be fixed by management, doesn't matter it's 5 star OR 3 star hotel as.. 1. I have found lot of blood spot on the blanket and bed sheet even the bath towel which was really dirty. room slipper not provided 2.Room lights was not working (front of the dressing table mirror specially) 3. No hot water available for shower (Its very common facility in any Hotel) 4.There was no tissue box at the room (given after 4 hours and reminding twice) 5.Front desk staff should be available at all the time ( I wake them up at 6:15 am as they was sleeping covered with blanket like home near the sofa area in the middle of lobby which is first time seen in my life) 6. The staffs are not friendly and they should serve their guest positively with more details. No complains but all above feedback will help the management to refill the gaps for future service. I believe small things makes lot of difference.
nymiah (4/5): Rundown - Stayed here at the start of December on a stop over at Dhaka during our journey from london to syhlet. Lobby: The lobby is fairly modernised clean, and the actual reception toilets though dingy they are clean. There is WiFi throughout the hotel and ac. Bedrooms: Dilapidated rooms in need of a refresh, you can tell at its peak it was probably quite nice. Bedding had marks on the sheets in two of the rooms! We had two of the downstairs double rooms and one double room upstairs (that was the worst one). Toilets where awful. The room I slept in the toilet had a bath tub which was rusted and stained, there was marks everywhere, it was dirty and grubby and poorly lit (which may have been a blessing as couldn’t see everything). Using any of the toilets made our skin crawl! It was manageable for night if you are stuck. Staff: The staff member on duty at at our arrival was polite and helpful as where most. However they need to work on their internal communication. My dad arranged to keep one of our three rooms until 1pm the next day so we could explore then comeback and freshen up before our flight to syhlet, however, the lady on reception the next day said this isn’t possible so at the last minute had to check out of all the rooms! Absolutely appalling customer service and caused great inconvenience. Breakfast: We nearly missed breakfast they called to remind us which was great. Arrived at the end so not much left but they still made us fresh eggs etc which was very kind. Please note if you are wearing of drinking bottled water none of the bottles we got - in the room and during breakfast where sealed.

Mofty (4/5): Should not be called an hotel - Biman Bangladesh put passangers in this hotel due to long wait from our domestic to international connecting flight to London Heathrow Airport. Biman Bangladesh has contact with various hotels within the vanicity. Wanted me to share a room with two other blokes , but we was not having any of that nonesence after 10 minutes of protest I got a room to myself same for the other blokes. Free food and drink courtesy of Biman Bangladesh. Its not a great place but staff are friendly.
aasalik (4/5): Rip off hostel - We missed our local flight to Sylhet so we stayed at this very poor hostel. The cost for 1 room was taka 10,000. We were a family of five people and there were only 2 beds. As it was late and we were all exhausted from jet lag we just bit the bullet and rested our bodies. The place was unclean and service was poor. Avoid this place as there are better hotels yes hotels in the area and closer to the airport. It flooded outside with rain and it took us hours to get to the airport. Luckily we set off long before they told us to.
ROBERT (4/5): Not good value for money because of bugs and bath. - The good: the service was very helpful. They tried to accommodate my unusual schedule in several ways and helped me get a taxi at an unusual hour. Also, the bed was comfortable and the sheets were clean and the air-con worked. The bad: (though the room was otherwise clean...) 3 cockroaches and something like a millipede on my bedroom floor. That's a no-go for me. Also, the bathroom was NOT up to western standards. Didn't look clean to me. Also, this was one of the first times that the Hotels.com reviews didn't match my experience.

970tanvirt (8/5): Decent hotel, very close to Airport. FREE TRANSFERS. - Have stayed at this hotel 3 times now. Located very close to the Airport; 5-10 minutes away. They offer FREE Transfers to Airport both ways if booked directly. Or 1 leg when booked online via Booking.com or other sites. Decor is very normal and reflects the price they charge. The rooms are spacious, Air conditioned. Some have balconies as well. The best room is the Family Room, ehich has a living room and a large Bedroom with two King Beds. They also offer FREE Buffet Breakfast. The food from the Restaurant is Very good. They also have a separate Fast Food shop. The staff are generally friendly. Overall a good experience. Recommend this hotel, especially to families.
Habib_C123 (2/5): Bangladesh airlines transfer stay over - Avoid this hell hole at all costs! Calling this place a hotel is misleading it is more a hostel trying to be a hotel and failing miserably. As far as cleanliness is concerned I do not think that word exists in the hotels vocabulary, be sure to pack your antibacterial gel, as the door handle and surroundings are extremely dirty. I decided not to use the toilet, and thanked god I was there for only few hours. Bangladesh airlines the joke of an airline put the passengers up at this hotel. It’s a shame you cannot give negative stars.
hansk97 (6/5): Good value for money - Room was ok for Dhaka standard at this price. Most rooms are rather dark and sometimes smelly. Management and staff was very accommodating in changing rooms for us until we found one which we liked. Mosquito screens at the windows would be a huge improvement. Communication was not always easy due to poor English of the staff. Location of hotel is good: close to airport and relatively quiet.

RoyalSpice (2/5): Dnt go to that hotel. Bad night. - Could not sleep all night. Pillow was too hard. Water was leaking all night from AC. Floor was flooded . It is a total disaster all together. Rooms smelly too. Time i was complaining staff were very rude and constant arguing about whole time. Very bad customer service and manners they have. Got to go long way.
Bangla1 (6/5): Not a bad choice- potential to be much better - I first stayed here 2 years ago, it's had a revamp a few months ago but seems to still be stuck on that 3 star level. This isn't a bad choice in terms of proximity to the airport, takes about 20 minutes during rush hour. The good- Close to the airport. Reasonable price, 6000 taka for the best room which sleeps 4 people. Good size rooms which come with TVs/ air con, small fridge & hot water. Breakfast included- nice English, Bangla or vegan options. Room service. English speaking staff. Peaceful location. The bad- Bad quality pillows. Bad quality linen. Really cheap feeling & looking towels. Dirty bed covers. Leaking taps. Cheap & nasty free stuff like soap & shampoo & loo rolls- really cheap & bad quality. Old fashioned style furniture- looks out of date, needs some quality modern bits. Overpriced room service & restaurant prices- the food available for room service is available all over the area at a much lower price, it overpriced unnecessarily as it's only standard food not Michelin star! If the management improve on the things mentioned, this hotel could easily be a 4 star. At its present state, I wouldn't stay here with my family, it's ok if it's just the boys. I would rate this hotel a solid 3 star, nothing more- it has great potential but the management really need to spend the money to draw in the foreign clients. The only reason for staying here would be its peaceful location & its proximity to the airport.
dinislamm (10/5): More than my expectation - I stayed here for transit to an international flight. The price is very reasonable for room, pick-up and drop off at airport and complimentary breakfast. Front office and restaurant staffs are friendly. They allowed me to use their computer and printer for free, though it was not included in room rent. There is an in-house Restaurant with room service. Their foods are tasty and price are reasonable. And shower with hot water is very rare in Dhaka, which is provided here. I am looking forward to stay on next time.
