- shiqi (6/5): - 這個價格可以找到這個地段以及星級是不錯的，房間大小還可以，基本設施都有，只是房間和吹風機，地板比較舊，裝修風格比簡約好一點，反而公共區域的裝修比較新和豪華，但畢竟是酒店不是賓館，浴缸邊和花灑的清潔度有很大的進步空間，洗臉盆很小，很低，很容易搞到到處都是水. 但看評分清潔度有4.3！另外就是前台的服務員服務態度不夠親和以及協助解決問題能力低. 反而樓下bell boy（Franky）很好，主動提供行李箱寄存和很努力協助如何去我要去的地方，值得讚許. 如果房間設施新一點和好一點，下次一定會再去. 用行動支持每一個盡責的服務人員的飯碗.

- Tat Fun (2/5): Unbelievable concierge staff - When I was checking out, I presented the receptionist my room cards and my deposit receipt. He then rudely ordered me to wait for five minutes without any “please” nor further explanation. I told him that I’m in such a hurry, then he reluctantly processed my check-out in such an unbelievably slow pace. After printing out the deposit agreement, he asked me to sign in order to verify that I’ve received my deposit back. I told him that it is illogical as he did not give me any penny back yet. He then threatened me that if I’m not signing, he wouldn’t pay me back my deposit. The whole experience could not be more unpleasant. I paid the hotel for proper service and sensible aids from hotel staff, not anything rude and illogical like this.

- Verified traveler (8/5): Decent Hotel in Macau - The best thing about the hotel was the room size, quite spacious. The condition was agreeable, comfortable. Staff were courteous and helpful. Location is not too far from ferry terminal to which they also provide a free shuttle service. For exploring Macau, it is a bit of a long walk but doable. Casino is on the ground floor but does not interfere with stay experience. Overall okay, slightly pricey value wise.

Personnel toujours sympatrique, qualité des communs et de la chambre, on regrète de ne pas rester une semaine. Et le top a été le dîner buffet dans le restaurant de l'hotel, d'une qualité impressionnante. A refaire certainement.

- Verified traveler (10/5): - 立地は旅の目的次第ですが、カジノホテル群からは少し距離があるので、静かに過ごせます。フェリーターミナルからは徒歩で約10分。リスボア周辺へも徒歩で15分はかかりません。 フロントでのチェックイン時に、1000HKSのデポジットを取られます。デポジットについては、事前にお知らせとして案内がきました。 グランドスイートのキングに宿泊しました。客室は広く、ベッドや調度品も新しく快適です。空調も良くききました。バスタブもあり、シャワーブースもあります。 宿泊料金からすると、とてもお得なホテルです。

- Verified traveler (2/5): - usb插頭全房只有兩個也不要緊,最重要是位置竟然是在寐頭頂之床板上而不是在床頭柜戓工作台上, 換言之當我們睡覺時是和正在差電中的手機是非常接近甚至是同床. 另外床褥方面太軟, 本人由昨天起床後直到今天腰部都感不適, 偶有移轉力度不合背後的腰部便會有痛或有點梗硬了. 而淋浴間方面因沒有任何踏級戓間隔和洗手間分隔, 而浴濂是不到地的,故當洗澡後都會把全個洗手間地面弄濕, 形成容易滑倒

Location is convenient with just mins walk to Sands Macau where free shuttle buses go to different major Macau location: and about 25mins walk to Senado Square and Grand Lisboa. Slight disturbance due to ongoing renovation which will start punctually 9am daily. But it doesn’t cause much problem to us as we were already out for fun that time :)

I've stayed alot in Macau, including Wynn and the Venetian, but this, by far, is my most favorite hotel. The room is spacious and super clean. House keeping is fantastic. It is close to the main drag without being too noisy. Perfect for my stay

- patrick (10/5): Definitely a 31/2 star hotel in my opinion - 2 nite stay. Arrived at 4:30pm. Was told if I could wait for an hour, they will upgrade my room. Front desk receptionist was friendly n polite. Was worth waiting, room was spacious with free mini bar. Exterior building renovation was in progress, but it didn’t bother a bit. There’s a cafe on first fl.by the casino serving local cuisine which was fairly decent. Overall service was good. Hotel located in area convenient to access most places. Final day receive in room complimentary fruits was a plus. Checking out was fast, except was told that the MOP $ 1000 damage deposit will be return in a week, which doesn’t make me feel comfortable as it’s already a week and still haven’t got it back thru my visa transaction.

- kok poh (8/5): good hotel - worth the money - it was a first time stay for me in this hotel. Room was big and spacious. Hotel stuff was friendly. inform me that i am too early for check in and recommended to check in my luggage at the 1st floor first instead of carrying to the 3rd floor reception area. Overall the ambiance of the hotel was very good. the exterior was doing heavy renovation due to change of hotel name, but there was no noise heard within the hotel room. 2 things that can be improved. 1. the make-up room could be slightly faster. i went out at 9am in the morning and return almost 2pm, but the room was not make up yet. 2. other hotels if you instruct to change the bedding, it request you to put the card or badge on the bed to notify that you want to change the bedding. but this LKF is opposite, instead if you don want to change the bedding, then you put the card on the bed. this is a bit strange as we will tend to forget to put the card. suggest to only put the card if you want to change the bedding like the rest of the hotel. after all, you are trying to save the environment too :)

- Verified traveler (10/5): Nice hotel at reasonable price - The location is easily accessible, it is just opposite the 澳門理工大學，you can get there by many buses and you can go everywhere in the city too . However the hotel only has 1 route shuttle bus, from or to 關閘，so if you have to go there from the ferry pier, you need to take the bus or taxi. For the room, I choose the suite this time, it is quite large and comfortable, with a nice view facing 燈塔. Remember the reception counter is on the 3rd floor, while the lower floors is the casino.
- Nashir (10/5): Just Like the Promotional Photos - It is very rare to find a hotel that actually lives up to the promotional photos. This hotel delivers...well maintained, room was very clean. Super spacious bath and bedroom. Extra furniture was comfy as was the bed. Area was very quiet away from main tourist drag. staff was very helpful. I'd recommend staying here.

- Carlos (8/5): Good hotel for the price! - I enjoyed my stay at this hotel, room is very clean and has the latest tech gadgets, very comfortable for the price I paid. Location is great as well, within walking distance to many other attractions. Casino is not good. I will defitely stay again!
