They moved us from 208 to 216, across from elevators and still didn't have a view. The pictures made the room look way bigger than it was. We listened to the elevator, I think a generator or something kicking on and off all night. Pretty sure the neighbors were having sex next to us. It was definitely not worth the $520 we were charged. We paid for breakfast but didn't eat either day. Not impressed

The pool is so small and it was FREEZING! Would be nice to have a hot tub added then this hotel would be absolutely perfect.

The pool was not working which was disappointing as we weren't informed ahead of time and the summer heat was hot. The staff was nice and the lobby seemed to stay busy with guest hanging out in the area. Overall our stay was okay for the weekend.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Nice stay...but small rooms - The hotel was in the perfect location for our stay while playing baseball at the Chesterfield complex. Plenty of food choices around. The only complaint is that the room was really cramped. The hide-a-bed was turned so that it would fit, and once it is out, there is basically no walking room.

My husband and I couldn’t wait to get home so we could catch up on the sleep we missed stayed at this hotel 2 nights. Walls and ceilings super thin. We could hear everything. Kids running around at 2am, upstairs room guests fighting. Room itself seemed clean, bathroom still had hair everywhere from the previous guest. I noticed several people loitering around the lobby and outside in the parking lot. It seemed as though they were there to use the pool and weren’t actual guests. I guess I will have to pay more for a more upscale hotel to have a better experience and not worry about uncomfortable beds, the noise level or loiterers.

• derek (6/5): - The outside of the hotel was nice, and the surrounding area had good shopping and restaurants. Lobby area looked well-kept and clean. Our room was surface clean however the sofa and ottoman were nasty dirty. The wall behind the toilet looked as if they tried cleaning something off the wall but bleached the wallpaper in the process. The toilet handle was broken and looked like they did a makeshift fix on it. We got it to flush but it wasn't right. This is a bit picky, but I didn't like the show design. There was only a half wall of glass, so all the cold air come right into the shower and the bathroom floor got wet from the water splashing. I have stayed at several hotels in this area and this one ranks pretty low for me.

Tapping noise started on headboard wall about 6:30 AM and continued for a full hour…… not sure what it was, otherwise a great place to stay! Convenient to restaurants and shopping. We were there for a concert at The Factory and is was literally a 5” drive.
• Ruth (10/5): Spacious clean room - Just an overnight after a family get together. It was a little confusing entering the property because of the location. Upon entering the lobby, I waited a few minutes before I saw the button to press for service. After another few minutes, someone came from the bar and asked if I had been helped. After answering that I had not, he went to look for the desk clerk. When the clerk came out, she wasn’t the most friendly person but quickly got my card keys and instructed me to the elevator. The room was right next to the elevator and I was worried it might be a problem with noise but upon entering the room, it was set back from the elevator and very spacious. Room was very clean and comfortable. Nice size shower and comfortable bed. Very nice stay!

• Susan (6/5): Underwhelming - Location was convenient to where we were seeing a concert Booked two queen beds, but was given a king bed and a sofa bed. The sofa bed had a large stain on the mattress. I went back to the front desk and alerted them that there had been a mistake and requested a room change and was informed that nothing was available. I was met with a shrug. I would have canceled the reservation and changed hotels but we were in a rush to see a concert. I requested extra sheets to cover the mattress stain. No one apologized or offered any resolution until I checked out the next day and they realized I had been given the wrong room at check in after all. I appreciated the AM front desk agent’s offer of a discount. I sympathize for anyone working in hospitality who has to deal with unhappy guests. I’m in the same business. However, there is a baseline response in telling someone that ‘we will do something to rectify this’ instead of shrugging. Especially where there is an issue with cleanliness and booking expectations. I’m hopeful there can be supportive training for the staff so they can feel confident in handling these type of issues.
