- Thanya Phichetyut (1/5): - Nothing. We booked a last-minute stay at this villa, expecting it to be convenient for our group during our wedding celebrations. Our friends and family arrived ahead of us, while we planned to check in later. Everything seemed fine at first, but upon their arrival, they were informed that one of the rooms was no longer available and required an upgrade. We were open to resolving the situation, as we understand that issues can happen. However, the situation escalated when the owner intervened. He was extremely rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful—both toward me over the phone and toward my friends at reception. He refused to listen to my explanation regarding the room arrangements, repeatedly raised his voice, and ultimately hung up on me when I asked him to let me speak. I have never experienced this level of disrespect from someone in the hospitality industry. We were genuinely shocked by how aggressive and inappropriate his behavior was. I would like to escalate this complaint and strongly encourage Booking to reconsider listing this property on their platform. After reviewing other guest feedback, it appears this is not an isolated incident. Multiple reviews mention similar behavior from the owner, including him responding to criticism by calling guests “Karens,” which further reflects a lack of professionalism.

- Daria (10/5): Gutes Preis Leidtungs Verhältnis. Gerne wieder! - Familiäre Atmosphäre! Sehr saubere Unterkunft mit guter Klimaanlage. Das Personal ist äußerst freundlich und stets hilfsbereit. Die Lage inmitten einer grünen Pflanzenoase sorgt für eine besonders angenehme Atmosphäre. Täglich Wasser-Flaschen in Zimmer und die Reinigung. Das Frühstück wird à la carte serviert, und die Mitarbeiter sind täglich sehr bemüht, den Gästen einen angenehmen Start in den Tag zu bereiten. Der Weg zum Strand dauert etwa 7 Minuten und führt entlang einer stärker befahrenen Straße. Für Erwachsene ist er problemlos machbar, mit Kindern kann es jedoch etwas unruhig wirken.

- 5436 (10/5): Good location, though not on the beach and the outside porch was great. - The location was excellent, though not on the beach it was within walking distance. And when we walked home, hot, we were able to jump in the small quiet pool to cool off. The cabin was large in all aspects, the bedrooms, kitchen and porch (we didn’t use the living room) and there was enough chairs for all 4 of us. The restaurant was great as well as the pool. Nothing.

Ubytování nebylo v domečku podle fotografie, ale v patře domu. Nepoužívali jsme klimatizaci, ale v oknech nebyla síť proti komárům.

Łazienka mała z widocznym grzybem, daleko od plaży - trzeba było iść kilkaset metrów dość ruchliwą ulicą, na której nie było chodnika. Piesi w Tajlandii są uczestnikami ruchu drogowego najniższej kategorii. Nie czuliśmy się komfortowo chodząc codzienni etą drogą z małym dzieckiem.

- Marchella (8/5): Ik heb een goed verblijf gehad daar, zou er alleen niet nog een keer heen gaan - De locatie was rustig gelegen. Onze bungalow was erg schoon en werd goed bijgehouden. Het was allemaal wel iets gedateerd, ze waren bezig om de boel te renoveren, wat goed is, We zaten eerst in een hotelkamer maar dat vonden we toch wat krap. We zijn toen verhuisd naar een grotere bungalow. Gelukkig want ze waren bezig om de muren te schuren, dus dat was niet ideaal als je daar 6 nachten verblijft. Zwembad was wat aan de kleine kant me om te verkoelen was het goed genoeg.

- Ron (10/5): - Wat een fantastisch verblijf hebben wij gehad! Het hotel ligt op een rustige locatie, maar toch op loopafstand van strand (Max 500 meter)gezellige restaurants en cafés. Ideaal! Voor de kinderen was het zwembad echt een feestje, en wij konden heerlijk ontspannen. De huisjes zijn ruim, mooi ingericht en vooral erg schoon. Iedere ochtend genoten we van een lekker en goed ontbijt, en dat alles voor een hele betaalbare prijs. Het personeel verdient ook een groot compliment: super vriendelijk en gastvrij, waardoor we ons meteen welkom voelden. Een absolute aanrader voor iedereen die op zoek is naar een ontspannen verblijf met alle gemakken dichtbij. Bedankt voor de geweldige ervaring wij komen zeker nog eens terug!

Good recommendation given on where to eat dinner nearby at Chu Chee Pla (was excellent) Outdoor aircon unit so noisy it could be heard inside the bedroom so I couldn't use it at night. Aircon also doesn't reach the living room, which made that room quite hot. A silverfish found under my pillow. Pool area not particularly inviting. No face washers supplied.

No direct access to the beach, need to walk 10 min.

Had an air conditioner fail and was promptly fixed. Each villa is surrounded by greenery that gives some natural beauty and privacy. Beware of mosquitoes though.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom villa and it was wonderful having cooking facilities and the outside space. The beds were comfy, shower was good. The pool was great fun and our son loved spending the mornings in there. It is close enough to walk to the beach too. Not enough shampoo and shower gel given for 5 people.

Close to a very good restaurant - (Mr Eung’s) Breakfast/ snacks available in the resort. Nice to have a pool area and it was next to our villa. Would have been nice for the Villa to have an iron or one available to borrow. Single beds in the second bedroom were not comfortable at all. The transfer we arranged to collect us on arrival did not turn up, the resort were apologetic and an airport taxi cost the same.

The villa we stayed in was perfect the two of us for our two week stay - comfortable and private. In terms of the property it is nicely situated on a hill with a nice pool near the lobby. The staff was very helpful and the service during our stay was extremely professional. The location is also big a plus being just short 5-10 min walk to cafes restaurants and the beach. About 5 mins walk to a lovely beach and restaurants. We had the superior villa. Lovely and clean with 2 great bedrooms and right by the communal pool. Nothing all good.

- Jean (10/5): Oh so lovely - Stayed in 1-bedroom villa which was very roomy. Resort is quiet and lush (perfect). The staff is super helpful. It's only a 5-min walk to the beach. The area suited me because it was halfway between Fisherman's Village and Chaweng. It's a small town, consisting of one main road of businesses. Perfect if you are travelling solo or just want to get away from hustle and bustle. Beach is beautiful. Would stay again.
- Trisha (7/5): Good - Really comfy and good location. Had a nice stay here. Staff wasn't the friendliest or super accommodating, but it didn't impact my stay as we did our own thing and didn't ask for much help after our initial interactions.
- Chia (1/5): Really Sad - I had no idea how to use the water heater in my bathroom, and I couldn't shower. I stayed 2 nights!! The first night, I thought, "Fine, maybe they will teach me tomorrow." However, it was a business trip. I couldn't make it before 8 pm. So, I had no time to be in the hotel at the specified times. They sent me this rude and unprofessional response - not understanding that I was on a busy schedule. There were many ways to resolve the issue, such as leaving me written instructions or recording a video showing me how to use it. Instead, they belittle me saying I "looks like I don't understand." How could I enjoy my trip without showering ???? Wouldn't recommend this place at all.

- Katerina (10/5): Clean, convenient and attentive to details. - The place was good. But the staff was excellent, very helful and understood english quite well. Our flight was hours after check out but we were allowed to take a shower when picking up our backs. The nearby beach is great, with calm waters and good drink and massage places.

The only thing we would change is the mattresses, as they are quite firm, and we can feel the springs. Other than that, everything is a 10—spacious, beautiful, quiet, and equipped with a complete kitchen to cook whatever you desire. Plus, it's just a few blocks from the beach

We loved the view from our accommodation and listening to the bird song. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. Great breakfasts too! Nothing

- Greg (7/5): Clean accommodation at a decent price. - Nice friendly staff. Good proximity to Chaweng beach and restaurants. Good air conditioning. Scooter rental close by. We stayed in a duplex room with the bed upstairs and would not recommend for anyone with mobility issues as there is no bathroom upstairs and the stairs are quite steep.

Location at a walking distance to a beautiful beach and a nice and quiet main street with lots of restaurants and cafes. The entire staff are very kind and went beyond the call of duty to make us feel at home. If we come back to Samui, we’ll stay here again!

The location is great for people that want a quit locations but still close to all the services you need. Great place for families. Would not recommend for the party crowd. Not much. The beach access is a but of a walk (about 10 min) but nice once you get there.
- Rosemary (9/5): Superb - We stayed for 10 nights opting for the duplex room, which had a mezzanine floor for the bed. We loved the setup, plenty of room on the lower floor with comfy sofa, wardrobe tv fridge etc. Because the duplex rooms are at the higher end of the resort, we had a part sea view from the balcony, which had 2 chairs and a table. To sit there of an evening enjoying the view and bird song was so pleasant, one of our highlights, and to see the sunrise in the morning. The resort is on a road just off the main Choeng Mon street but within an easy 5 minutes walk. Beach was also 5-10 minute walk away. There are plenty of nice places to eat on the main street together with a couple of supermarkets, pharmacy and massage places. We really enjoyed staying in a more traditional Thai style hotel rather than the bigger corporate type establishments. We hired a car for two days and toured the island, which was great, it confirmed we'd picked the right area for us.There are some busier areas on the island for those seeking a more lively time but Choeng Mon is a quieter beach area which is perfect for a relaxing break. Bob and his team couldn't have been more friendly and helpful, right from the initial booking, answering any questions we had, to the day we left arranging late check out and airport transfer. Thank you all so much for making our holiday so great.

- Millo (8/5): A good choice that may be improved - Staff: very kind and helpful. Very clean and tidy. Room very comfortable. Free wifi. Free bottles of water every day. 400 m walking from the beach. 3% additional fee if you pay with credit card (Amex not accepted). Breakfast should have more fruit choice (only watermelon and dragon fruit available). The pool is very small. The shower water is not very hot.
