The tv did not work, but someone came in to fix it which took the first 30 minutes of our stay. The shower facet was wobbly, there was hair on the shower wall, and a pair of men’s undergarments and socks in a drawer. I don’t think it was cleaned well if something this noticeable could have been removed. I probably won’t stay at this property again.

Lots of long lines for food and no way to get a drink cause the bartender was also the one taking all the food orders. We were on the 3rd flood and seemed to have quite possibly the loudest people in the world above us, who seemed to be jumping and stomping around till midnight.

James (6/5): - I was told the internet wasn't working, and there was nothing that could have been done. I understand this, but if I needed to work remotely for any reason I would've been extremely upset. To add insult to injury, the beds were very uncomfortable and my room had a malfunctioning AC unit. I've stayed here before and it was never as bad as it was this weekend so I am willing to admit it was just a fluke weekend but I will definitely look elsewhere if I have an option in the future.

LARISA (8/5): - The only issue I really have is that this is a higher priced hotel, yet they provide no water in the rooms. Considering you’re talking about less than $1 for 4 bottles, it is inconsiderate of such a huge hotel chain to not include that in the room. Their argument will be that there is water in the lobby - on the first floor - where you can only use a cup - that they don’t keep available. In other words, they are still so miserly that including 2/4 bottles of water in your higher than normal hotel cost is just something they don’t offer. I’ve stayed in $50 per night hotels that DO.
