• Katerina (9/5): Super personal a skvela poloha - V tomto hotelu jsme vystridali dva pokoje. Mensi pokoj je opeavdu malinky, vetsi pokoj uz byl prijemny. Poloha je skvela a i personal extremne napomocny. Minus je jedina deka a postel u steny, ale s obojim jsme pocitali. Cena, peotoze nam pobyt vysel na vikend v sezone byla vyssi nez co clovek ocekaval, ze dostane.

• Karl (8/5): - Sehr freundlicher Empfang, vom Bahnhof aus gut zu Fuß zu erreichen und auch zum Castle ist es nicht zu weit. Zimmer sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Doppelbett im Standard-Zimmer eher schmal und den Kühlschrank haben wir wieder ausgeschaltet, da er sehr laut war.

• reinaldoputraa (10/5): Excellent Stay in Matsumoto with Warm Hospitality - We had a very enjoyable stay at Richmond Hotel Matsumoto and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The staff were warm, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our stay. We especially appreciated being allowed an early check-in, which made a big difference after travelling and immediately created a positive first impression. The hotel itself was smartly designed, with comfortable rooms, good facilities, and a very practical layout. The amenities selection was also excellent, offering plenty of thoughtful options that added to the comfort of the stay. Location-wise, the hotel was ideal. Most attractions and destinations around Matsumoto were easily reachable on foot, making it very convenient for sightseeing, dining, and exploring the city. Overall, this was a very well-managed hotel that delivered great comfort, convenience, and hospitality. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Matsumoto.

• Aviel (9/5): Almost perfect - Location, staff, in the 1st floor there was a restaurant open late. The staff accepted my request for early checkout (5 am) The bed sheets were not clean. I was amazed to see it, especially in Japan.

Staff were great and helped us with a laundry issue by lending heater as clothes dryer was nno working. We had a issue with washer dryer bit staff helped us dry out clothes which was very much appreciated

Die Zimmer sind ordentlich und Amenities stehen an der Rezeption bereit, sofern man Bedarf hat. Das Frühstücksbuffet bietet eine grosse Auswahl an Speisen. Da das Restaurant auch Gästen ausserhalb des Hotels offen steht, kann es sein, dass man als Hotelgast fürs Frühstück warten muss, bis wieder ein Platz frei wird.

• Marius (8/5): Dicht bij het prachtige kasteel en park van Matsumoto. - Nette kamer op loopafstand van station. Het ontbijt. Ik ben geen fan van het Japanse ontbijt. Het westerse ontbijt is ronduit slecht. Verder dan een witte boterham met margarine (geen boter of halvarine) en een smaak jam is er niet. De eieren zijn typisch Japans bereid, te rauw voor de gemiddelde westerling. Hou je van Japans dus tempura, noedels, rauwe vis dan is het prima.
• Fischer (7/5): Close to Matsumoto Station, and gets the job done. Worried about cleanliness. - It was very close to Matsumoto Station, which was very nice. They also offer baggage storage before check-in and after check-out. The room was small, but it got the job done, and check-out was seamless, as you just have to insert your keys and you are done. There were random hairs in the bathroom. Both my friend and I have long hair, not short black hair, and there was a good amount of hair on the shower walls, which we didn't appreciate. Would stay there again, but I would like to know they had done a thorough cleaning beforehand. There was also a random, suspicious-looking tiny black hair on my pillow after I requested an "eco room clean". Other than that, the room felt clean, but the hairs everywhere were a bit much...

We were well rested - Great space, very comfortable bed, lovely open window for fresh air, and excellent hotel facilities like laundry which is appreciated when travelling. It was also walking distance to everything.

• Paula (5/5): Good location but outdated and in need of a lift - Great location, walking distance to most attractions The comforter had so many bald spots and the pillows where not good either, tv was outdated and the bathroom too. There was a huge hole in the wall in our bedroom and over all the space was tiny. Carpet was sticky
