• Adrian (3/5): Great location, small room different from the pictures, only old thin blankets provided. - service and kindeness from staff, also has kitchen and looftop Very small room and low quality blankets that don't match the pictures! No duvets were provided, only very thin, old blankets. quality of sleep decreases In particular, the size of the room was 1/3 the size of the actual reservation information! Outside environment with severely dirty outdoor only, unable to open windows. It is correct to introduce it as a room without a window.

• Yosufi (1/5): I checked in at 10 pm and checked out at 11pm because couldn't sleep - Just the location The room wasn't clean,the bathroom is smally and dark,the air-conditioning is just blowing a hot air instead of cold
• Dea (1/5): since space is my concern, this room is terribly misguided!!! - location and friendly staff. I got 3rd fl, but the staff helped brought my luggages. The pictures and descriptions are totally fake!!! it said that the rooms are 215ft2 but the fact it was only half of them. There was no spacious room like what in the pictures!!! I asked for cancellation since I felt trapped but nothing the staff could do since Reddoors policy didn’t let me refund it. Think twice if spacious room is your concern. tips: the rooms in the corners are smaller. Ask for room in the middle if you want to have extra width 50cm.

Staff didn’t know any English so couldn’t help with anything and didn’t try. Room was really dirty and looks nothing like the pictures. Every single bed sheet had stains all over. Bathroom was really dirty and full of bugs. Wifi didn’t work in the room. Location was in an unsafe area. Save yourself the hassle and stay somewhere else

If looking for just clean, cosy room think 2x or 3x. In my room noisy fridge stands next to bed, room was dirty, sheets was dramatic dirty. Room size 2x2m. Probably never again. This is low Asia standard, far away from EU 1 star.

The room should be clean and walls is dirty. sheet was dirty and full of spot, they still use Torn and old towels. Tv cable was broken and they didn’t fix it even asking already. Poor WiFi….

I used to ask for lower level when made that reservation.

Bottle of water every day Hot water in shower The receptionnist was not commercial, they ask us to paid more for come in the room (the room was ready) before 2pm (was 11 am) first time one hotel ask me that, its totally incorrect to ask that to your customers. Photo absolutly fake Really hold hotel : sheet and towels hold like the hotel, time to change it... Only the floor was clean, all the other part really dirty (frige, wall, bathroom, furniture) Have to paid deposit for something we don t know Receptionnist don t speak english...

• Juraidah Binte (2/5): 16-18jan 2020 Stay - No lifts. Room was given at level 4. Have to drag our luggage up and down. air-con not cold even at 16degree😬
• Nurul Hidayah (6/5): An okay stay - The receptionists were helpful enough information. I could not complaint about the room tidiness, it was okay. However, the bedsheet got some obvious red stain that seems like blood splat. The pillow cases also got yellowish stain, as if they were not clean enough eventhough odorless. It was an okay stay for a solo traveller like me, just with extra price as compared to other chain hotels in Jakarta.
