• Rahel (8/5): Tolles Hotel für Familien-Strandurlaub - Das Personal war sehr herzlich und aufmerksam, die Lage des Hotels top (wir kamen für Strandferien, der Strand war 2 Gehminuten entfernt, Minimarket und diverse Restaurants ebenfalls in wenigen Minuten erreichbar). Das Appartment war sauber und geräumig, alles notwendige vorhanden. Es besteht eine Vereinbarung mit dem Bagno 10 (Vatikaki) und so konnten wir bequem über das Hotel Liegestühle und Sonnenschirm reservieren lassen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig und wurde liebevoll serviert, es gab zudem jeden Tag eine grosszügige Auswahl an Kuchen. Für uns als Familie mit Baby alles in allem hervorragend! Die Dusche war nicht dicht, das Bad war nach jedem Mal geflutet. In der letzten Nacht hat es zudem gestürmt und stark geregnet, leider hat es dann durch die Decke gedrückt und im Badezimmer kam Wasser die Wände herunter.

• Michael (10/5): Schönes Hotel an guter Lage. - Die Zimmer sind gross und sehr sauber, wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Die Lage ist top, nur wenige Schritte bis zur Promenade und zum Strand. Parkplätze gibt es direkt am Haus gegen Gebühr. Die Gastgeber sind ausgesprochen hilfsbereit, einige ihrer Restaurant-Tipps haben wir ausprobiert und können sie ebenfalls empfehlen. Vielen Dank! Wir kommen gerne wieder, ein herzliches Dankeschön Euch allen liebe Moni - Superschönes großes und gemütliches Apartment, neue Einrichtung, komfortable Betten, ideale Strandlage, hervorragender Reinigungsservice, sehr gutes Frühstück, Parkplatz direkt am Haus, tolle Betreuung bei allen Fragen oder anderen Anliegen durch das Hotel Team. Mosquitonetze im Apartment fehlen, eine Waschmaschine zur Gemeinschaftsnutzung wäre gut gewesen.

Simpatia e boa receção ( possível entrada mais cedo no alojamento ) Estacionamento ( pago) Proximidade à praia e acessibilidade. Com sensação de sossego a mesma ! Descontos em restaurantes e concessão de praia. Adoramos a repetir 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 O nosso apartamento não ter tido varanda.

• Anthony (5/5): Never stay again - Clean At first glance, the hotel is very beautiful, clean, and well-organized—a truly nice place. The breakfast is good. However, there are a few issues I could not understand. Despite being located in a cold area, the air conditioners are locked at 22 degrees and cannot be set to a higher temperature. Additionally, there was no hot water in the bathroom after a certain time in the evening. Given the cold climate, I had to sleep for six nights under the duvet in extremely cold conditions because the air conditioning was not operational at night. One evening, I attempted to take a shower but woke up with a cold the next day. Furthermore, although the room has a kitchen, there is a notice stating that if you use it, a €50 cleaning fee will be charged. I found this policy quite unbefitting for a hotel of this caliber.

Less than 5 minutes walk to the beach. Beach you can see from the balcony. The area is also walkable with restaurants and attractions walking distance. Definitely recommend

• Laura (9/5): Really good time spent here! - The location is very close to the sea, 2-3 minutes, on the second row of hotels, so protected by the traffic. However it was quite noisy in the evening, especially on weekends, until late at night, because of the surrounding restaurants. Apartment was spacious enough for a family with 2 kids, clean, with sufficient towels for all 4 of us, but this one had no balcony. We could use the fridge to cool water, fruits, etc and the kettle. For the usage of the stove you have to pay extra. AC was working even when you leave the room, which was really great! Breakfast was delicious and what the kids really enjoyed was the large variety of home made cookies. I have rarely seen this in other hotels! Coffee (the really good Italian expresso) is served from the bar, at no extra cost. Long coffee is available as well. The parking lot offered by the hotel was almost under our room and I think this a big plus, as the parking lots are really hard to find in the area. It costs 10 EUR/night, which we payed at checkout. Nothing to mention.

• Razvan (10/5): All in one: very nice hotel, it deserves its rating and good price for the value. - The hotel is situated on the second row of hotels, so not at the main street, which makes it protected, at least from the traffic. In the evening, you could hear some music from the restaurants/terrace from the beach, but not after midnight and if you close the windows you don't hear almost anything. Apartment was big enough for a family with 2 kids, no balcony(but we knew it before booking, so no issue). The fridge was huge, for a hotel, we could put a 6 water bottles (1,5 l each), lot of beers(4-5 liters), juices and fruits. It also has a freezer. Air conditioning was working also when you left the room(default is set on 24 degrees) and as soon as you enter and introduce your card, it will switch to your settings(we set 26 degrees, so most of the time was not working). Breakfast was great. Not so many choices, it's 3 start hotel, but very good quality of the products, fresh and, the highlight of the breakfast, are the self-made cookies. Coffee(expresso, cappuccino, latte macchiato, etc) is served at the table from the bar, at no extra costs. Never seen this at 3 star hotel, not even at 4 star. Hotel parking is on one side of the hotel and is not free, it costs 10 € per night, but it's something common to pay the hotel parking in Rimini, and 10 € is not so much if you compare with other hotels(could be also 20-30 €). Of course, you can try to park on the street, which is free, but might not be easy to find one.

• Constancia (10/5): Nice room with balcony - Well, I actually chose this hotel because I saw on their room pictures that floor is carpet! Unfortunately when I arrived there the room had synthetic floor! The noise of chairs was very annoying. Nevertheless, nights were quiet and I slept very well every single night! Nice room with balcony. English breakfast was great! Super friendly staff! So overall it was still great! I can totally recommend this hotel!

• Adam (8/5): - The best hotel staff I've ever seen, thanks again! The team provides a tremendous breakfast every day and they have tasty coffee included in the breakfast at an unlimited amount. They also have their home-made pastry and cakes which are also amazing (especially the brownie with guinness beer). Pros: breakfast, hotel staff (family), close to beach, supermarket and best gelato in Rimini are both at the next corner, Cons: bathroom is small and a little weird with the curtains, standard rooms are located in the old building, free beach is located next to Bagno 1 which is about 1km walk from the hotel (otherwise 2 sunbeds and 1 umbrella costs eur 15 per day).

However rooms are tiny with small beds and little space to put even a suitcase. Pretty far from Rimini center and all spots. However, if you only need a beach and a place to stay the hotel is OK.
