- CHUNG CHIEH (5/5): 我不推薦住在這裡;性價比不高。 - The hotel is located near Mall of Asia and is also close to the airport. The room TV didn't have YouTube or Netflix, making the experience extremely poor.
The noise on the fourth floor at night is extremely loud, making it impossible to sleep peacefully.

- Karthik (7/5): Does the job of a peaceful stay but for the valet staff’s attitude and unnecessary talk - Very polite and courteous hotel staff. Good food & service. Clean rooms. The quality of toiletries are decent too. The rooms are not noise insulated and some amount of road noise and the music seeps in.
Also, the valet staff along with one security guard is far from polite. They command with their hands and gestures aggressively and very rude dealings with hotel guests. Have had it happen more than once to us. Completely uncalled for and they seriously need some soft skill training, else the hotel’s ratings could get impacted.
- AAJAZ AHMED (8/5): Change your Duty Manager - Reception & Restaurant staff were good and helpful Loud furniture movement Noise in the room in morning from upstairs, it was really disturbing, at time of check out I did complain to the reception staff who tried to get the duty manager involved but he did not care about the complaint not even talk to me about my issue, the manager just ignored me and the reception staff like he didnt care at all !!!

- Priyanka (7/5): Good stay with a few hurdles - It was a comfortable hotel, clean and hygienic. Breakfast was good too. The staff at the reception tried to charge us extra for lunch which we never had at the hotel and did not believe us when we mentioned we did not have lunch at the hotel. though at the end of it he mentioned there may be some confusion since we refused to pay as we did not have lunch in the hotel since we were out the whole day. This should have been checked and verified in advance instead of charging the guests without verifying and not trusting. The check in process was also extremely slow, even though we were the only guests to check in at the time we came, it took us at least 15 mins just to check in.

Checkin took a while, also our luggage didn't come to the room even after 15mins. Had to go down and grab it self after 15 mins.

- Sandhya (2/5): Uncooperative - Nothing I had booked this hotel from November 27th 2024 to November 30th. But later my plans changed and I wanted to Checkout on 29th November itself. I tried modifying the booking through Bookings.com two weeks before but the changes could not be made through the app. So, I called the hotel and told them that I want to chsythe checkout date. They said no problem, you can do it when you check in.
But when I checked in on 27th November they demanded full amount and daid they can't make the changes as I did with Bookings.com.
I had booked two rooms and I lost 10 k.
I have used Bookings.com so many times but I have lost my trust now as you did not respond and I had to bear the loss of ₹10,000.
I request you to contact the hotel and get some refund for me.

- Gopal (2/5): Very bad experience with staff and front office billing - The resutaurant is poorly managed however the food a satisfactory I booked 35 rooms - I did nto have on epoint of contact. Guests complained of the WiFi not working well, not getting towels when asked for, etc.. I had a major issue with Mamta on the billing front. She just did not understand my ask and not able to respond.

- Pravin (2/5): Online pics showed one room which I booked, what I got was something else entirely! - The food spread was good, at breakfast. Dinner was also good. 1. Wrong promise. I booked a family suite room and was given a room in the basement that had clearly not been used in a while.
2. Telephones did not work.
3. Chair was broken.
4. Toilet was not cleaned, and not dusted in quite some time.
5. NOT ONE WORD OF APOLOGY FROM ANY OF THE STAFF.
6. And NONE of them SMILED, at any point of my entire stay!!!!
- Pai (4/5): Disappointing - I had informed them that I would be checking out early in the morning by 7.30am .
They had added a restaurant charge against my room when I hadn't even visited the restaurant, not even for the breakfast which was included as part of my package.
They took 30 mins to sort out this issue. A guest had given the wrong room number.
They apparently do not have a practice of getting the charge slip signed by guest.
I got delayed due to this. Very bad experience
