Le falta mantenimiento a las instalaciones, las áreas comunes están deterioradas, no hacen buen aseo en los baños del área de piscinas. La playa estaba sucia como si hubiese desechos de alcantarillado. La alimentación muy regular, lo mismo cada día y las señoras de la cocina se mostraban inconformes por pedir huevos al gusto que era lo único que valía la pena comer. El pan viejo. Pocas opciones.

La playa enfrente. regalaron dos botellas de agua. servía la tv. muy solo. hice yoga bien. Las sabanas estaban sucias, el baño no cerraba, el wifi pesimo, demasiado caro para lo chiquito de la habitación, el hotel vacio y me dieron la habitación más chiquita y en el primer piso con ruido.

• Nora (2/5): Decepción total por $860.000 la noche - Me hospedé en este hotel pagando $860.000 por noche, esperando una experiencia cómoda, limpia y segura. Lamentablemente, fue todo lo contrario. Las escaleras para subir al tercer piso son peligrosas, con un escalón totalmente partido y una baranda inestable. El ascensor no tiene señalización de estar fuera de servicio, y estuve a punto de quedarme atrapada dentro. La habitación tenía un grillo muerto en el sanitario, la ducha no tiene regadera (solo un tubo mal terminado) y la luz del baño no funcionaba. Aunque el jabón era nuevo, no había dónde colocarlo, no hay estantes ni repisas, y las puertas del baño están desajustadas. La grifería lucía sucia y deteriorada. Me sentí estafada por el costo pagado y decepcionada por el descuido general. Este tipo de experiencias perjudican no solo al turista nacional, sino también la imagen de Colombia frente a visitantes internacionales. No lo recomiendo

• Didier (8/5): - The dining experience was absolutely delightful, and the cuisine was simply outstanding. One suggestion for improvement would be to ensure that there is wheelchair accessibility to accommodate individuals with mobility restrictions.
• Pedro (6/5): - I like the hotel only few issues with connectivity altough the idea was to be disconnected I had to check few documents that was not able due to the poor connection, also some leakages as it rained but the staff promptly checked and moved me to another room, excellent place 👍

No hot water. No toilet seat. Staff were not willing to help with simple requests i.e., sun chair missing umbrella and staff refused to provide.
• Luis (8/5): Sweet bitter time - The hotel is beautiful. The staff is very kind. The rooms are gorgeous and comfortable, the food is good and a lot. The beach is comfortable enough to rest and relax with family and friends. However, due to the huracane Beryl in the Caribbean my Airline canceled my trip and I had to leave a day before my due day. I asked the hotel for a day refund but a week after, I'm still waiting for a reply, hopefully I will hear from them soon.
• Daniel (4/5): Uncomfortable, oddly unfinished, bugs, but nice pool. - Pool is nice and there is beach access although the beach isn’t great. It’s out of the way, if you want to go anywhere you must request a taxi. There are flies and mosquitoes everywhere, you can’t enjoy the restaurant inside or out (Ceviche was tasty too). No shower head, no toilet seat. Rooms have marks all over walls, which I assume is from people killing mosquitos. I booked 2 nights but only stayed one, I flew back home early.
• Santiago (2/5): Que mala experiencia, mal estado hotel - El hotel está muy descuidado, huecos en los techos de los baños por donde entran muchos mosquitos, pedimos cambio de habitación y nos dieron una en peor estado, sin tapas en los sanitarios. En general las habitaciones tienen mal estado, además de ser extremadamente pequeñas, con closets ni espacio para abrir la maleta y sin caja fuerte. El personal de la recepción tiene muy mala actitud. La alimentación es muy básica, con pocas opciones y limitan mucho la cantidad de alimentos en el buffet, que en realidad no es un buffet libre, te sirven en porciones muy medidas.

• Kelly (7/5): Overall, if it wasn’t for the expensive with having all those staff in my room I had an amazing time here. - The hotel was beautiful. The rooms are small but the staff and location make up for it. Yes there are no toilet seats but if you ask front desk you can get one installed. I want to be fair. Most of the staff went out off their way to help and you so pleasant. I had one incident where I left for a tour and when I came back there were four cleaning staff in my room. It was weird because the there was a man at the door looking to see if someone was coming, two ladies in my room where all my luggages were and the actual cleaning lady was standing outside near her cart. When I asked what they were all doing in my room the cleaning lady said they came to bring me a towel. When I went to front desk to speak to the manager he could care less he said he was on the phone and never came back to see what was the problem. On top on this the hotel doesn’t have any safe to lock up your personal items.

• Giovanni (1/5): Tourist Trap. absolutely far from any “resort” international standard - The infrastructure is really nice, although badly managed and with su substancial flows, as for example the lift does not reach the 4th floor where the rooftop pool is. This already discriminate people on a wheelchair or older people. For the rest The infrastructure is really the only positive thing about this Hotel. The location is nice but is relative as it is located just next a petrol refinery and you obliged to take a taxi if you want to go to the near town. Regardless my bad experience, There are 3 key objectives failures in this business: customer service food and drinks cleaning and hygyene. The receptionist to start with gave me a dirty and messy room, and charged me an addition to gave me a sea view room after on bookings I reserved for it. She pretend to forget to give me back the change from the taxist, who I believe they have some sort of deal to charge tourist 25,000 pesos to go to any destination, even the airport which is literally behind the structure. Nonetheless the attitude shown was poor and completely dismissive. You don’t feel welcome at all, and is embarrassing how you get bounced back across staff who none can help you with anything. Not all were like this but a good 80% yes. The waiter who worked upstairs in the rooftop messed our dinner, forgetting to order my guest’s meal completely. At 10pm they shut and left us completely alone without service. Amazingly poor. In addition there is not late-check out service offered and since checkout is around lunch time you are basically thrown out the place. Quite absurd given there are 35 degrees and the place is quite isolated from everywhere. They did not offer us to stay in the common area nor they asked if we needed anything or if our stay was good. Again complete lack of customer service. The food we had was simply disgusting, flavourless, unsalted, tasteless and cold 100% of the time. The buffet portion are served but are ridiculously small and they even get upset if you ask for a refill. There is not room service at all. Incredible for a place call itself a resort. Ultimately the pools are dirty the place is invaded by flies everywhere and the bathroom smell like urine. It is rather disappointing a structure with such potential is run like a motel. First impression was very positive but after the long check in process you realise that your stay is going to be rather disappointing since the resort expectation vanished pretty quickly.

• adriana (4/5): - the hotel rooms do not have a bedside table and a lamp near the bed, no closet, no safe box, no hot water, showers without a showerhead, poor wi-fi impossible to work from the hotel. the toilets have an unpleasant smell of plumbing and no odor extractor. It is difficult to get there because they do not have access to the main road and the unpleasant neighborhood, you can only go out by car. We were forced to leave a day earlier than planned. We were three couples in three double rooms from February 20 to 24.
• Adrean (6/5): Too much loud music ! - Our stay was challenging. There is no internet connectivity, the hotel is also very noisy there’s music everywhere not relaxing at all more of a party hotel. The sheets in the rooms were full of stains with no hot water. The beach was full of multiple speakers at full blast as well as in the hotel.

The staff was great, but the food expensive and of average quality. The beach was clean, but looking over the port took away some appeal.

• Edward (4/5): Overpriced - This hotel is still under construction. It is not that well designed. They have used reasonable quality building materials and fixtures and fittings but the quality of workmanship is poor. The food is mediocre at best. Service isn't great. My room lacked a shower and just had a tube sticking out of ceiling. For the premium charged over nearby hotels this hotel is not worth it.
• Verified traveler (4/5): - The “jacuzzi” in the balcony was just with cold water and it was super super dirty, there were chunks of black stuff coming out of the pipes, food wasn’t good and when I talk to the manager to get my money back he refused to help me out the next day, even though there was nobody who could help me out the same night I got there.
