No information about parking possibilities if I returned late evening and found parking area full. Shower cubicle needs a door. Water ends up on floor, despite efforts to avoid this.

Linda (8/5): - Wat een heerlijk plekje! Het is dichtbij allerlei mooie plekjes, dus de locatie is zeer goed. Het personeel is zeer vriendelijk en helpt snel als je iets vraagt. Fijne airco erbij en en lekker zwembad. De auto kan op het terrein geparkeerd worden, ook dat is erg fijn.
Selen (8/5): Pleasant and confortable getaway - We were blessed to have our stay upgraded and enjoyed the big size bed. Can't express my gratitude enough for this gesture. Staff is super friendly, the location is perfect for a weekend getaway. Accessible via Uber so it was very convenient for us. Both pools need better maintenance and cleaning. Maybe revising the curtains to block sunlight since the room got super bright at dawn. (including the bathroom section) We were unlucky to stumble upon a loud couple next door on our last night but it's not the staff's fault by any means. For this I can suggest revising the walls/isolation which appear to be too thin since you can hear all the conversations between the Magnolia Suite and the Aura room.

They were beautifully decorated and beds were so comfy for a good nights sleep. We were lucky to have the whole of the upstairs to ourselves as no one had booked the other rooms. Breakfast was delicious and the dining room also beautifully decorated. The light in the bathrooms were a bit dim.

It is not clear whether the coffee is part of the deal or whether we have to provide our own coffee or tea. I think that this should be clarified when booking so a guest can come prepared =. Breakfast wasnt that great - the kitchen kept on running out of items - the last day there was no fruit whatsoever. If they dont serve it just dont put it on the menu. There doesnt seem to be any oversight by senior management. We have stayed at this property several times and this time it was a disappointment

Ibrahim (1/5): Avoid this hotel Very Disappointing – Misleading and Unprofessional Experience - Nothing I booked a Deluxe King Room based on the photos and description on Booking.com, which showed a modern, luxurious room. However, I was given a standard, outdated room that looked nothing like the one I booked — it was basic, old room and old furniture and clearly not what I paid for. The receptionist was rude during check-in. She quickly showed me to the room, said she would return with information and the WiFi password, but never came back. I had to walk around the hotel looking for her, only to find her laughing and chatting with her colleagues in another room. Completely unprofessional. I also sent a message to the hotel to complain and ask to change rooms, but they ignored me and never replied. This hotel is misleading and lacks basic customer service. Don’t be fooled by the photos — you may not get what you booked, and no one will care to help you. I don’t recommend staying here.

Debbie (7/5): Good - Making the reservation was a challenge. E-mail was not read through twice . I requested the one room to have twin beds on booking . Com. Called to check if possible and was confirmed that one room would have twin beds - also emailed and this was confirmed. This was not done and my brother was told that I did not inform anyone when I made the booking - which I did - 3 times and I have proof. . One rooms door doesn’t close properly and the rooms were not serviced on the 2nd day of the stay. I

Kevin (4/5): Generally it was okay, although there were many aspects that didn't quite meet the standard for what - The breakfast was average - definitely not up to standard The room amenities were lacking - - bathroom - no hand towel rail, no bath towel rail, no shower door so the entire bathroom got wet - TV in the bedroom, not useful

Shandor (8/5): Good overall. - Everyone was very friendly. The apartment was also very spacious. And very fast WiFi which was great as I needed it to work. The check could have been smoother as they couldn’t find my key and the remote on my key didn’t work for the gate. The bed is a bit dated, could do with a new mattress. But the stay overall was good these are really minor things.

Alexander (6/5): Overvalued and uninspired - Not much, it is a stringe of residential houses converted into a guesthouse. It is all very cheaply finished and it lacks good taste. We could hear our next door neighbours conversation word by word due to the lack of noise insulation between rooms. We skipped the breakfast as it was poorly offered (instant coffee only..) and we had to share a table with other guests.

Robson (10/5): 3 nights at 2 on Lismore - The place is beautiful and very comfortable and inviting. Only had flavored filter coffee! Smelt like caramel. So we had instant coffee. And would have preferred plain thicker yoghurt - only had sweetened runny yoghurts. But lovely omelets and English breakfasts and fruit and crumpets!! Staff were very good.

Kimberly (7/5): Wonderful Stay in a Lovely Guesthouse - During our visit to Cape Town, we chose to stay outside the city center in a more suburban area and simply took taxis in when needed. This turned out to be a great decision, as the guesthouse was absolutely lovely. The on-site parking was secure, giving us peace of mind. Our room was incredibly spacious and offered excellent value for money. What truly made our stay exceptional, though, was the staff—they went above and beyond to assist us at every turn. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay! The only downside to our experience was the breakfast. The shared seating arrangement was fine, but it would be much more organized if the staff guided guests to their seats rather than leaving them to decide, as this led to some confusion. Breakfast options included a continental selection followed by a cooked meal—either an English breakfast or an omelette. While these were great choices, the cooked breakfasts took a while to arrive and, unfortunately, were quite oily, which affected the overall quality.

Roly (10/5): A joyfilled experience - being heard for our needs - and nothing was too much to help us! - Breakfast was great! We stayed here because my husband had an operation at Constantia Berg Mediclinic hospital. I would like to see this place recommended for people who have to see a doctor or have an operation at MediClinic Constantia Berg. Its like 10-15mins away - its such an easy drive to travel from here to the hospital. The staff were sooo friendly - I especially want to commend the young lady at reception. Nothing is too much effort and she was so helpful. That we have to leave! It has been a difficult time for us with the operation but we have been treated very well .. we would recommend this place to anyone needing accommodation in Cape Town - especially if needing to be near Constantia Berg Hospital.
