There isn't a rail for towels in room 3 also the bathroom door doesn't close or lock. You band it is still opens after a while. The pool was not clean. The couches by the the reception were tearing off. No mini bar fridges in individual rooms or utensils. Only lace curtains, light travels inside the room at night, makes it difficult to sleep. Kitchen cloths are locked away when staff knocks off.

Shower curtain was very flimsy. Towels were old and worn out in spots. Location is in what seems to be a fairly low socio-economic neighbourhood. View directly around was on neglected buildings and housing that did not make the experience pleasant.
- Sibonisiwe (1/5): It was a terrible experience - Nothing I think they scammed me , when I booked it shows that breakfast was included I chose this accomodation because of that only to find that when I got there breakfast was not included , I had to look for other places to buy breakfast To me the R800 I paid was for accomodation and breakfast , there were other places which were cheaper but they had no breakfast so I chose them for breakfast Your beds are not comfortable, woke up with a sore body consider upgrading beds The tea staff in the kitchen is old , coffee in the container was stuck and hard No milk in the rooms so we are expected to bring our own 1 used soap even though I didn’t need it coz I use shower gel to bath but why used small soap, there’s a lot you need to improve on

The pictures online are deceiving.
