• Gloria (7/5): Good - Very nice staff. Room and bathroom clean buy a bit old fashioned. Close to metro station. Breakfast is served in the room and very basic. No restaurants in the surroundings.
• Wesam (8/5): Overall, my stay was comfortable. - Near from the train station (less than 5 minutes walking) Near to 2 Malls (Shopping Centers) There was ongoing construction near, caused some disturbances.

• Mohamed (1/5): Bad - Close to metro I booked a studio and i was not given the room that I booked for. They informed that it was full even though i booked the room before going to the hotel. Also when i complained that i did not got the room i booked for the receptionist gave other people who came later to me the rooms who were another gcc citizen. It was pure discrimination as i am an asian. Also the rooms provide were not upto standard though they took the money for a studio that i booked for. I consider this as haram on them and will take what i deserve in ahira and do not recommend anyone to go to that place as they do not care if you are from an asian country.

• Joanna (6/5): I wish I had stayed at the other branch locations that were visible from Main Street - Location wasn’t bad Several hotels with similar names. Person at front desk barely spoke English and when asking a question he didn’t know he just ignored it
• Al-akbary (3/5): Poor - Location Room with no window, which I was not told upfront. Very hard pillow which made impossible to sleep on. Evening staff were rude.
• Mohammed (7/5): Best location for quick stay and surrounded by services , lovely staff - The Staff was friendly , they even provide a mattress for kids free of charge , the pool was quite and clean , indoor which is good for this super hot weather , hotel location is good though its paked to park out side and the under ground parking was a relly needed , breakfast was cold and look like it was put tighter in plate already long time before served , no open buffet , the kitchen lacks some essentials , and there were 1 teabag , the parking under ground has very dangerous slop , same slop for exit and entry and it was small , but the most bizarre thing about it that the Slop for the luggage and baby cart was blocked by glass , so you can only stairs when you carrying you luggage or card to reach to the elevator

• Youtuber-evalastindayo (6/5): This hotel need to do better! - The location is okay, the staffs are okay, IF you want a place to drop your bags and go out yeah! Lots can be done to that hotel and make it amazing. The ONLY Great thing is check-out at 3pm! The most uncomfortable bed iv ever been in, stayed 3 days and room were not cleaned nor bedsheet changed. same towel! The bathroom is old. Attached is the picture of the breakfast they bring to your room!

• Alhagie (6/5): Pleasant - The breakfast was not good as it seems customers don't have a choice. It is an imposed breakfast- take ir or leave. There is no coffee but tea only. At least, give customers the choice of breakfast at least three choices to a bare minimum. The checking time at 15:00 when I have arrive at 7 a.m and have to sit at the lobby for 8 hours without being offered coffee tea or water is not good at all.

• Stewart (6/5): Not really suitable for serious business travellers or extended stays. - The hotel was centrally located and the room/apartment was a good size and reasonably clean. Staff were generally helpful. Very good and keenly price laundry services were availabe next door and the hotel sorted it out accordingly. The kitchenette had very few utensils, cookware and crockery, the fridge was small and inefficient, which together with a very basic stove and simple microwave meant that proper cooking wast not practical. The apartment was generally under equipped (no hangers in the wardrobe, not enough towels and no bathmat) and not well maintained (many sockets did not work, handles and knobe were falling off) with very little natural light (small windows with unpleasant view). There was no restaurant and the breakfast was paultry and very basic.

• Mahmoud (3/5): The worst place to stay in Riyadh never going to this place again - Unprofessional staff No towels even with extra fees only one towel for 4 persons and when asked to even pay extra to get the 4 towels they only provided another one to be 2 towels for 4 persons No cleaning rooms only done 1 time in 5 nights and when done it was only floor cleaning and leaving water on the floor and bed sheets never changed Staff was nice till i payed for my stay then turned to the worst Gym broken equipments only 2 machines out of 5 machines was working Pool not working and staff food and things all over the place of the pool Breakfast is a nightmare for 4 persons was 1 egg 1 small plate of beans a little piece of cheese and bread and when i told them its not logic this is a 4 person breakfast they provided another 3 plates but i didn’t even order breakfast again for rest of days and no buffet they send it to rooms The tissue box frame was taken off they told me that i have to pay a big number for it around 10 times its value but i refused and didn’t pay

• Salah (10/5): Good stay with great staff, exceptional location, needs some renovation for the bathroom. - The place has an amazing location right between Alfaisaliah tower and the Kingdom center. In addition to that you have multiple grocery stores, coffee shops, and dry cleaning right next to the location. The staff are also very friendly and kind. Finally, the price is really good for what you’re getting here. The bathroom could use some renovation to include things like coat hangers. The lighting is also very dim. Also, when walking there were some tiles that felt broken in the corner of the room; this wasn’t a deal breaker or anything, just an observation.

• Armando (3/5): Disappointing stay - - you can checkout until 3:00pm - first, they offered us a room where a furniture is newly painted. how can that be conducive for my kids? - they are only providing 1 set of towel & toiletries. i have to argue with the reception before they gave me another towel. seriously? we are family (me, wife & 2 kids) who will be staying there. also, no hand & floor towels provided =( - water pressure is so low. trigger/perineal spray is next to useless at this low pressure. - was not given a proper sealing rubber drain for bath tub, hence when i am filling the tub, water is simultaneously being drained. - elevator is banging when closing, somehow scared my young kids. - even with a confirmed booking from Booking.com, it took a while before our room is given. - wifi signal is very weak. - room lighting is much to be desired.
• Imtiaz447 (4/5): i would not recommend as the price is high and facilities not provided. - only in the city centre. the price was high so was our expectation, however, when booking with a family of four, they said breakfast is for two only, and breakfast was served in the room which was not good at all.

• Ashraf (1/5): Bad - I travelled with my family. The water heater wasn't working. Upon complaining and asking to cancel the booking they refused saying it's not possible. We were helpless as it was late night and ended up staying here. Sad part was my 2 kids had to bath with cold water.

• Shazli (1/5): DONT STAY HERE - Beware Guys , the Breakfast they give here is pathetic. Poor Service. - Room Space Only I booked the room for 2 Adults and 2 kids. Initially the receptionist said the breakfast will be provided for 3 . Later on ended up for 2 only. My kids had to starve . The breakfast that they gave was in a small plate, pathetic and cannot be consumed even by animals I suppose. The food was smelly too. I asked for an Iron Box , they said they will give only after 11 AM. When I told them I needed to go to the office at 7.30 , they provided an iron box which had a burnt surface , unfit for ironing. For 4 guests, they provided 1 Towel. There were no tooth brushes . Toilet and shower water force is extremely low. Very very unprofessional service , the people here are not trained nor they know to speak. Only the receptionist had a smile on his face . For all those who are reading my comments - "DONT STAY HERE"

Guests can roam comfortably in the place without worrying its Reception Staff Mr. Mohammad is very coprative. I would like to suggest Brekfat need to be impove. it should guest choice
