- Pedro (9/5): - I was on a tight budget before traveling to Beijing, so I spent quite a bit of time on this platform looking for the best deal possible. I came across this hotel, loved the boutique vibe, and it turned out to be an amazing decision. I really enjoyed the atmosphere of the café downstairs, and the staff were incredibly helpful. I had read some comments from people complaining about the lack of English, but honestly, you’re coming to China—it’s a completely different environment. The staff were genuinely doing their best to communicate, even using a translation device at the front desk. Complaining about that feels unfair—they were kind, patient, and very sweet. They even delivered to me two things I forgot at their property and they sent me a taxi with my things to my new hotel!!! The beds are super comfortable, and the shower has great water pressure, which is really important to me. I also want to mention the breakfast: it’s not a 5-star spread, but it’s tasty and well prepared. Overall, a great stay and excellent value for money. Smells a little bit like cigarettes but this is something that happens all over China

Staff is welcoming and what we can't sort out with my poor Chinese we manage with interpretation system :). -

The staff were friendly and my stay offered great value for money. My local maps app struggled to find the hotel as it seems to be listed by a different name on there. I was searching for several minutes. The effort is worth it when you get there, though!

- Lois (10/5): - Quelle surprise de se faire surclasser lors du check-in dans une des chambres la plus stylée que j'ai eu de mes nombreux voyages en Asie avec en prime les boissons du frigo offertes. Rapport qualité prix au top en comparaison aux hôtels de grands noms autour. La barrière de la langue n'est pas un problème dans cet hôtel car ils ont un appareil de traduction automatique à l'accueil qui permet de se faire comprendre rapidement. Métro à proximité et à une station de l'aéroport. Le métro le plus proche est à 15min de marche mais ça va, c'est largement faisable. Il n'avait pas de balance pour vérifier le poids des bagages.

Питьевую воду предоставляют, WiFi быстрый (300/300 Mbps Down/Up), но странный (реально ресурсы вне Китая отвечают неторопливо). Высокая влажность, но тут к самому номеру отношения мало имеет. Кондиционер в режиме осушения немного спасает ситуацию, но если уходить и выключать его - по возвращению сильно повышается влажность.

Not super close to the subway, but the facilities were fine and it was good enough for my visit. Within a close didi ride to many nice locations. No major complaints, and for a small hotel in Beijing it was good.

- Kaidi (9/5): Great value for money - I booked this hotel for one reason: its closeness to the Airport Expressway. I didn't expect much from the area, but the hotel itself was a wonderful surprise! The room is small but very clean and cozy. The beautiful courtyard is the perfect place to relax in the evening. The staff at reception were exceptionally warm and kind and served great coffee. A charming choice for an early flight. My stay was mostly pleasant, thanks to the excellent pillows and a very good shower. However, the bed linens were slightly damp, which unfortunately impacted the quality of my sleep.

Restaurants options were just a stone throw away. Overall it was a very satisfying experience at the Yi Stack Hotel.

It's the nicest 3-star hotel I've been to in China. The staff is friendly and can speak english. Definitly gonna go here again!

- Solongo (2/5): - This hotel made me write my first review. This hotel was the worst hotel I have ever stayed, nothing like the photos. The rooms were too old and dirty. I tried 3 different rooms, all 3 stank and were too humid that was super uncomfortable. The staff were helpless. Far away from metro station. Please just pay more and stay in a decent hotel. You will regret choosing this hotel. Can't think of anything good about this hotel.
- Isabel (9/5): Superb - The hotel is modern and nice, we found it very comfortable. The bed was large, but like a lot of Chinese hotels there was little space to hang up your clothes, but this is common! We would definitely return and it was a good value for money :)
- Tom (10/5): Back at my home from home :) - Everything went very well - I had two consecutive stays within the week - one alone and one with my partner and all went well - I got the studio that I always take when i come here. I love that it has a big balcony and the studio is modern and functional inside but the square still has a nice neighbourhood feel with cats walking around and all feeling very peaceful though in the middle of Beijing. As usual this is my home-from-home place in Beijing and I look forward to being back soon.

- Sarah (10/5): Home away from home - Yi Stack's customer service has been absolutely phenomenal. The staff are super helpful and friendly and went up and beyond to help us during our stay. The price is a steal for this area in central Beijing. There are lots of restaurants and shops nearby and the metro is about a 10 mins walk. Absolutely one of the best places i have stayed in globally.

- Keld (6/5): Fint hotel, men overvej beliggenheden - Hotellet var ok. Sengen god, men møbler simple og hårde. Indtjekning tog lang tid, da de ikke umiddelbart kunne finde bookningen i systemet. Lidt specielt, at morgenmaden skulle bestilles til specifikt tidspunkt og der ikke var refill-muligheder. Hotellets beliggenhed er ikke ideel. Der er kun spisesteder i området, så intet turistmiljø. Der er 20 min. gang (hurtig) til nærmeste undergrundsstation. Omvendt er beliggenheden forholdsvis ideel, når turen går mod lufthavnen. Det fine er, at hotellet hjalp med en taxi til undergrundsbanen og dermed undgås køerne på vejene (incl. motorveje).

- Julia (10/5): Exceptional - I stayed in this hotel the second time. Always great staff, very helpful. Very close to Sanlitun area, all major embassies and the subway station. You can order delivery from the restaurant and there is a special space for it close to the front desk, very convenient.
- Angela (9/5): Close to the US embassy, feels like home - The staff is clearly trained to absolutely do their best for guests. Not in a way that feels like a professional duty, but like they actually get joy from being able to help. It’s quite amazing, seems like a great working culture there. For example, they served us breakfast early, because we had an early appointment at the embassy, and they helped plan our timing and travel (walking time). The room (suite) was big and well-appointed. I liked the walk-in closet/changing room a lot. I liked the bathtub. No complaints
- Dominik (10/5): - Ein kleines aber feines & gemütliches Hotel mit einem eigenen Cafe. Das Personal war freundlich, hilfsbereit & wenn man mal sprachlich nicht weiter kam, gab es einen super elektronischen Übersetzer an der Rezeption. Das Zimmer war nicht zu klein, sauber und hatte alles was man braucht. Die nächste U-Bahn Station ist allerdings ca.10-15 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, wobei Peking aber generell einfach groß ist und man immer mehrere Minuten laufen muss um irgendwas zu erreichen. Das Hotel ist in einer kleinen Seitenstraße versteckt aber durch unser Navi war es trotzdem super zu finden von der U-Bahn Station aus. Direkt vor der Tür ist auch ein kleiner Supermarkt und vorne an der Hauptstraße sind auch einige kleine Supermärkte und Restaurants. Alles in allem kann ich das Hotel zu empfehlen.

- Moritz (9/5): Very nice place - In general, this is simply a very good hotel and the one where I have stayed when I went to Beijing. The atmosphere is pleasant, the staff very friendly, rooms clean and good and the breakfast tasty. In summary: thanks. This time, my room was located on the outside of the building - not a big issue, of course, but I prefer the inside rooms. Somehow, the hotel seems more geared towards a Chinese audience. The hotel has now invested in a translation machine, which, yes, will cover the basics of communication, but a nice aspect of a 'boutique' place (like this one) is usually that it is possible to briefly chat or receive recommendations, which is not smoothly possible now. Is it really such a hurdle to learn one (international) language in addition to Chinese? It would be a plus.
