Pedro (8/5): - Very well located, almost all the most importart sights are walkable from here. The apartment is very complete and comfortable The bathroom sink clogged very easily and it takes a moment for the water to drain, but it's definitely in a usable condition

It is located in the middle of town with a lot of restaurants and bars close by... the landlord was communicative and allowed us to leave our luggage after checkout, which helped a lot... There are no elevators in the building so dragging your luggage up 2 floors was no easy feat... also the entrance and staircase was run down and dirty and did not give a good impression but once you got on the actual floors, the decor and upkeep was good... there was a lot of noise from homeless people walking up and down the street, late at night..

Jérôme (8/5): Good value and location - The value is incredible, and it's located right in the heart of Quebec City. Everything is close by. There was an issue with the fridge when I arrived, and the owners fixed it quickly and without any fuss. The place was clean, with plenty of fluffy towels. The bed wasn't the most comfortable, and I woke up with an achy back. But maybe it's my back that's incompatible with the mattress, and maybe your back will be, so I don't mind it too much. The big issue is that the rooms aren't properly soundproofed. I heard people snoring from other rooms, which was annoying. And knowing I'm a "snore-zilla" myself, I feel bad for potentially ruining other people's night of sleep.
Tristan (5/5): - Nous avons bénéficié du logement n°3 et malheureusement rien a voir avec les premières photos de l'annonce, l'appartement aurait besoin d'une bonne rénovation, la propreté est à revoir. Pour l'emplacement, bien situé mais beaucoup de sans abri aux alentours.

Chloé (7/5): Correct pour 2 nuits - Très bon emplacement pour visiter Québec, à seulement 15 min à pied du début de la vieille ville. Hôte très réactif, nous avons eu un problème avec la douche et ils ont fait venir quelqu'un dans la journée. La salle de bain (la douche) était très sale à notre arrivée et bouchée, heureusement que quelqu'un est venu refaire le ménage... une literie pas très confortable et des voisins bruyants.

Mariah (10/5): Great location for solo or couples - Location was close to the supermarket (Metro) Amongst a fun and hip part of Québec city 20-30 mins walk to Old Quebec Airport bus stop only a 10 min walk Warm and comfortable, has all the core amenities. Perfect for a solo traveller, or a couple. Bed was comfortable. And great variety of pillows. Duvet as ample as heating was great (outside temp ranged from 19C to - 2C). Good spacious studio setup. Lock/door code system was great. Didn't have to worry about a key. TV was a nice touch. Ample light. Dimmer down the bed side, but the side lamp was plenty bright. Would have liked a kettle to make a cup of tea Floor was a little dusty in some places - stuck to my bare feet and socks. Bring indoor slippers. A note to say the room was 1 flight of stairs would have been good to know as there is no elevator.

Maelle (5/5): Logement pratique et bien placé mais manque de propreté - Bon emplacement et logement grand et confortable la chambre en photo sur le choix de la réservation n’est pas la même que celle que l’on a eu en réalité ( car on nous demande de choisir la chambre entre plusieurs logements) , de plus le logement n’était pas propre ( toilettes pas propre , sol mal balayé, serviettes sales etc )
Val (8/5): Despite the not ideal location I was very happy with my stay I hope to be able to book it again soon - I enjoyed the simple and industrial interior decor of the place, looked very nice. The bed was very comfortable I enjoyed sleeping in it, the kitchenette was very nice, the microwave oven is big and effective, I made good use of the mini fridge. I think adding a large rug in the bedroom or under the bed would create a more cozy and welcoming atmosphere as well as making better use of the large empty space on the floor the freezer door part of the mini fridge was obstructed entirely by a massive block of ice and I was unable to properly chill my alcoholic beverages or keep any actual ice properly cold. There was no dish soap just an empty container and it might be good to add an air febreeze spray in the bathroom. The location of the place is disastrous honestly but I understand there isn’t much that can be done about that. The street where this property is located is flooded with homeless people, on my walk from the property to the grocery store at the end of the road I was approached by 3 homeless men

Peters (9/5): 750 St. Joseph Lofts - The loft was beautiful, cozy, and romantic. It had all the amenities and necessities required. It was perfect. The shower head was set at about four feet high. Not horrible but not ideal. It won't stop me from coming back again.

Fait la faire pour un séjour de 3jours. L’appartement aurait besoin d’être rénové, isolation sonore et thermique très mauvaise. Manque de propreté et d’entretien dans l’immeuble.

Gio Maria (8/5): - The location is great, very close to train/bus station, city bus stops, and a supermarket. The room is well-equipped for a short stay. There is an option to leave there your luggage before check-in and after check-out, which was really helpful. Unfortunately, we found the mattress very hard and the pillows too thin, so that our bodies were aching after sleeping there. I would not recommend if you need a soft bed!

Verena J (1/5): If you don’t want ruin your travel in Quebec City, do not book this accommodation. - Do not book this accommodation! Water leaked from the bathroom sink, next day the bathroom was flooded all the floor. Wasted the whole morning, they knew the problem before, that one was the worst part. And so dirty, they didn’t mop the floor properly, the floor was so sticky when I got there A nail was on the bathroom floor, the window was broken and just sealed with tapes. The furnitures were chipped, the dining table was wobbly, pillows had odours. The towels had stains, no power socket for hair straightener… It is shame that I can upload only 4 pictures. There’s no reception accommodation, and the person on the emergency line can’t speak English. This accommodation ruined my Christmas vacation! Everything was the worst thing what I’ve ever seen in accommodations for vacations or travelling.

L'isolation était horrible, j'entendais autant les discussions des voisins que les cris des ittinérants à l'extérieur qui m'ont empêché de dormir. Daniel (2/5): Superficial cleaning only, terrible bed, cold and echoey room, dirty hallways, no parking. - location. Our car was towed away in the night (and a wheel ripped completly off) while parked in front of the hotel. We recieved an email at 01:30 AM saying that there would be snow removal in the night and at 2 AM we were towed away by savages that broke the vehicle. There were no signs on that street advising that snow removal would happen and honestly, who sends emails at 1h30 in the morning a half hour before guests have to take action? Why we we not warned ahead of time? No phone line to speak with anyone either... all around horrible experience. Never, ever will i go back and i will tell people to avoid the lofts in St Rock neighborhood.

Le Tellier (7/5): - L'espace est bien, les plafonds sont hauts, la cuisinette est bien équipée L'entretien général est négligé: grand accroc dans le rideau, plaque arrachée sur thermostat, endroit avec rouille dans la salle de bain. Entrée principale plus ou moins propre. Difficile de moduler l'éclairage, seulement un plafonnier et lampe de table de 200w. La chaise de repos n'a pas de pieds, donc directement sur le sol = impossible de l'utiliser.
Paulina (10/5): - Todo súper limpio y el dpto muy bien equipado. Cerca des la estación de trenes y relativamente cerca del centro histórico. Yo camine a todos los sitios. Solo para que sepan. En las noches en el lobby duermen personas en situación de calle, lo mismo que en las calles, puede dar una sensación de inseguridad, pero de todas formas la cuidad es muy segura.
Josee (10/5): Beau loft tranquille - L'emplacemest est génial parce que c'est près d'un épicerie et du Vieux Québec même à pied. Le loft est bien équipé, tout ce qu'il faut pour cuisiner simplement est fourni. C'est tranquille et accueillant! Le loft est vraiment beau et le lit est confortable. Le quartier, on y voit beaucoup d'itinérance et il y a des locaux commerciaux vide et de la construction. Mais ça n'empêche pas de vivre un beau séjour malgré tout.
