• Maria Fernanda (5/5): - Céntrico, cerca de la estación de tren Cuando reservé me cerciore que tuvieran disponibilidad para que correos recogiera mi equipaje ya que estoy haciendo el camino, me dijeron que no había problema que en la chocolatería del frente me lo recibían. Al llegar me di cuenta que la chocolatería estaba de vacaciones, el chico de recepción no le interesó como ayudarme, solo me decía que no sabía, pésimo trato, al final tuve que esperar fuera del local hasta que llegaran por el equipaje. El lugar estaba bien, la atención del chico pésima, simplemente no le interesa y menos ayudar. Es una lástima ..

Fue un poco confuso llegar a la habitación porque había que pasar en medio del restaurante y en ese momento había mucha gente y los camareros súper apresurados de un lado para otro y no sabía a quien preguntarle para el registro y la llave

• Terriks (9/5): Cute and cozy - Cute and cozy room. Though it was small, it was very well appointed, with two pillows and a throw blanket in the bed, plenty of outlets, and good lighting. And a really great shower! Needs a place to hang towels.

La suciedad era de hace tiempo, no es puntual por las lluvias. No deberían entregar una habitación con esos cristales. Adjunto fotos. Además no hay nadie antes de las 12:30, tampoco un teléfono de emergencia para despues del cierre del take away del bajo. No se puede dejar el equipaje antes de hacer check-in ni puedes avisar de cualquier incidencia antes del check-out ni mucho menos dejar unas horas la maleta a la salida. La habitación que me tocó, además de los mencionados cristales sucios, no tenía enchufe en el cabecero, el más cercano se encontraba a los pies de la cama. Los empleados hacen lo que pueden pero no son responsables y los responsables no dan la cara. Muy mal gestionado, ni lo aconsejo ni voy a volver.

No on-site staff, and very late email instructions regarding how to access the building and my room (I helped others with this too)! Ventilation - no easy way to open a window for fresh air; one of two window blinds didn’t work but light-blocking curtain helped some).

Las puertas que dan acceso a la terraza no se abren por los rieles de las cortinas,la puerta de la habitación no se abre a la primera y constantemente se bloquea teniendo que esperar unos minutos para volver a teclear el código.

The complimentary shower gel and shampoo would have been lovely but they were empty bottles, no bath mat provided either. Also, a lack of house rules meant we were woken up at 5am by and argument in the room above and door slamming. No info in the rooms to give times of quiet. Only scored low on staff as we didnt see any

• Anne (6/5): Tillgängligt men inte värt priset - Boendet var lätt att hitta till, och okey att dra resväskan dit från busstationen. Hade bokat ett enkelrum och det hade en avloppsstam mitt i rummet som lät som attan när någon ovanför spolade...Det tjorvade att komma in med kod på rummet så fick till slut ett kort (begär det på en gång vid incheckningen). Det finns hiss i restaurangen så du slipper bära resväskan uppför den branta trappan. Gick att beställa take away nere på gatan. Oväsendet från avloppsstammen, att de inte informerade om hissen vid incheckningen å tjorvet med koden till rummet. Personalen var väldigt stressad då de även skulle ge service u restaurangen.

• Nicholas (8/5): Nice, Clean and Comfy - Room is very clean and comfortable bed. Nice checkin staff and quiet surroundings. Sink in the private bath is smallest I've seen, but useful. Location is great if you arrived before tourist office closed. If you need to get a credential, then you'll need to walk back (instead of forward on the Camino) the next morning. Tourist office opens at 9a.
