- MARI (10/5): - 良質な温泉と温かなスタッフのホテルです。 規模の大きなホテルですが、浴場は4ヶ所あり4回の入浴は全て混雑を感じることなく快適でした。 伝統的な宿で施設は新しく無い面もありますが、随所にホスピタリティを感じる宿でした。

- Mieo (10/5): 想像以上に良かった。 - 出張から帰る際、用事があってこちらのホテルを利用させて頂きました。 仕事も残っていたので、お部屋にお風呂が付いている部屋がいいと思い今回のお部屋(160号)を決めました。 もう全てが想像の上をいく快適さで、ゆったりとリラックスしながら仕事も捗りましたし、フルリモートで働いているのでワーケーションにも非常に良いと感じました。 2色付きプランでもあったので、夕食に行く日本らしいビュッフェが揃い、こちらも満足。ただ朝食は寝過ごしてしまい断念。 敢えて言うなら、リラクゼーションもしくは外部からのマッサージなどがあると更にリラックスできると思いました。 都内や関西で感じるオーバーツーリズムによる民度の低い外国人も居なく、以前の日本に戻ったような感覚でした。 また近くに用事がある際は必ず利用させていただきます。

- Rickey (4/5): - When I reserved the Suite Room through Expedia, the check-out time for this special room was 11:00 a.m. However, when we checked-in at the facility, the from receptionist instructed us that 10:00 a.m. was the firm check-out time, no exceptions. My wife was feeling ill, so a later checkout time would have been much better. The Dinner buffet restaurant seating was extremely slow, even though we had a time reservation. Breakfast buffet seating was even worse. We had to wait 20 minutes to be seated. We wanted to play table tennis, and we asked 3 different times throughout the evening; however, we were told that the tables had already been reserved all through the evening hours. Each time (4 times) that we physically checked, no one was using the table tennis tables. There were 2 tables, both unoccupied all 4 times that we checked. Terrible service!

- Verified traveler (8/5): - 孫達との旅行でした。なのでこちらのホテルを選んだのはキッズパーク(アスレチック)がある事でしたが こちらの資料不足だったのか まさかアスレチックが120cm以下でないと入れないとは…受付で知り残念でした。 親の手を借りてやってる小さな子より低学年位の子が出来る方がいいのでは⁉️ 小さな子が遊ぶ所は充分あるんだから… それでも 孫達も清流露天風呂がとても気に入ってくれてたので 良かったと思います。 ただ ホテルが広く露天風呂までが遠かったし 少しわかりずらく迷ってる親子もいました。

- Verified traveler (8/5): - The hotel is kids-friendly so I highly recommend this place for families who are looking for an onsen stay that welcomes children. The hotel itself is very big and offers various activities. I wish they could improve the traffic at the breakfast buffet. We had to wait for 10-15 mins but it's closed at 9am sharp which meant we had little time to enjoy our breakfast. Will definitely go back when we visit Nagono again.

Yukata clothing and towels are provided. Excellent service and a sense of luxury even though the hotel itself is dated. Good breakfast.

- Takehiko (6/5): - 駐車場スタッフの方は凄く親切で好印象でした。 フロントで隣のお客さんには貸切り風呂や事前清算の説明をしていたのに、自分達のスタッフは説明してくれませんでした。凄く残念でした。 ２名でレストランに行き入り口で「左側の席をご利用下さい」のみ言われ、ビュッフェの説明ないのかぁと思いつつどこの席に座ろうか悩んでて、空いてるし広めの４名席に座ろうかなと思っていたら、スタッフの方に呼び止められ、人数を聞かれ２名も伝えると、「２名様席をご利用下さい」と... だったら最初から、入り口で「左側の２名様席をご利用下さい」と案内してくれれば良いと思った。 枕元にコンセントが欲しい。 貸切り風呂のトイレに蜘蛛の巣が... ご飯は美味しくて、お風呂はとっても良かったです。 残念なのは、やっぱりスタッフの対応ですかね。

- HIROKO (4/5): 家族向け温泉宿 - 家族で温泉旅行にはいいと思うが、ひとりでのんびり自然を楽しんでというのなら、もっと小さいところの方がおすすめ。スタッフが気が利かないし、掃除が行き届いていない。廊下の声や人が歩くスリッパの音で落ち着かない。 水は美味しいが、いわゆる温泉宿なので、それを求めて行くならOK。

- はるえ (8/5): - 70代父母、夫、小学生の娘と5名で宿泊。とても綺麗でお部屋も清潔感があり良かったが、夕食が全体的にぬるい感じで残念でした。カレーや、汁物がぬるいのが特に残念。ビュッフェの内容が美味しそうな物がたくさんあっただけに冷めた料理が本当に残念。アルコール飲み放題も、年寄りにはセルフで毎回ドリンク注文に並ぶのは、大変だった様子。オーダーを取りに来て頂けるとありがたいのに…と思った。

- HIROKO (8/5): - 蓼科の巨大ホテル。宿泊者数が多いと思いますが、巨大なので温浴施設はガラガラではないものの、激混みですし詰め状態というわけではなく、ゆったりと過ごせました！ 温浴施設の場所が分かれているので、何度もいろんな温泉に入れてよかったです。晩ご飯や朝ご飯のブッフェも宿泊者数が多いおかげか、あたたかい新鮮なものがドンドン運ばれて、満足でした！ もうちょっと席に対して、大広間ではなく、個室とか、それは無理でも、カーテンみないなものでテーブルごとに仕切りがあるとか半個室的な良いなと思いました。小さい子供をつれた３世代とか大家族連れが多いので、、そのほうが少しでも落ち着いてご飯を食べれると思いました。

- SAORI (10/5): 部屋が凄かった！ - お部屋が空いていたとの事でグレードアップしてもらい、ダブルの部屋からファミリータイプのとても広い部屋になり凄く良かったです。 全てが子供に配慮した造りになってました。 ただ、広すぎて子供が興奮するのか上階の子供が騒ぎでかなりうるさく3度クレームを入れました。フロントの方は2回目の後には言いましたけど今はどうですかと確認してくれました。モラルの問題ですが22時半まで子供が走り回っていたのであの家族は出禁にして欲しいです。

- Verified traveler (6/5): 繁忙期は早めにチェックインした方がいいかも - ・自家用車で行きました。駐車場は入口で同乗者と荷物を降ろしたら、運転手が300ｍほど離れたところまで駐車しに行き、送迎バスで戻ってくるという方法でした。 ・夜は結構雪が積もりましたが、出庫前には車の雪をおろしていただいてあり、大変助かりました。 ・夕食付での宿泊でしたが、会場がいっぱいなので20時からの入場になると言われました。混んでいたり、慣れない従業員の方も多かったので仕方がないのかもしれませんが、会場に入ってからの案内が何もなく、戸惑うことが結構ありました。ドリンクを注文してからも結構時間がかかりました。何度も催促しているお客さんも見かけました。ビュッフェの料理はおいしかったです。 ・「ザ和室」に泊まりたかったので一番安い部屋にしましたが、とても広くて満足でした。全体的に古く、洗面台の排水溝がさびていたり、少々トイレで不思議な臭いはしましたが、きちんと掃除はされている感じで清潔でした。 ・露天風呂は雪景色が楽しめてとても良かったです。

- Verified traveler (10/5): 期待以上の快適なお宿 - お部屋については、サイトからの情報で抱いていたイメージより実物の方がずっと明るく広く清潔で嬉しい驚きがありました。また大浴場が4つもあり、一部の大浴場には寝そべって山の木々や夜空を眺めながらお湯に浸かることができる湯船もありました。私は4つある大浴場のうち3つを利用させてもらいましたが、どこも新しく清潔感があり、さらに3ヶ所ともミストサウナもあったので毎回サウナを満喫させてもらいました。朝夕のお食事の味とバリエーションは口コミ通り満足できるもので、浴衣&スリッパＯＫの食事もこれはこれでリラックスできて楽しいものだなあと家族みな喜んで普段よりかなりたくさん食べていました。敷地内を流れる川のせせらぎが聞こえる中スタッフの方々にも親切にしていただき、是非また利用させてもらいたいと思っています。

- Chun Fong (10/5): Incredible onsens, family friendly, fantastic food - We were passing through the area and stayed here for a night. The dinner and breakfast buffets were delicious and very authentic for a Japanese experience. We loved it so much! Rooms are well appointed, clean and spacious. The baths were super clean and were well stocked with amenities. The property also has a gaming room, karaoke, spa services and a very interesting gift shop (which we enjoyed). There was very limited multi lingual staff on site, and that posed a bit of a problem for us when we arrived on the rainy evening (the traffic controller could not understand 'check in' and gazed at us blankly for a bit, before directing us to the incorrect parking). Service was, however, just fantastic otherwise - friendly and subtle.
