- Tea (1/5): Worst stay and experience on booking.com - Nothing The apartment was pure disaster, it was very cold and full of mold. L The staff made permanently mistakes givibg you information about check-in or WiFi connection. It was my worst experience ever.

- Pamela (1/5): Run far away from this place, it’s not worth it - The location was good, easy access to transportation, crispy clean towels and bedsheets on the beds. I met the bathtub dirty, the mop bucket dirty, one of the pots dirty, one of the cooking pots an accident waiting to happen. the bathtub was clogged and I had to call for days before it was fixed a week after I arrived. There was a dirty duvet in the basket in the room, there was a nail sticking out of the bed and I feel the bed will collapse at any time. The gas cooker is faulty and could catch fire at any time. There was blood spatter on the wall in one of the bedroom. The fridge was dirty. In fact they need to hire a new cleaning team, the present team is horrible. I met the toilet with limescale and I had to buy bleach to get it presentable. The whole house was hotter than an oven and I wrote several times for them to send more fans so that we will be able to sleep but they ignored me. That apartment ruined our family holiday and it didn’t come cheap. I complained about lack of blessings because I needed to change the bedsheets after 3 days because of the heat and sweating but they brought it 2 days to my departure so I left it there for them. I called several times for them to ask the cleaning team where they kept the brushes for sweeping but I was totally ignored. one of the staff, Nina told me she didn’t like the way I was complaining but for Christ sake we paid over €1,600 for a 12 day stay and the place was the worst place I’ve ever stayed in.

- Verified traveler (10/5): Just like the home that makes us relax - A little bit far away and no air conditioner, but it is very clean and relax. Before check in, we need to call the host to make a time to get the key.
