• Bob937 (10/5): A peaceful and beautiful break on an unpsoilt Greek island - A brilliant fortnight based in these superb apartments, from where we enjoyed the landscape (and seascape) of Alonissos. The accommdation was wonderful with a lovely clean bathroom and amazing balcony looking directly over Rousoum Gialos bay. We had fresh soap and tea and coffee available on our arrival. Dimitri and his famly were welcoming, always friendly and all the staff working there did a fantactic job. The walk from the accommodation up to Chora was our favourite as we did it at least four times. It follows the historic route to the village which was devastated in an earthquake 60 years ago. The rebulit old capital is a joy to wander around.
• Paolo (9/5): Alonissos è come la Grecia degli anni '70 : tradizione, mare spettacolare e natura selvaggia . - Posizione splendida con un terrazzo ampio e confortevole con una vista spettacolare sulla baia di Roussum Gialos . A pochi passi due taverne greche in riva al mare ; più che discreta quella denominata Balalas Migliorerei certamente la tipologia del mobilio " scura e un pò triste . Sarebbe bastato davvero poco rendere la camera molto più accogliente con un arredamento più chiaro e meno cupo .

• Tom (9/5): Sehr saubere Appartments an toller Lage mit freundlichem Gastgeber. Erholung pur. - Tolle Lage mit Blick von der Terasse auf die Bucht und das Meer. In 5 Min. zu Fuss bist du am kleinen und schönen Kiesstrand und glasklarem Wasser. Am selben Strand findest du Restaurants und einen Vermieter von Sonnenliegen mit Schirm Absolut ruhige Lage ohne Verkehrslärm oder Partygänger. Unkomplizierter und sehr freundlicher Gastgeber. Alles ist gepflegt und sauber. Klimaanlage im Zimmer funktioniert einwandfrei. In der Küche ist alles notwendige vorhanden und funktionierte einwandfrei. Wenn die Zimmernachbarn gleichzeitig auf ihrer Terasse weilen, ist direkter Sichtkontakt möglich und du hörst auch alles mit.

L’appartamento ha un affaccio bellissimo sulla baia dove si può fare una bella nuotata in acque limpide. Dimitros è una persona gentilissima e molto accogliente. Nulla.

• Simona (10/5): A beautiful quiet place in the heart of Alonnisos - A very nice and quiet place right by the seaside, the view is stunning and the beach really beautiful. We had our room cleaned every day. The host explained us everything we needed to know.

• L5278TIdavidd (10/5): Fantastic apartments - Our second visit to Marilena apartments, just wonderful spacious apartments and very large balcony with table, chairs, sun loungers and of course an amazing view of the bay. Staff are really friendly and helpful. Only a short 10 minute walk to the harbour and 4 minute walk to the bus stop for the old town. We cannot recommend these apartments enough. We have booked again in September.

• Christine (9/5): Die Insel Alonissos wird in unseren Gedanken immer mit der Appartementanlage Marilena verbunden sein - Wir wurden nach einem kurzen Anruf vom Hafen Patitiri mit dem Auto abgeholt und zum Appartement Marilena gefahren. Das Appartement ist sehr schön und praktisch eingerichtet. Bad und Küche sehr sauber. Vom Balkon (Terrasse) hat man einen Traumblick zum Meer und der anschließenden Badebucht. Zu Fuss ist man in 5 Minuten am Strand. Traumhaft, für uns der schönste Strand weit und breit auf der Insel Alonissos. Wir werden bestimmt nochmal wiederkommen.

Το πάρκινγκ ακριβώς κάτω από το δωμάτιο. Το κρεβάτι/στρωμα είναι αυτό που θα μπορούσε να είναι καλύτερο για την τιμή του δωματίου.

• Efstathia-Maria (7/5): - Fantastic view, location, room and balcony! Our room had two bedrooms and bathrooms so a family could stay there. Poor internet connection (and the mobile network signal was really poor) so it was difficult to use internet services. The bathroom had a very unpleasant smell that wouldnt go away - the management is aware of this and they need to fix it. It is a pity to have such a great room but it smelling so badly :(

• Marion (10/5): Beautiful place with a spectacular view - Beautiful studio apartment overlooking the bay. The studio was beautiful and clean, and had a lovely big balcony with table, chairs & 2 sun loungers. A few minutes walk down to the beach with lovely beach beds and a couple a lovely taverners. Within walking distance of the main harbour where you will find a number of lovely restaurants. There is a steep climb on leaving the apartment to get to the main road and then it's downhill all the way to the harbour. There are a number of bakeries, supermarkets and various other shops on the main road. We did go back by taxi most evenings, but did walk back once, but found it tiring walking uphill.

• John (10/5): - The location of this accommodation was perfect, with outstanding views over Rousoum Gialos beach. The apartment was very clean and comfortable and extremely well equipped. There was nothing more we could have wanted. Dimitris was a very good host, and transferred us to and from the port on arrival/departure. There are numerous tavernas and shops within a reasonably short ( although hilly!) walk. We can't think of anything!

• rhubarbbikinis (10/5): Perfect stay - Excellent location, the view took my breath away every time I entered our room. Very clean, spacious apartment with everything we needed. Nice touches with things provided such as washing up liquid, mossie plug in, fan (in addition to AC) etc. The people working here were friendly, attentive and helpful. Bit of a hill up and down to the accommodation so you do need a certain level of fitness but worth it for the spectacular sea view. One of the loveliest places we have stayed in Greece 💙

Small path in front of property leads to some rocks where you can safely enter and exit the water or jump in as 2m or deeper. Crystal clear water. Great supermarket with everything you need 5 min walk on road leading back into port. Very friendly staff at apartment. Allowed us late checkout which was a great help to make most of our last day on island.
• Susan (10/5): Great apartment with a great view - The location was brilliant. Great view of the little local beach which had a few tavernas we used for coffees. East facing balconies so great for enjoying breakfast outside in the sun. The owner very kindly picked us up from and dropped us at the port . We liked everything. People with walking difficulties will not like the hill walk from port. Taxi would be advisable for them.

Clean, well structured, relaxing, fantastic sea view from balcony, stunning place. The staff is extremely polite, friendly & at the same time discreet. The service, to say the least, is excellent. Best value for money place I have ever stayed! The residence has a homely and personal feel to it and all the staff, especially Mr. Dimitris, provided a first class service, thank you!

The owner and the receptionist are very polite and helpful with smart tips. Would definitely recommend it for families and couples...
• vevgeneiadi (10/5): AMAZING STUDIOS-APPARTMENTS - We stayed at Marilena Appartments for a week.The studios are perfect, and new.You have everything you need, equiped kitchen, nice bathroom and bedroom and the comfortable balcony. Close to the beach and to the center of the town but still at a very quiet place with the view of the sea and the pine trees around. The staff is very friendly and helpful
