• Pak Hong (7/5): Convenient Stay with Healthy Breakfast and Metro Access - On business trips, I stick to a conservative diet, so I appreciated the healthier breakfast options—fresh juices, fruits, salads, and both Western and Chinese dishes. The room was spacious and well-equipped with full toilet amenities, including a hairdryer and disposable slippers. To avoid traffic, I took the metro—Exit 4 is conveniently right at the door. Some of the hardware feels a bit dated.

Convenient location to high speed railway station. Air conditioning temperature cannot be changed in room. Have to watch your step between bedroom and bathroom.

The staff exhibited professionalism both night - The staff exhibited exceptional professionalism and demonstrated great kindness and assistance, particularly Ashley, who went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. Despite not having cash to pay for the taxi, Ashley generously took care of the payment on our behalf. Additionally, his colleague, whose name unfortunately eluded me, utilized a translator app to facilitate effective communication between us. Furthermore, I must commend the outstanding quality and cleanliness of the room.

• Gabriel (8/5): Spacious rooms in a good business location - Very large rooms if you get the corners, large bathrooms with good size walk in showers. Often guests smoking everywhere in the hotel - leaves a smell of smoke everywhere unsurprisingly enough. Staff seem less than empowered to deal with the issue. Elevators inconveniently placed so can take a while to get up and down to floors.

• Gabriel (9/5): Better facilities than nearby hotels but for less - Very large rooms for the price and has everything that other hotels on the same street have, bit for less! Good walk in showers and very comfortable beds. Kept my bags for weeks too, and staff were very helpful. Only downside would probably be the lifts up to the rooms which can take a little time but not too bad.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Fine - In concurrence with others, I found check-in not the friendliest. They did their job, but not with any smiles or pleasant attitudes. Also, internet does have issues, but follow instructions another wrote. A positive, they did accommodate my wishes/requests. However, with an issue on day 2 and later at check-out, clerks those times were fabulous, helpful, and cheerful. Mattress on the very firm side. Smoking is allowed. My room didn't smell, but the hallway did, and the smoke came in from there, even with a towel at the bottom of the door (as it came in the side). Housekeeping always had a cheerful smile. Wide variety of restaurants in the neighborhood. Metro station right outside the gate. Quite handy.
