• John (9/5): Great property in a great location. - Room was very spacious and the location was fantastic. The common area was very great to sit and spend time with the other couples we were traveling with. I would highly recommend this property and would certainly stay there again.
• Alice (9/5): Ottima base per esplorare Roma - Ottima struttura in posizione perfetta, a un minuto a piedi dalla metro Ottaviano. In dieci minuti a piedi si è in piazza San Pietro e da lì partono i bus per il Foro Italico. Istruzioni precisissime per il check-in automatico; Nicoletta era sempre presente online per rispondere a qualsiasi quesito. Stanza ampia, curata,letto comodo. Non c’è colazione ma la cucina è provvista di microonde e biscotti sempre a disposizione, in stanza ci sono the e tisane e la Nespresso con due capsule al giorno. Ottima la pulizia quotidiana. Esperienza ottima! Aggiungerei la disponibilità di cuscini più alti (ce ne sono comunque già due a testa in dotazione)

Non mancava proprio nulla e sono stati davvero gentili a lasciare un caffè e una bottiglietta d'acqua per il nostro soggiorno. La posizione inoltre è molto comoda, vicinissima alla metro. Super flessibilità e semplicità per il check-in, ideale per chi come me aveva poco tempo per soggiornare. Super soddisfatta Fortunatamente non ho avuto nessun problema, ma l'insonorizzazione all'interno dell'appartamento non è il massimo: in caso di ospiti rumorosi nelle altre stanze potreste essere disturbati o viceversa disturbare, specialmente attraversando le zone comuni dell'appartamento.
• flyingbarber (9/5): Absolutely wonderful! - Fantastic location. We walked everywhere, however if you wanted the Metro it is a stones throw from the accommodation. Prati is a great neighbourhood and we will be back! Our room was fab. Would have loved a corkscrew and bottle opener in the kitchen, however I improvised. The key made for a great bottle opener and I used a hairbrush for the wine. 😜🤣
• Carine1987 (8/5): Top verblijf! - Hele fijne locatie. Ligt bij Vaticaanstad en naast de metro. Wij vonden het ideaal. Leuke wijken die daarom heen lagen en niet zo druk. Was altijd plek in restaurants. Wij hadden een lekkage de een na laatste dag en dat werd direct heel goed opgepakt. Hebben een nieuwe kamer gekregen. Was een kamer aan de voorkant (kamer 5). Wel wat meer geluid van de straat en thuiskomst andere mensen maar met oordoppen prima te doen en iedereen houdt rekening met elkaar. Dat merk je. Onze eerste kamer was kamer 2 en die was heel fijn. Was met een vriendin dus twee lossen bedden waren best fijn. Hygiëne goed, alles aanwezig, schoon, netjes. Communicatie perfect! Niks op aan te merken. Beveel deze plek iedereen aan! - nieuw kussens ;-). Weinig inhoud in. Enige tip!

• Michal (8/5): - Veľmi dobrá lokalita, len kúsok od stanice metra Ottaviano a zastávky autobusu. Hneď vedľa je veľmi príjemný podnik, kde sa dá dobre naraňajkovať a dať si kávu. Izba bola celkom priestranná, kúpeľňa fajn vybavená. Relatívne tenké steny, dosť bolo počuť zvuky z vedľajšej izby/chodby. Menší sprchovací kút.

• Anna (10/5): We enjoyed our stay immensely - Niki was excellent with communication and organizing our needs. The location was next to Ottaviano Train Station, 10-15 min walk to St. Peter’s Square and close to restaurants and coffee shops. The property was clean, smelled good, rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. We appreciate welcome treats, which are available in common areas as well. Highly recommended! On our last night, my aunt’s room’s AC wasn’t working and some lights too.

• Sherry-Lynn (10/5): Excellent place to stay. - The location was really good. Walkable distance to the Vatican, a metro half a block away to travel elsewhere. Shopping of all kinds close by. Really nice pastry/coffee shop next door. It has an elevator to get your suitcases to the reception desk and rooms. The room was very comfortable. There is a small common room we sat in one evening and talked of our day with a glass of wine. We can’t say enough about the staff. They went beyond expectations to make the stay enjoyable. They even fixed a suitcase! We recommend this property and when we return we will stay here again. Absolutely nothing.

• MENG QI (10/5): 特别特别特别好 - 这是我们在罗马待的五天里住得最舒服的一家旅店。住宿位于地铁站口，步行几十米即可抵达，交通很方便，且在一栋民居里，整体住宿环境安静且房间内设施齐备，布置也很温馨且干净，旅店周边环境也很安全，让人放松，离梵蒂冈博物馆等景点都是步行10分钟内即可抵达，楼下有全罗马味道最好的老成都川菜馆，价格便宜，周边超市也很多，购物也特别方便。从check in到入住只需要按照房东提供的详细信息操作即可，所以大家只需要提前告知房东抵达时间，并且注意查收邮件，就能顺利入住。入住指南非常清晰易懂，且我们还未到达办理入住时间，房东就提前为我们准备好了房间。另外在入住期间我们不小心弄脏了床单，按规定每日更换这些需要额外付费，但因为特殊情况，房东不仅没有收费，还为我们免费更换了所有的床品，并且重新收拾好了房间，对此我们特别感谢。来到罗马旅行，无论入住时间长短，这家旅店将是最佳选择。 无

A une minute, il y a une boulangerie pour le petit déjeuner, on y mange sur place. 8 euros pour deux personnes. Il y a également des très très bon restaurant. Nous y reviendrons.

The bed is very comfortable. There is a kitchen. Near to the hotel there are restaurants, pizzeria, groceries etc. The contact with the owners is very easy and quick. Very recommended.
