Gastaldi (3/5): No se condice el lugar en absoluto con lo vendido en fotos o con los disponible si se quieren meter en que el spa está c - Me gusto la limpieza, el trato del personal y el buen estado del apart La realidad es que el Spa y el Apart, no pueden estar ligados a la misma publicación si no comparten el mismo lugar físico, a su mismo tiempo, el spa estaba cerrado. Con lo cual lo que hacen es publicidad engañosa ; uno va con la ilusión del hidromasaje, sauna, lugar con juegos para niños (lo cual está todo en fotos) y cuando llegas no solo no hay eso, sino que está en otro emplazamiento que además está cerrado. Hagan otra publicación con solo el Apart y vendan eso, pero no pueden vender algo que no existe y menos cobrarlo. La verdad me voy re desilusionado porque lo único que efectivamente existe es la pileta climatizada, la cual con respeto, el agua no está a la temperatura correcta y el único método de calor es un aire acondicionado… por el lugar que da al pasto entra muchísimo frío el cual no quita ni el aire ni la temperatura del agua, fui con un nene de 1 año y no lo pude meter al agua más de 15 minutos por la temperatura. Quiero que sepan que este comentario no lo hago en absoluto a mala leche, sino que tengan la decencia de vender lo que existe, si no esta el spa o está cerrado díganlo, no lo dejen en la publicación porque es un fiasco total

Andres (2/5): Mala experiencia - La limpieza de las chicas y la ubicación La atención de los dos chicos que nos atendieron en recepción, la información equivocada que nos ofrecieron ya que en booking indica que son dos piletas y es una sola climatizada, te cobran el sauna, se les hizo varias consultas por WhatsApp y solo respondieron las que les convenía, en el último día no había agua y no nos ofrecieron una solución para bañarnos.
Felipe (1/5): - Nada El hotel es un infierno, las cortinas estan pegadas con cinta, la pava eléctrica no funciona,la cocina oxidada,la heladera oxidada, el baño con pelos de la visita anterior,los espejos estaban todos picados, la tapa del inodoro estaba rota.Pero eso no es todo,fuimos con una nena de 9 años y al segundo dia a las 17 hs ellos sabían que se quedaron sin agua en todo el edificio, no avisan nada hasta que a las 20hs les decimos que no teníamos agua.No hay recepción en el edificio y nadie a cargo,a cada habitación le dijeron algo diferente. Luego del primer llamado ya no contestaron mas los teléfonos,el supuesto encargado no daba la cara por nada, se hacia el sorprendido, brindaron baldes de agua que tenias que sacar agua de una pileta climatizada porque no hay canillas en ninguna parte y tenias que buscarlo vos mismo.

La piscina climatizada es perfecta para disfrutar en cualquier momento del día. La ubicación es muy cómoda cerca del centro y de la playa, pero a la vez tranquila para descansar. Todo el complejo está muy bien cuidado y el lugar invita a relajarse. Para volver!

cristina (6/5): Muy lindo para descansar - La ubicacion buena y el desayuno bien medialunas y pan con manteca y dulce La ducha y las canillas. No salia practicamente agua y hay dias que no me pude banar. Avise a la recepcion del otro hotel (el que yo creia que habia contratado porque desconocia que habia otro nuevo Farnese mar) trataron de solucionarlo pero no hubo caso. Seguia saliendo un chorrito muy debil y se compllicaba para higienizarnos. Otro tema que me molesto era que no sabia que habia otro Farnese en la misma pagina que era un depto muy comodo pero no era el apart que yo habia conocido y me habia gustado mucho. Deberia estar aclarado en la pagino o quizas fue mi culpa que no entendi.

Marisa (10/5): hermoso lugar , para recomendar. - hermoso lugar, las instalaciones impecables, muy buenas y cuidadas, la cocina con todos los electrodomésticos necesarios como para que no te falte nada, atención excelente, pileta interna muy linda, pequeña, pero al no haber tantos turistas muy buena con hidromasaje incluido, batas que en no todos los lugares te dan.
