Verified traveler (10/5): - What an amazing location. We spent Christmas week here and it was an absolute joy. The only hiccup was that the key was not left on our table as we were told and we got in late. In spite of flooding, the night auditor actually got in her car and drove it out to us at one o'clock in the morning. Spectacular service and a wonderful place to stay.

Verified traveler (4/5): - We didn't actually stay at Verve. I was contacted by Domicile and they changed my reservation to a condo at Harbor Steps because Verve was no longer operating to their standard. The location at Harbor Steps was great and the check in process was easy, but that's about all that was worth mentioning. When we arrived in the room it was over 80 degrees. It's not uncommon for places in Seattle to not have air conditioning, but this one actually did have a portable a/c unit with the exhaust directed out the window. The problem is that it wasn't attached correctly and it was blowing the hot exhaust back into the room along with the cool air. I think it was actually hotter than if the room didn't have a/c and just had the windows open. The bathroom smelled like urine around the toilet area. There was a parking garage in the basement of the building, but it cost us $36 and change per day to park there. For over $200 a night, I expected much much better. Later in the week we stayed in another condo 4 blocks north of this place which had free parking in a secure garage, was slightly cheaper per night, and had much nicer (and cooler) accommodations.

Verified traveler (6/5): This will help, I promise! - First time staying in a place like this that is more of an air bnb than a hotel as it is a studio apartment. Arrived at noon. Check in time is 5pm. Luckily we were able to access the room and leave the bags there and explore Seattle while the room was still being cleaned. We came back after 5 and the room was ready. The room was fairly clean, I say “fairly” because I noticed the following day after walking around barefoot that the bottom of my feet were black! So the floors could use a good cleaning. It has a full kitchen and washer / dryer for clothes. Dishes and utensils seemed dusty / dirty but that was an easy fix after loading everything in the dishwasher. Washer / dryer supplies were lacking at best. No bleach or fabric softener. The 135 pack of tide pods had 1 tide pod left! After buying supplies the washer / dryer came in handy. Only TWO sets of bathroom towels. Perfect for one person but for a couple we all know how women want 1 towel for her hair and 1 for her body. Leaving me out of luck and using her towels when she was finished. Wish we would have brought our own towels. Check out time is 11am firm! We had a 5pm flight to make the most of our trip. Leaving us scrambling to store our bags between 11am-330pm. Was able to store them at Nordstrom ($8 uber trip away) which was nice but not ideal by any means. Overall it’s nice if you bring towels and laundry supplies and are not restricted by check in and out times.

Kathia (2/5): Nem chegamos a ficar... - O check-in Foi terrível. Como orientada pela reserva, chegamos ao local as 17h pontualmente( mesmo depois de uma viagem de mais de 20 horas). Ao entrarmos tivemos um choque ao ver temperatura elevada. Na sala, Um aparelho portátil de ar condicionado estava ligado proximo à janela de frente para o sol. Como fazia barulho, nos aproximamos e vimos que a mangueira estava quebrada e colada com fita crepe, que o calor derreteu. Vimos no visor do aparelho a marca de 89 F. As janelas nao abriam o que transformou o apartamento um forno. No quarto, dois barulhentos ventiladores estavam ligados no chão. Em seguida, o aparelho de ar da sala parou de funcionar e nao religava. Imediatamente, ligamos e mandamos SMS para Domicile. Recebemos a resposta pelo SMS(dialogos serão encaminhados aqui) e uma pessoa chegou ao apartamento 40 minutos depois. Ele constatou nosso relato e admitiu que era humanamente impossível sobreviver naquela temperatura. E ainda completou sobre a sujeira do filtro do ar. Em seguida, fez contato telefonico com Domicile e nos fez a proposta de deixar o local e a devolução do pagamento (reserva expedia) e sugeriu que procurassemos um hotel. Pasmos e cansados ainda tentamos ver se eles tinham outro apartamento no predio. Ele saiu e cerca de 10 minutos depois, voltou oferecendo o apartamento ao lado ( 1203). O aparelho portátil de ar funcionava, a mangueira estava intacta, mas a janela onde ela ficava não fechava nunca. Não aceitamos porque seguia o calor no ambiente. No

This would have gotten a five star rating but there was an issue with the router in the unit so we didn't have Wifi for the duration of our stay. Also, when we arrived the portable air conditioner was not working and needed to have its drip pan drained in order to properly function. If those two issues are resolved I'm sure anyone who chooses to stay here will have a wonderful time as we did.
Verified traveler (4/5): Bare 1 bedroom condo with bad customer service - Over all, I would not recommend this place. I checked-in at 3pm by calling them. They said room is ready at 5pm (their check in time). I came back at 7:45PM and room was not cleaned. I had to make an angry call to get this fixed. They offered partial refund but never issued anything. I followed up and they ignored me. They have a ton of rules that you need to follow. The condo is in a nice location, but plenty of other actual hotels are also in the same area and cost less, offering more, certainly in terms of reliable customer service. Do yourself a favor and book elsewhere.
Kellie (2/5): - It was so dirty!! I would not recommend this property to anyone. We got there and there was hair on the bathroom floor. I opened a drawer in the bathroom and it was so nasty. I called my contact person and she told me that they could send someone out the next morning and re-clean.. In the mean time my husband walked on the bathroom floor and it was sticky. He got a paper towel and began wiping the floor, solid black. I again text our contact person as I was uncomfortable sleeping on the sheets. Got up the next morning to make coffee and oh my heavens, there were coffee grounds in the holder thing and it was all molded!!! I lost it, once again text contact person told her we were leaving. She sincerely apologized and gave us a full refund. Never once did she give us a hard time about leaving, she was very kind and considerate.

The management was very accommodating with my request to drop off luggage early. Great communications, great Kirkland products and a most comfortable bed.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay and the fact that we could cook, wash our clothes and enjoy the views but the only thing that did keep us up at night was the people clubbing right on that street as well as feeling randomly unsafe after late hours so we decided to stay in after later hours due to that.
Mike (10/5): Belletown Seattle Gem! - This apartment is spectacular. The view is unbelievable. Lake Washington, Space Needle, downtown Seattle all out the window. WOW! The kitchen is most functional. My wife and I walked down to Pike Place and picked up a little tenderloin roast, rosemary, some multi-colored carrots, and some small new roasting potatoes. Yum! Cooked in the room, drank really nice Washington wine and gazed out the window at the sites. Really nice!

Verified traveler (8/5): Rental apartment next to space niddle tower - The apartment is roomy and next to niddle tower. Around 20min walk to the downtown. The roof floor is great. However, the air conditioning and laundry are very noisy. Qnd the window can't close completely. Except this, it still a good experience to stay here.

Ken (8/5): Pros and Cons 12-8-17 to 12-10-17 stay - Pros: Great location for Seattle. Great view. Very well insulated for sound and clean. Great security. Contact was always available if you needed anything. For coffee I suggest the Artesian Café, I give it a 4 star. For breakfast or dinner I suggest Tilikum I rate them a 5 star. Flat out GREAT Flavor. You will need to call for a reservation. I will stay there again. Cons: The room you get is NOT the room pictured on this site. It is not a corner room, I suggest to call prior to arriving. The bed in 1203 was terrible. I let the place know and hope it will get changed. NO available Parking.

The check-in is very late which caused us some problems, but we found a hostel that stored our bags very cheaply. The manager was nice enough to let us leave our bags for a bit after checkout the final day which we appreciated.

Verified traveler (8/5): Nice roomy apartment with lots of privacy - The apartment is clean, spacious and walking distance to Pike Market and Seattle downtown. The best part is that it's not stuffy and we can't hear our neighbors like at the hotels. The check in process is easy despite of never seeing our host. We changed plan the last minute and decided to stay an extra day and we were happily accommodated. We will stay with Domicile if we visit Seattle again. The only downside that we can think of is having to do minor house keeping duties before leaving.

Not Pike place. checking in was appalling see our earlier review and the apartment had been partially partitioned to make a bedroom but if you wanted one in the lounge watching tv and the other sleeping the noise carried through. the bathroom and laundry facilities and small kitchen were fine.
citygirlinah (10/5): Great location, central to sites - We were able to check in early which was nice. The apartment was beautiful! We stayed in unit 504 and it had a lovely view of the Space Needle. It was a great location with lots to see and do.
Brandon (6/5): Nice space, disorganized or understaffed company - The actual place was great. However; They told me they would send me the exact address and a package of information seven days before check in. I did not get it. I called to ask and was told they were transitioning to an automated system. OK, but I can't plan my trip. They should have done it when they said they would. I showed up early without letting them know (my bad) and they made an effort to check me in early. Very nice and professional housekeeping staff (man and woman). The TV did not work. I reached out to them three times was told they would help, never happened. When I went down to the garage to take out recycling I was locked out of the building and locked in to the garage. The keys provided did not work to get me back into the building and I could not get out. My 10 year old was upstairs by himself and we were late to leave and I was trapped in the garage. I managed to get out after finding a manual garage opening button. I don't need this kind of stuff when I travel. Next time I will stay in a hotel.
