- Peter (10/5): Amazing - would book again anytime (in fact as I have another booking for my Tokyo return time prior to heading back hom - Free Coffee, Tea, basically all you would need for breakfast this is extraordinary! The only thing that was a bit of a get used to situation was that I had to habe two room cards because the sensor of my room light would not recognize only one and so the lights automatically turned iff when i was in the room with only one card at first but that is just a minor technical glitch that can happen everywhere and the staff immediately had a solution to offer!

- Charlie (8/5): Would stay again :) - Locations good, right near the Skytree which was beautiful when we arrived at night. Not far from Asakusa where we spent our first day. The rooftop was nice at night although you’re not supposed to bring any food or drink up there. Bedroom was comfortable but quite small, which I know can be common, regardless, it all had a cool look about it so it felt nice. The free bread/pastries and coffee 24/7 was great, as my wife’s vegetarian and meat-free meals are often a distance away. Room was a bit small. Being allowed to drink alcohol on the roof would be cool at night.

- Hans (8/5): Not bad - The place is not bad, it has a cozy space for one person. It has a fridge which was convenient, and enough space to open my luggage (and store it under the bed). There was a huge amount of dust hiding behind a panel under the desk. I thought it was a cabinet, so I opened it and saw it by chance.

- Natália (10/5): - Super hip and nicely furnished room. It was small but nonetheless felt very warm and welcoming. The free bread was awesome and the staff was friendly. But definitely recommend especially if you wanna stay in a quieter area of Tokyo which is still super well connected.

Room are small, true, very typical of hotel in Tokyo, but it’s very comfortable and despite the room size there is enough room for your luggage and bags! Not to talk about the staff which is super super nice and helpful. Nice area and super close to public transport.

- Laura (10/5): Incredible Value - Everything! The hotel was spotless, beautifully presented. The staff were wonderful - so helpful and so kind. We had a package due to be delivered and there were some issues from the other end of delivery but the hotel staff went above and beyond to help us sort this out. Lots of additional lovely touches. A great rooftop area. The best hotel we stayed at during our entire trip out of 7 hotels. Would not hesitate to stay there again and will definitely re-book for any future trips.

We wanna extend our stay and see if we can stay in the same room with our new booking and they really listen to us and try to help us. Though we can't stay in the same room we really appreciate the sincere help. The room is so spacious and the view of Skytree is amazing. Also we enjoyed the roof garden. And the snack bar runs 24 hrs was impressive. We were shocked there is olive oil and basement vinegar serve together with the Italian bread. N.A

Мне нравится отель, именно поэтому я вернулась снова - Нравится, что появился бак для грязных полотенец и доставка свежих в независимости от того, заходила ли к вам уборка. Еще понравилось, что появились бесплатные велики от отеля, мы брали! немножко не хватило чистоты: в ванной есть небольшие не промытые места. И пижама! Халаты были удобнее)

- Dana (9/5): It was just great. - The property has amazing staff who truly elevate the hotel experience. Everyone was incredibly kind, and a special thank you to Abiko, who was especially helpful in recommending places to visit, restaurants, and local attractions. The lobby area is cozy and inviting, with games and a comfortable sitting area with tables where you can enjoy a snack or a beer. One of the best perks is that coffee, tea, juices, and pastries/sweet bread are available 24/7 for free, which was fantastic. There are also convenient amenities available in the lobby for guests. The room is small, but it is very well designed and organized, with enough space to store your belongings. Since I booked the small room and only had a small suitcase, it worked perfectly for me. The room looks exactly as described, and the bed was very comfortable. The location is excellent, with everything you need close by—train access, convenience stores, shopping, and plenty of restaurants. There is also a rooftop where you can enjoy a beautiful view of the Skytree. The pillows could be better.

The lobby food was amazing and the beer dispenser was very enjoyable. The rooms felt small. Every time I turned in the restroom, I would bump into something. I am 5'8 and slim build.

We couldn't stop the white noise sensor in the toilet so it used to activate every time we would pass in front of it to go to the toilet or the shower, even at night. But it might be our fault that we didn't know how to stop it.

- Sofia (7/5): Exzellentes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis - Die Lage war super und das Personal sehr freundlich und dienstleistungsorientiert. Die Croissants am Morgen einfach super. Das Hotel hat ein exzellentes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Das Zimmer das wir gebucht hatten war das kleinste Hotelzimmer das ich je gesehen hatte. Wenn Man es als Paar dort drin aushält ist man füreinander bestimmt :)
