Jessica (8/5): Just what needed for a our fleeting trip to Gold Coast - The room was spacious, the staff- lady was very helpful and welcoming. The fridge wasn’t emptied after the last stay, it was disappointing because other than that the room was clean but it was pretty yuck.

Shaye (9/5): Great location, comfortable stay - Really comfortable stay, would definitely book again. Close to many restaurants within walking distance (plenty of variety), Coles supermarket, the beach and short drive to airport. Comfy bed, spacious room, balcony for fresh air, friendly reception staff. Enjoyed my stay. No complaints
Woods (8/5): Reasonably priced, Nice decor' - Good location, close to shops RSL and restaurants. Loved the decor, Beds were so comfortable. The receptionist was so friendly and very helpful, nothing was to much trouble. I would definately stay thete again. Resonably priced. I wish they supplied plates and cutlery. There was a broken fly screen in the bathroom and the toilet leaked.

Lyndal (8/5): It suited us for convenience to the Elephant Rock dawn service so it did the job for us well enough. - The room was very clean and tidy. Very pleasant and spacious for 4 people. Linen was clean and comfortable to use. Cute decorating and colours. There was no tea-towel available to dry our hands or dishes in the kitchen. The door to the unit did feel a little unsecured. It did lock but felt like anyone could just use something to pop out the glass door and break in. The bed in the main bedroom was not very comfortable. Utensils in kitchen had the gold colour wearing off, concerning as it is a utensil we eat with.

Fridge and jug and milk supply and coffee/tea all excellent. Couple of comfy chairs in room would be nice (just wooden stools currently). Window in bathroom very small - makes it feel claustrophobic. Shower would do better with sliding door instead of swing-out door as makes bathroom very tight and drips water all over floor which is a bit of a hazard potentially if going to the loo at night. elements of the bathroom could do with a touch-up tidy-up including a loose wooden piece of the bottom of the door into the bathroom that was very noisy when the door was moved too and fro - ?new door.

Paula (9/5): Great hotel - Outstanding staff, we will be back ! - Facilities were great, staff amazing, they went the extra mile with us, we will definitely go back! Very clean and new room/ bathroom- the pool super clean and plenty of parking spaces. We lost a pair of jandals in the carpark area, unfortunately they were gone next day, nothing to do with the hotel obviously... Probably some other guests took it, the staff looked in property lost bag and everywhere but no luck- Also the room was not close to the road/ reception(this is what we asked for) and even though maybe was a wifi booster around us, the Wifi didn't work(in our room). We were not worry, because we were doing free roaming to Nz and that included the data of our plans so we had plenty anyway.

The pool was clean and crisp on a hot day. There is free parking on site but it is a little cramped for larger cars (only a small gripe).

Farthing (9/5): Fabulous - The apartment was very quiet and clean and ground floor. The staff were friendly and helpful. The couch was a wonderful velvet green and comfortable and modern. There was a washing machine and microwave, separate oven and dishwasher and a vacuum cleaner and a very happy stay. It felt like we were a little bit private but we were next to the pool. It was a wonderful stay. Thank you.🌺 Maybe the bus could be closer ?
Kari (6/5): Pleasant but a little over priced when compared to other listings. - Situated close to the water & comfortable rooms. There was sand in the toilet on the shelf of tiles & didn’t look clean behind the toilet door. The stove top was filthy & hadn’t been cleaned. There was hair & dirt on top of the washing machine in the bathroom. There was a dirty tea towel under the sink in the kitchen. There was a big hole in the wall in the main bedroom near the bedside table. I had to ask the person on duty to come & clean the kitchen & bathroom & to replace the tea towel which they did promptly.

El baño tenía todo lo que necesitabas y me gustó mucho el balcón ya que soy fumadora y era muy cómodo tenerlo para salir a fumar. La chica de la recepción (Alice creo) fue muy amable con mi padre y conmigo y como el motel no estaba muy lleno nos cambió a una habitación más amplia! Bonito gesto. La habitación estaba bien pero le faltaba algo de limpieza. Encontré algunos trozos de comida (bolas de chocolate) debajo de la cama y algún pequeño insecto. Lo único malo las camas tienen ruedas y se movía mucho.

Ruth (9/5): - A great family room (3 beds) for a stop over after a long drive. Super clean and everything we needed for a good night's rest. Close by to the beach and food outlets. We are a family of 4 with two mid-teens, so while anything longer than a night wouldn't work for us, it was perfect and well priced for a much needed rest. Not a problem for us, but lots of stairs and a particularly steep set to reach our room. Something to consider for those not wanting to lug bags up stairs.

The family room we had was second level and made it a task taking our luggage up and down the stairs.

Sugar (8/5): decent enough to stay at for a night or two - Very close to the beach, clean beds and rooms (rooms look as pictured), loved the complimentary cookies (it’s something extra that we enjoyed), free parking inside the property, quick check in and out beds with wheels but this is very common; not exactly a five or four star hotel, but decent enough for the price paid at this location; seems like they renovated the rooms but not the toilet/shower, very thin walls when you get neighbours jumping or running around the floor above you and it also sounded like furnitures moving around and even the sound of doors slamming shut

ANDREW (4/5): Probably not the best choice. - Location was not important for us, because we only wanted overnight, clean accommodation. The property is VERY basic. After buying Thai Takeaway, at a nearby takeaway restaurant, we climbed 4 flights of stairs to our room, only to find that there were no plates or cutlery in our room. The rooms have no phones to call reception, so after phoning the reception desk on my own mobile phone, the reception staff member met me at the bottom of the stairs to give me the plates and cutlery. My return to the room made this the third time my 71 year old legs walked the stairs. Wouldn’t it be better to have plates and cutlery available in the room, like every other place we have booked for accommodation? The room itself had damaged or faulty fixtures (e.g. door lock to balcony and the light stand did not work). Very dated property in a reasonable location.

Tracy (8/5): One night stay to visit family - Facilities were very clean, beds comfortable and the water pressure of the shower was superb. Reception staff super helpful and friendly. Good location to walk to restaurants and cafes The pool was lovely and well maintained. You will get some road noise and airplane noise but nothing a pair of ear plugs (for sleeping) couldn’t handle. The car park is a bit tight but again that’s probably because some cars are too big for the spaces.

There's an inside parking spot which is nice but also parking outside the hotel. Couldn't find the washer or dryer in the building I was looking for a sign and was told they had one. I wish the hotel had a map on the laundry location.
