• Leopoldo (6/5): - L’emplacement et le petit déjeuner L’odeur à cigarette partout et le bruit des chambres à côté. Les toilettes était à 5cm de la douche. Il fallait m’assoir à moitié dans la douche. Très inconfortable.

• Masahiko (4/5): - We stayed two nights. There was no room cleaning while staying. At a shower room, there are two shampoos on the wall with no labels. I asked the staff which is for hair and which is for body, but he said he had no idea.(he’s friendly though) Almost no amenities. Staffs are nice but I don’t want to choose this hotel next time.

• Mohammad Shamsaei (10/5): I want to choose 10 out of 10 for sure! - Breakfast was very good for these price levels. The staff was so kind and cooperative. They offered to us to check in 3 hours earlier than what we expected, without extra cost. Also when we arrived around 8 O'clock in the morning, they provided a free breakfast for us that was amazing. Also the room was located on 6th floor with an eye-catching terrace which was fantastic.. NOTHING..!

Araç trafiğine kapalı yürüme yolu üzerinde. 100 metre sonra Kızılay merkez metro ve Ankaray raylı ulaşım hatları ile her yere ulaşılabilir. Yine otobüs ve dolmuş durakları da çok yakın. Çalışanlar özellikle çok yardımcı ve güleryüzlü. Resepsiyon her talebinizle ilgileniyor. Kahvaltı açık büfe ve çok çeşitli idi. Her zaman tercih edebileceğim fiyat-denge politikasında, kendini güvende hissettiren bir otel. Tüm ekibe teşekkür ederim Özellikle hafta sonu akşamları oldukça gürültülü bir cadde ama bu normal bir durum. Çünku her yer restoran ve cafe. Bu da canlılık veriyor sokağa. Camlar kapalı olursa sorun olmaz. Herseyden memnun kaldım.

One thing more there is a big pole in inside the room which makes the space in the room smaller but still ok for a one person

Klima yatağın tam üstünde açıp uyumanız çok zor hasta olma ihtimaliniz yüksek. Oda temizdi, Kahvaltı göz veya damak zevkime uygun değildi benim için yemedim denebilir. Günübirlik seyahat için konaklanabilir fakat uzun süre için tavsiye etmem.

• Alona (4/5): The great location and friendly staff, minuses:the loud disco music and poor our room conditions - We rented the apartements in this hotel in April 2025. The location of the hotel is excellent for exploring the old city, and the breakfast was very good. The staff were friendly and helpful — we truly appreciated the manager’s effort to change our room after the first night. While the staff did their best to accommodate us, I sadly cannot recommend this hotel due to the ongoing noise issues and current state of the building. However, unfortunately, our stay was negatively affected by the loud disco bar directly across the street, which plays music from 6 PM to 6 AM. I had booked a room with large windows for fresh air and a nice view, but the noise made it impossible to sleep. The alternative room we were offered had no access to fresh air, as the window opened into a closed shaft filled with hot air from air conditioners. Additionally, the hotel is in need of renovation. Some areas, including our original room, showed visible damage from a past flood, and in the hall, water was dripping from the ceiling in the hallway on the top floor.
• 633husseina (6/5): Need enhancement for members of reception and how serve customers also the breakfast not the same in the past. - Staff members need training for service and describe the requirements of the customers needed for example sickness or didn’t like the noising that came from outside and also I hope there are some specialized service for example, discount for the students.

I have absolutely no complaints and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

• Rajabi (1/5): Bad - We booked a hotel and paid $900. The room they gave us was different from the one they had posted in the photo. The room was not good. We asked to change rooms. Then they gave us a room with no bathroom door and the toilet was broken. We had to stay in the room for 7 days. We changed rooms again because there was no heater and it was really cold. They charged us for a hotel with a good room but it was really awful. We were not satisfied at all.

• Sebastiaan (5/5): Not horrible, but you get what you pay for - The location was perfect and the room was pretty cheap. The bathroom was pretty much falling apart. The bed was on the small side and just not comfortable. My first pillow was really lumpy, but they gave me another one on the second day. Breakfast simply wasn't very good.

• Navigate01158512127 (4/5): Hotel is not for family stay or has parking - We went on a family vacation had a day stay thank god! The street this hotel is located does not allow cars. We had to park at a garage pay valet service fees and walk 4 minutes with our belongings. It was next to a night club so don't expect to sleep until after the sunrise. Definitely not family friendly place or a peaceful environment. Not close to any attractions except night life. Shopping and food was convenient. Suite we stayed in was comfortable and spacious breakfast was good as well.

They addressed all my concerns with a smile and provided excellent service. - **Location:** The hotel is very close to public transportation, which made getting around the city quite convenient. **Negative Aspects:** - **Room Condition:** The rooms were very old, which negatively impacted the comfort level. - **Smell:** There was a strong smell of smoke in the room, which was quite unpleasant. - **Cleanliness:** The cleanliness of the rooms was well below my expectations; they were not adequately cleaned. Sabahın 5ine kadar müzik odanın içerisinde çalıyormuş gibiydi. Ne yazık ki iki gece de uyuyamadık. Bu çevre başlığı altında bildirilmemiş. Bunun dışında konfor, kahvaltı, temizlik gayet iyiydi. Sesten rahatsız olmayanlar rahatlıkla tercih edebilir.

Bunun yanısıra klima inanılmaz gürültülü sanki uçak var odanın içinde. Personele söşylediğimizde maalesef bu oda böyle idare edeceksiniz diye cevap alıyorsunuz. Bayağı büyük tartışma dan sonda oda değiştirmeye ikna olup mezar gibi başka bir oda verdiler. Uzak durun tercih etmeyin. Sadece biz değil yeni giriş yapan herkes alağıda kavga ediyordu

Halılar tuvalet ve banyo üzerinde kir ve musluklarda pas fazlasıyla göze çarpıyordu. Ayrıca duşakabindeki kireç çok rahatsız ediciydi. Çoğu kişinin konum olarak çok mükemmel yerde olduğu için tercih ettiğini söyleyebilirim. Temizlik konusuna çok çok dikkat edilirse tercih edebileceğim bir yer olacak. • Verified traveler (4/5): Bakımsız otel! - Otel konumu iyi olmasına rağmen odalar bakımsız, duş başlığı bozuk, klozet musluğu kırıktı. Yeni takılan duş başlığı da bozuk çıktı. Maalesef konforsuz bir otel. Kahvaltıda temizliğe önem veriliyor o yönden iyiydi.

No English skills but one man was soooo kind that he made up for all the other pitfalls - rooms are just so outdated and we even switched rooms after being assigned to 5XX which meant that we had to climb stairs to get to that floor and the room was attached to a huge terrace but the door To the terrace would not lock and no key could be found. Then we never had our room cleaned, trash emptied, or clean towels in the 3 days we were there. The kind man on staff was a porter who understood our need to find the airport bus and he walked us to it!!! The hotel is being renovated in the dining area and will have a cafe - BUT the rooms and halls desperately need renovation!

• AKGÜL (8/5): Lokasyon ve Personel çok iyi... - Otel, gerçekten çok merkezi bir lokasyonda.. ulaşım açısından çok rahat. Personel inanılmaz güleryüzlü, sempatik, sizi hem karşılarken hem konaklamanız boyunca rahat ettirmek için canla başla çalışıyorlar. Ancak otel eski ve uzun zamandır yatırım yapılmadığı için hem mefruşatı, havluları, hem de teknik altyapısı çok eski kalmış. Kaldığımız odada banyonun tesisatı patladı, sular içinde kaldık.... hemen müdahele edip yeni odaya aldılar. Yardımcı olmak için geldiklerinde o kadar mahçup oldu ve hemen destek oldular ki, biz de üzerinde durmadık. Kahvaltı açık büfe ve iyi hazırlanmıştı.....belki bir ekmek kızartma makinesi büfeye eklenirse çok daha ihtiyacı karşılamış olur... Otelin Şubat 2020’de renove edileceğini, hemen arka caddedeki Gruba ait Hamit Otel’in sonraki konaklamalarımızda kullanılabileceğini ilettiler... Bundan sonra diğer otellerini kullanarak yine kalmayı düşünüyoruz. Teşekkürler

• Caglanur (4/5): Temizlik vasat - Duş muslugunu ve banyodaki tuyleri gordukten sonra otelin konumunu ve personelin güler yuzlulugunu unuttum açıkcasi. Çarşaflar pisti. Sadece güzel olan heryere yakin olmasi ve personelin ilgisi o kadar.
