- Majk (10/5): - The staff (Gina, Tea, Ethelle) are fantastic and extremely helpful. The location is close by to all activities. We have stayed twice and each time it has been a joy. The building is well maintained as are the rooms and facilities. Quiet area facing courtyards and large secure gates. Easy walks to any part of the city. We will be coming back in the future!
- Sharon (10/5): - Lovely few days in Rome. Our flight was delayed so we did not arrive until after 22:00. The staff on reception were very helpful, buzzed us in and answered any questions we had. He then spent time showing us on a map where all the sites to visit and recommended places to eat. The apartment was very comfortable, huge comfy bed and all was spotless. Cleaned everyday whilst we were out and towels changed. The shower was lovely and super hot water everyday. Coffee maker in room which didn’t dispense hot water for our tea so they also gave us a kettle. Easy early check out in the morning. Great location within walking distance to the Trevi fountain and the Spanish steps. Lots of lovely places to eat nearby. Would definitely recommend
- Livia Maris (6/5): - Very inconvenient hotel, because it had no signs or proper direction, it’s inside a residential place, we were wondering on busy street trying to call them. No restaurant. Terrible bed, we could not sleep and are very sore. Air conditioning made terrible noises all night and room was still very very hot even with that horrible noise. It’s like chains knocking all night. Claustrophobic place. Inconvenient. They bring breakfast in the room because there is no restaurant. The bed was broken in the middle and we kept rolling to the middle and mattress was terrible, uncomfortable and sheets was ran out full of lumps making it more uncomfortable. Bathroom was clean. Staff was friendly.

- DIONE (8/5): - My experience at Escapesuite was romantic and exceptional with a few minor suggestions I will share a little later. The room is extremely clean. Our room came with a sauna which was great for relaxing. The location is quiet and within walking distance of so much. Giorgio and John at the front desk were so helpful and patient. This was my first time in Rome and I will always have great memories of this place. Now a few suggestions. Please consider providing free ice, an ice bucket and microwave for your guest. This hotel/apt does not have a restaurant on the property. Providing guest with a way to reheat food or place the champagne on ice from the mini bar would be so helpful. Lastly, I am sad to report that I returned home to battle with a cold. The heat is controlled as one unit for the entire floor which is occupied by Escapesuite. You should consider giving every unit their own autonomy to control the heat. I was freezing every night. John stated that the heat had been cut off since the season changed. Not cool. Overall, the stay was nice, but I hate I am sick with a cold.

- Niklas (10/5): Centralt beläget, trevlig personal - Fint och stort rum. Jättetrevligt personal och bra service. Frukost serverades på rummet, trevligt. Fick hjälp med bokning av trevlig middagsrestaurang. Receptionskillen var kunnig och serviceminded och övrig personal trevlig. Fick tänka till i 5 minuter för att hitta rätt vid ankomst. Hotellrummen ligger på ett våningsplan i ett större hus, port från gata med porttelefon. Grannporten hade också hotell med liknande namn.

- BG (10/5): - This is a great but unusual hotel. Only 12 rooms and very little amenities, but clean, quiet and modern. If you are staying here, arrive before midnight. My plane was delayed and I barely made it.

- Carl (6/5): - Excellent staff, 5 star service. Unfortunately I would rate the hotel as a 3.5 star at best. No signage on the outside building or door to indicate a hotel was located behind the gate. We walked past it a few times before realizing the gate was the entry. Location was very convenient. Room was nice. Unfortunately the bed sagged in the middle and we woke up with a sore back every morning. Overall the room was quiet, however the hotel is located directly above the subway line and trains could be herd every 5 minutes starting early in the morning until late in the evening.

Sähkö katkesi jatkuvasti ja ongelma luvattiin korjata jokaisena päivänä mutta mikään ei koskaan korjaantunut. Puhelimen lataus ei onnistunut, poreammeen käyttö ei onnistunut. Jopa kahvin ja teen keittäminen piti tehdä aamulla itse huolimatta siitä, että hintaamme sisältyi aamiainen. Itse aamiainen oli aivan surkea. Päivän kakku oli kolmena päivänä sama ja hedelmistä tarjottiin omenaa ja mandariinia. Laitoimme palautteen henkilökunnan kautta mutta vastausta ei vielä(kään) kuulunut. Odotamme hyvistystä pilalle menneestä lomastamme hotellin ”parhaimmassa” huoneessa. P.S. vietimme 3 yötä saman hotellin halvemmassa huoneessa vuosi sitten ja olimme tuolloin palvelutasoon tyytyväisempiä. Aamiainen oli hyvä toisin kuin tänä vuonna. Taso laskenut huimasti.

Friendly and helpful staff, great central location, spacious rooms, comfortable beds, incredible shower, ... I only have positive things to say about this place. The custom-order breakfast delivered to your room is fantastic. They even provide a complimentary smart phone with cell and internet service to take with you around town. You can really tell that the owners and staff pay close attention to detail to make every stay as best as it can be.

- Xavier (4/5): Publicité mensongère !!! - Réservation de la Suite Supérieure, Sauna, Vue Jardin! Attention, Ce n’est pas une suite! Et il n’y a aucune vue jardin! Cet établissement est situé au 2ème étage d’un immeuble très quelconque. La réception, les chambres, la cuisine, etc sont sur le même palier et c’est vraiment très très bruyant. On entend absolument tout ce qui se passe : entrées et sorties des clients, aller-retours du personnel à partir de 7h00, préparation des petits déjeuners, ménage parties communes, conversations de la réceptionniste... Surtout, la « Suite Supérieure, Vue Jardin » n’est qu’une grande chambre avec une seule fenêtre, donnant sur une grille d’accès de voiture! La chambre est vraiment très sombre, la climatisation est bruyante. Le petit déjeuner est particulièrement mauvais, avec des produits industriels de basse qualité. Le personnel, plutôt agréable, s’en va à 23h et donc impossible d’avoir une bouteille d’eau, une couverture ou un oreiller supplémentaire au coucher... Bref, rien ne correspond à ce qui est présenté, même si nous n’avons pas essayé le sauna (inutile en été). Un point positif : belle déco. Seul un tarif inférieur à 100€ la nuit pourrait expliquer les commentaires si positifs et la note très élevée de cet établissement... et encore, il conviendra tout de même de rectifier cette présentation mensongère !

I did not like that there was no one at the desk after midnight. WiFi was very slow and was even turned off one night that we were there. Staff cannot do enough for you and NOWHERE (other than the vatican) is further than 15-20 minutes walk away from your room. Breakfast is brought to your room personally and is free, as is the excellent wifi. Good restaurants just at the bottom of the street and the trevi fountains with its awesome atmosphere in the evening is only a 10 minute walk. Metro is close, as are bus routes and the termini train station is 15 min away. We stayed here 10 days and loved every minute of it........and so will you.

From the booking of the airport transfer to all the help with luggage at check-in, to the rooms themselves, the service was excellent. The restaurant suggestions, calling to check if open on a Sunday, serving breakfast early before our flight, what a great experience. The location is perfect, minutes from Trevi and central to the major sights. Thank you!!

- Erwin (8/5): Cosy quiet location yet close to everything - The room was spacious with two sinks and the breakfast was enormous. The staff were helpful and friendly. My only suggestion is to have a tissue box in the bathroom like major hotels. The location was fantastic because it’s close to tourist spots, restaurants, supermarkets and the metro.
