I will come back and buy this place. oops! sorry rent it again.
• Robert (10/5): Staying at Venice Canal Residences - It was great and great location for entertainment, food. There were laundry services in the mail or just outside but none in the unit. The view was really good from this unit. Wish I could have stayed longer. There was one issue that the sink had an order for a couple of days coming up from drain. I alerted management but it was gone so it was random.

Condo was clean, housekeeping took care of us during our stay, and the views of the city were memorable!! The sunrise and sunsets from the mountains and lake were beautiful! Everything you need is literally a short walk from the condo. Can’t wait to book again! Wyatt and Kevin

• Eric Anthony (8/5): - Nice spacious room with beautiful view. Hot water could have been a little hotter for my liking and Refrigerator could have been at least 3/4 rather than micro. Otherwise a very nice and clean property in a beautiful area of Manila.

• Jeffrey (6/5): Great Place to stay in PI - Room is big and great view. The building we were in was right next to the Mall. It made it so convenience to shop and dine. The pool area was nice to hang out after a long day of exploring. The staff down stairs were all nice and welcoming. This place is reasonable for the price and having the Mall there made our stay pleasant.

• Michael (6/5): - Check-in was painful. Trying to find the right entrance, staff didn't know I was checking in and had to call a manager. Waited for her to show up and bring me a key. The room was nice, the surrounding area had anything you would need. The Venice Mall is right next door, has a lot of shopping, food options, and a movie theater.

• BMZ (2/5): - The unit smells like sewer because the sink did not properly drained. It smelled terrible the second day of our stay. Overall, we liked the unit but with this exception.

It had only one lock. It was kind of sketchy, so i kind didnt feel safe in that room. There was security in bottom of floor.. U cant expect much. The bonus are the grand canal shoppes located right beside of building.

• RHOEL SILVA (4/5): - The towels are threadbare and smells like it was not thoroughly washed. Even the pillows and bed linens doesn't smell fresh. The next morning the elevators and corridors smells like sewer. At the lobby they were masking the ill smell with overpowering air fresheners.

• Patrick J (4/5): - Well what can I say. Cons: smelly towels, smelly pillows, smelly bed, the room has a hot plate but no pots and pans to cook with, host was hard to communicate with and the elevator doesn’t have a/c. Pros: the place is clean and near a mall. Hard to recommend this place. 3/10
• Joveniana (8/5): - Jobert was very helpful, he answers our call everytime we need him. The cleaners was good in maintaining the room clean.
• Amelyn (4/5): - Although the shopping area nearby is convenient and the room caretaker is friendly, the room itself is very outdated and in need of a full refurbishment. The bathroom requires regrouting, as the corners appear dirty and black. The upper part of the backsplash in the kitchenette shows signs of rust and could use a fresh coat of paint. The balcony tiles are also loose, which could be a safety concern. Most concerning, however, is the presence of cockroaches that appear at night—this was very unpleasant and unhygienic. Because of these issues, particularly the cleanliness and pest problems, I unfortunately would not recommend staying here.

• MARIA (8/5): - It was a pleasant experience overall. I was assigned a host to assist me with the check-in process to my hotel room and Joebert has been very helpful and accomodating. Everybody who works in the hotel has been very friendly, nice, and helpful. The room was very wide and big with lots of space to move around and the view of the “Venice” canal was very nice, there was a great working air conditioner which you really need due to the heat and humidity in the Philippines. My only complaint was when I requested to make up my room, it seemed like it wasn’t thoroughly cleaned and the bed sheets were not changed. In addition I was only given few pieces of towels. Other than that, everything else was excellent, including the prompt attention I received when I requested a shuttle service to take me to the airport in the early morning.
• Sean (2/5): - Nice room, but the receptionist and the guards were unfriendly and rude. Also, the caretaker of the place was unpleasant to deal with $2000 peso deposit is a pain to deal with

• Douglas (8/5): - Fantastic location and our room overlooked the Venice canal and shopping district. Unit was nice looking inside however on our visit it showed deferred maintenance and wear and tear that made the experience less than 5-star. Clogged up kitchen sink, multiple broken hinges on cabinets, bathroom sink stopper stock in closed position and othrr minor flaws that encouraged us to cancel our return visit. Property manager was quick to respond and very kind. Photos were great and memories good overall. Glad we experienced it once.
• Sean (10/5): Comfortable and spacious - Excellent huge bed very comfortable and great view from the balcony. Highly recommended for the price and location
• Willie (10/5): - The condo was clean and the bed was big. The location is excellent, it’s located adjacent to the Grand Canal Mall. There is every kind of food available in the mall (local Filipino restaurants, Italian, Vietnamese, Thai, European, and American) plus more all on the property. The best for us though was the “Venice Canal” recreation in the center of it all. The wife and I enjoyed the gondola ride on the canal. I don’t want to forget to give a special mention about the excellent service rendered by Miss Jennifer and her staff for arranging a personal driver, a couples massage, and just for being attentive to our requests. This will be our first choice for us in the future when spending time in the Manila area.

• Benedicta (8/5): - Location is great. You can have coffee at Starbucks as early as 6 am before the Mall opens, which has Plenty of restaurants to choose from. The room is clean with a king sized bed, white Linens and comfy pillows. My room 17C has a great view of the Venice Grand canal. Bathroom is clean except for a little bit of mildew in the Bottom Corners of the shower. It not for that, Inc would have given them a perfect score. The attendants and cleaning staff are very nice and easy to communicate with.

I would expect more luxuriousness from a “luxury residence,” but I think the price and location offset this. Also, very little time should be spent in the room, considering all of the great areas surrounding this hotel.

• Elisabeth (10/5): When in Manila - This was my first international trip and everything ran smoothly. The host was very nice and accommodating. There was an issue with my room and they changed my room. It's super convenient, and close to the Venice Mall that has shopping and food. The food is great and prices are good too as well. Great experience for my first of many trips.

• Madellynn (8/5): - The apartment unit, overall, is very nice and spacious. The staff service is very good always keeping it clean. It could have been better if there is enough supply of basic guests needs such as toilet paper and paper towels. There was actually no paper towel provided, at least to keep the kitchen counters clean and surface dried. Also, just one hitch when we were initially taken up to the unit not per the reservation we paid for. Although it was resolved but just brought some aggravation on our part because we were expecting to immediately have a good place to relax after a long flight. We appreciate the staff facilitating to get the issue resolved.

• NIGEL (6/5): Feb 20-23 2025 - There was no hot water on the second day of our stay in both bathrooms. I believe someone entered our suites and turn off the electric water heater which are located under the sinks , I believe this is a common complaint from other guests not happy about that. Other than that, the view, the layout is exactly as described. Location is great close to everything..

• Melanie (8/5): - We enjoyed the place and the stay,the gondola view from the unit is spectacular.If there is only one thing that needs to improved is the wifi,the wifi only works at the living room til the 1st bedroom but in the kitchen and the master’s bedroom wifi signal is none at all and secondly to put a rag to the terrace entrance because the terrace is kinda wet from the leaking of the a/c vent in the terrace,tendency is when u step on those wet areas the floor from the inside unit will get dirty but won’t be a major concern coz housekeeping does the cleaning everyday.The host is very accomodating and helpful to any concerns,customer service is also great,definitely if i have another chance for holiday I will book this unit again.I would love to return and have a longer stay next time❤️❤️❤️
