- Sabrina (5/5): Wellness Bereich lieblose und gruselig! - Ende September. Das Frühstück findet im Hotel nebenan statt. Sehr großes gutes teures Hotel und das Buffet. 10 Sterne. Absolut hervorragend. Zum Glück nur zwei Nächte gebucht. Zimmer OK, Bett ok , sauber. ... aber der Geruch aus den Rohren! Sobald das Badezimmer aufgeht strömt ein unangenehmer Geruch aus der Kanalisation. Waschbecken, Toilette und Abflüsse. Ekelhaft. Das Licht und die Lüftung war auch defekt. Das Zimmer hätte ich so nicht an Gäste gegeben. Der Wellness Bereich. Schrecklich. Auch wenn gratis nutzbar. Die Holz Sauna wurde zwei Tage hintereinander erst nach bitten an der Rezeption angeschaltet. Im Dampfbad ein unangenehmer Ammoniak Geruch. Der Whirlpool gruselig aber mit schöner Aussicht minimal zum Meer. Ein kaputtes Sofa an die Ecke geleht. Bitte schafft das eklige Ding mal in den Müll. Sonst keine Dusche. Nur eine Nebel Dusche mit 3 Modus. Dusche fehlt! Und genauso wie Sitzmöglichkeiten. Kein Stuhl oder etwas zum Sitzen. So eine Lieblosigkeit! Mal ein Pflanze in die Ecke oder auch im Outdoor Bereich nichts schönes. Einfach nur lieblose und traurig und auch gruselig . Unbedingt Verbesserungswürdig! 1 Stern für Wellness Die Arme Rezeption. Es piept den ganzen Tag, sehr laut. Das Personal kann einen nur leid tun. Sehr junges Personal am Abend , denke Aushilfen..Etwas genervt und lustlos. Aber es war jemand da. Ende der Session.

- Walter (10/5): - wir waren am letzten öffnungstag des jahres da & dementsprechend war nicht mehr alles 100ig verfügbar. (poolbar, gastro im hotel) es war allerdings ansonsten alles top.wir hatten schon wesentlich grössere zimmer mit‘ weniger platz‘ 1. reihe mit meerblick ist natürlich auch sehr nett. pool top. sowieso alles top in schuss & mehr oder weniger neu. das frühstück im marina palace nebenan auch sehr gut in schönem ambiente. parkplatz zu fuss in 1 minut erreichbar. in der super altstadt ist man zu fuss in ca 10 min. alles bestens, wir kommen wieder.

- Guest (5/5): - Positiv hervorheben möchte ich unbedingt das Personal unseres Hotels: Die Dame an der Rezeption war extrem freundlich, süß und hilfsbereit – einfach großartig! Auch der Herr war sehr sympathisch und bemüht. Hier gibt es von mir volle Punkte. Insgesamt: Hotelanlage und Organisation enttäuschend, aber das Personal war wirklich hervorragend. Wir waren drei Tage in diesem Hotel und leider insgesamt sehr unzufrieden. Das Hotel ist mit dem Nachbarhotel verbunden, sodass wir zum Frühstücken jedes Mal in das andere Hotel gehen mussten. Für mich war das eine Enttäuschung, da ich mir dann auch gleich direkt dort ein Zimmer hätte buchen können. Ein weiterer großer Minuspunkt: Es gibt keinen eigenen Parkplatz. Mein Auto stand ziemlich weit entfernt, und ich hatte keine Garantie, dass mein Platz frei bleibt. Andere Parkmöglichkeiten waren nicht erlaubt. Die Bar, die zum Serena Hotel gehört, war leer, langweilig und überhaupt nicht einladend. Außerdem wurden wir nicht darüber informiert, dass man nach 23 Uhr nur noch mit der Hotelkarte ins Gebäude kommt. Als wir einmal nach Mitternacht zurückkamen, mussten wir im Nachbarhotel nachfragen. Dort wurden wir unfreundlich behandelt und lediglich zum Hintereingang geschickt, der nicht am Haupteingang lag, sondern hinter dem Hotel. Das Meer war schmutzig und alles andere als einladend. Da zudem der Pool völlig überfüllt war, konnten wir auch dort nicht schwimmen. Insgesamt leider keine gute Erfahrung – ich würde dieses Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen.

- Gerti (4/5): Csalódás volt, nem jövünk többet ide. - Az elhelyezkedés tetszett. Közel a belvaroshoz. A következők miatt nem ajánlom: 1. Beszélt nyelvek között írtak a németet. Nem beszélte sem a hölgy sem a férfi recepciós. Angolul beszéltek nem törődve azzal hogy nem értjük. 2. A strand hely és a parkolás is fizetős azoknak akik Booking.com foglalnak. 3. Nincs kerékpár, vagy lusták vele foglalkozni, pedig ezt is hirdetik. 4. A szobában lévő hűtő nem működött. 5. A szomszéd szállodában van az étkezés. Borzalmasan sokan vannak, szocreál, kollégiumi, menza hangulat. Lassan történt az asztalok leszedése. Kávé automata rossz volt, a sorbanállás hatalmas. 6. Csak a szerencsèn múlt, hogy a kocsinkat nem vitték el. A recepciós hölgy mutatta meg hova álljuk. Kijelentkezéskor a férfi recepciós ijedten mondta, hogy oda nem szabadott volna állni, mert elvontatják az autónkat. 7. A tavalyi évben is voltunk itt, de azóta nagyon romlott a színvonal.

Es waren ausreichend Möbel mit Fächern vorhanden und das Nachtkästchen war der kleine Kühlschrank. :) Tolle Lage genau gegenüber vom Strand, und auch sehr zentral. Im benachbarten 4*Hotel gab es ein riesiges Frühstücksbuffet. Sehr lecker alles! Der Whirlpool war schön warm und hat auch unserem Sohn gefallen.

- Sarah (8/5): Super Hotel, tolles Personal und top Lage - Das Hotel war super. Wir haben erst zwei Wochen vor Reiseantritt gebucht und einen tollen Preis erhalten. Es ist direkt am Strand. Wir hatten leider nur mäßig Glück mit dem Wetter, was aber nicht störte weil der Whirlpool und zwei Saunen waren toll und gepflegt. Auch der Außenpool war super! Das Frühstück bot eine große Auswahl. Frische Früchte, Pancakes, Croissants, Eigerichte, Gemüse. Erdbeeren, Prosecco, Müsli aller Art, Schinken, Käse etc. Man konnte sich entweder im Automaten oder an der Bar Kaffee holen. Am besten war Luis, der Mann an der Rezeption. Er war total freundlich und sehr nett. Es gibt einen kleinen Parkplatz (eher für kleinere Autos) direkt beim Hotel und einen großen Parkplatz ca. 2-3 Gehminuten entfernt. In die Stadt geht man 10 Minuten, aber auch vor dem Hotel gibt es zahlreiche Restaurants, Bars und Geschäfte. Das Zimmer war sauber, hatte einen Balkon und die Betten waren bequem. Das ganze Hotel ist sehr modern. Das Hotel hat einen eigenen Strandabschnitt mit Liegen (10 € pro Tag fand ich dafür total ok) Es gibt eigentlich echt kaum etwas zu bemängeln. Im Zimmer hat es leider (wenn man die Balkontür geschlossen hat) etwas nach Chlor gerochen und in der Dusche waren ein paar schwarze Flecken in den Fugen. Aber sonst war das Hotel echt top. Vorsicht: der Whirlpool ist nur zur Hälfte überdacht - ob man den bei strömendem Regen also verwenden kann ist fraglich.
- Petra (7/5): Frühstück Top! - Das Frühstück war super. Für Italien ein außergewöhnlich umfangreiches Frühstück. Die Dusche war nicht sauber, und hatte Schimmelige Fugen, auf allen Seiten ist das Wasser rausgelaufen, die Türe hat sich auch nicht schließen lassen, sie blieb immer einen Spalt offen, da sie zu schmal war. Die Halterung von der Brause hat sich nicht einstellen lassen... weder in der Höhe, noch für die Neigung, es war alles locker. Die Zimmertür war stark verzogen, dadurch war der Türstock und die Türe beschädigt, man hat sie schwer zu oder auf bekommen.

- Elena (5/5): Nice for Italy but overpriced for the offer. - The Hotel is in front of the beach and close to the town and the stuff was friendly. Beach view from the balcony was nice. The breakfast room is in another hotel, which was crowded and loud. But offers a large breakfast. Our room was moldy and also smelled like it. It looked like a water pipe was broken and water tripped from the ceiling. We told the hotel stuff about it, because we thought they might don’t know. But they didn’t really care. They just say that they will have a look but that’s it. Never heard a word about it again.
- Raudaschl (7/5): - Top Lage Mega Frühstück im Nachbarhotel Zimmer tgl gereinigt. Leider sind die Zimmer nur teilweise renoviert und die Bilder nicht aktuell. Wir hatten einen Wasserschaden an der Decke, wurde zwar versucht zu reparieren, aber half nichts. Zimmer hätte nicht vergeben werden sollen. Bad schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Zimmer war um 14 uhr nicht fertig. Parkplatz und Liegen müssen bezahlt werden.

- zizi (5/5): - Příjemný a vstřícný personál na recepci, Každý den úklid pokoje, Skvělé snídaně, Výborná poloha Dvoulůžkový pokoj ,kam přidají palandu a ubytují tam 4 osoby je opravdu hrůza, mezi palandou a stěnou nešlo projít dospělé osobě... Ulámané poličky v koupelně..

Ausziehsofa für Kinder wurde erst nach meiner Bitte vorbereitet- Louis von der Rezeption leitete es sofort weiter, andere Dame meinte- ich sollte es selber machen, die Sachen sind im Schrank

- Ivain (5/5): Si la chambre n'est que pour dormir alors ok. - les petits déjeuner sont gargantuesque. C'est globalement bien, il y en a pour tous les gouts. Certaines choses sont plus industrielles que d'autres mais ca reste bon et la quantité est là. Les matelas sont bons et c'est vraiment agréable. La salle de bain est grande, et esthétiquement agréable. La taille de la chambre. A 2 c 'est passable, à 4 avec un chien une nuit c'est déjà beaucoup. Il ne devrait pas le permettre, ou alors prévenir. Le personnel ne connaissait pas grand chose (1er jour) donc ils ont donné des informations fausses (pourtant celles imprimés sur les documents !) la piscine qui ferme 1h plus tôt, le code du wifi qui n'est pas le bon... et la clim qui fuit car elle est sale ! Obligé d'attendre le technicien 2h dans la chambre pour qu'il démonte tout. Donc la maintenance est à revoir car bien entendu les clims tournent h24 donc a mi saison il faut les nettoyer. Le personnel qui vous dit qu'il faut laisser 5euros en liguide en caution pour avoir le badge du locker de parasol...une fois que vous êtes a la plage! Et quand on leur demande pourquoi il ne l'ont pas dit quand on a réserver, et bien on nous dit qu'on a pas demandé... :D

A medence miatt foglaltam ezt a szállást de az nem szerepelt sehol h fel 9 utan illetve reggel 9 elott nincs nyitva. Kar h az uszoda koran zár és későn nyit. A szallodanak nem volt parkolohelye, csomagoknal nem kaptunk segitseget.

- Anna (7/5): - Die Lage direkt am Strand ist perfekt. Frühstück im Nebenhotel war sehr reichhaltig und gut. Chaos bei Liegen am Strand. Am letzten Tag waren unsere Liegen an andere Personen vergeben. Nach Reklamation im Hotel redet sich dieses auf die Strandaufsicht aus. Lt. Strandaufsicht macht das Hotel Serena die Doppelbelegung sehr oft. Schlussendlich bekamen wir neue Liegen zugeteilt ... diese waren aber auch bereits belegt.

- Marco (8/5): Ottimo soggiorno - Struttura ben posizionata vicino al centro e di fronte alla spiaggia. Colazione abbondante e di qualità ma da consumare in un hotel a lato. Ottima piscina con bar. Metterei altri cuscini a disposizione per poter scegliere.

- Jan (9/5): - Sehr schönes hotel. Der Großteil des Personals sehr bemüht bei den anderen ist das Handy in der Arbeit wichtiger als der Gast. Fairer Preis super Lage schöner Pool wir waren das 2te mL in Folge sehr empfehlenswert. Manches Personal ist nicht sehr bemüht der andere sehr man muss glück haben zu wenn man kommt.
