Stasha (10/5): Amazing stay - We loved that there was a sauna and a Jacuzzi in the room. It was also very spacious as well. I didn't like that the downstairs bathroom had carpet around the Jacuzzi.

Georgi (7/5): Was overall enjoyable, will be staying again in the future. - Love the location! Nature is always at the door. Literally. Enjoyed the indoor pool! Super fun that they had some community toys to use in the pool, made it more fun for the kiddos. Our room was cleaned 2 weeks before our stay. Definitely would have been nice to have the room at least checked before we stayed specially with the timeline between cleaning. Few dead bugs here and there.

Monica (1/5): Miserable - The swimming pools Didn’t like the cleanliness of the villa didn’t like the set up of the villa. I specifically had told them that I was bringing my 81 year-old mother who could not climb stairs that she was disabled and after we seen that there was only a pull out sofa downstairs we went to the main office and told him and asked if there was somewhere else they could move us to and they basically said nope you’re just gonna have to tough it out
Merady (10/5): I loved it and would stay again - I loved the location and the vibe of the villas. The couch beds were very uncomfortable. The one upstairs didn’t operate correctly. It would open but didn’t lay flat near the top of the couch. Mattress was very thin and we could feel the springs.

Andrew (9/5): We needed a small get away and we got it!! - The full kitchen was awesome to have with a family of four with two little kids. We were able to bring our own food and everything fit into the fridge. The place matched the pictures and the kids loved swimming at the French Lick Hotel. The only issue we had was that we booked through Booking.com for two days but then we wanted to extend it by a day. And on booking.com it said to try and and extend but there was no openings. So then it said send a message to the property and they can approve it. So we did that and then didn't hear anything so I had to call booking.com and they sent an email but not reply so then I had to call the property a couple of times. And the property eventually worked with us and got us the extra day. Which was amazing and through it all everyone was very helpful, polite and as nice as they could be. I just didn't know if there was an easier way of doing it online or extending change policies which I get part of that would be booking.com.

Karen (4/5): Won’t be first place I’ll stay. - Close to the golf courses. Kitchen needed to be sprayed for ants, they were terrible. Had ant traps all down the counters.

There were no blackout curtains in main bedroom. Unit one of condo one is very close to were French Lick Springs gets deliveries so we were woken by that.

Zindler (10/5): We will be back! Already started talking about making this our family vacation spot! - Very close to everything, yet still very private. Gorgeous views, and the deer were coming out almost everyday. Pool was warm so perfect for the kids! Clean space, lots of space in the two bedroom suite! Lacking in utensils, and pots and pans, no seasonings or cooking basics but not a problem as dollar store was within walking distance. Slightly “outdated” but gave it an amazing rustic feel!

Joyce (9/5): Enjoyable. - Villa #36 was very nice. Two bedroom with one upstairs bathroom and one main level bath and a sofa bed. Kitchen is due for an update but was very usable and well equipped. Range top worked well ...the oven "button to start" did not..so I left them a message and didnt bake my pizzas! We would book again and recommend. The villa is NOT a new property. It has been updated somewhat and I would think a kitchen and upper bathroom update is in the future. Regardless it was a nice, clean place to stay and we would reserve again and recommend.

monica (7/5): Nice stay. Great location - Love the convenience and location of the Villas. Lots of space to spread out with the comforts of home. Could definitely use some updating. It was very clean but had an "old" smell. The curtains to the large window came off most of the hooks so it was just hanging. Such a beautiful condo and could be so much better with some cosmetics updates.

The beds were comfy and the water pressure great. Although they are a bit dated, it served our purpose great. Would stay again.

The kitchen had most of what you need but could use coffee, tin foil. We only were there two day and played golf. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it if you a golfer.
Tina (9/5): Labor Day Stay - Staff are very helpful and friendly. Room is good size and very clean. TV service continues to be hard to navigate. TV in bedroom is too small for the older population. Chairs on balcony were very dirty and filled with old water.

At dusk and dawn we enjoyed watching the baby deer eat grass nearby, so peaceful. You get comforts of small town and have quiet of country. We will be back, we love French lick.

Verified traveler (6/5): French lick was very relaxing - The villas are decent. We liked the quiet country setting. There are a lot of stairs to climb to reach the Villas. For this reason I wouldn't recommend for small children or people with mobility issues. I would not recommend in the winter either, because the walkways and surrounding area would be slick and slippery.

April (6/5): - Communication was great. However, the property is extremely outdated and the stairs and path to the villa needs repaired. It was nice to have access to the pool. They don't provide any type of toiletries and the towels are thin and old. The bathroom door wouldn't lock and balconies are inaccessible. This place works if you have plans in the area. Not a great place to just relax.

Jennifer (10/5): - This place was great! Very affordable and lots of great amenities, especially for the price! The place is a bit dated in design and furnishings, but we actually loved that! Especially since it did not detract at all from our enjoyment! New carpet throughout and new flooring downstairs. Excellent water pressure. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Fellow guests here were very quiet and we only even saw two other guests although we knew there were guests because there were cars there. I would definitely return for another visit!

The rooms are kinda outdated and in need of some repair like squeaky floors, cracked walls, etc but for the discounted price was a great deal! Mostly all cosmetic things… Sauna, jacuzzi tub, 2 balconies, full kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 pull out couches. Keep in mind, you have to take out your trash, empty the fireplace, take all your towels and bedding downstairs by the main door… we didnt know that.

Alecia (10/5): - This place was better than we expected, especially for the price. The villa has everything we needed and more for our stay even if it was only 2 nights. The jetted tub was very nice. The bed was super comfortable (although the fold out sofa was not). The pool was very nice with plenty of room to actually swim. But, I could've stayed in the hot tub the entire time we were there. I love that the office has movies, games and puzzles you can take to your villa for extra entertainment. And the staff we encountered were very nice. We will definitely come back for a longer stay.

Hayley (2/5): Not good staff was creepy at the pool room - The price and it fits my big family The staff at the pool room Me and my family went to the pool tonight march 23rd it was me my husband and our 5 children when we got there the lady at the front giving out towels began telling us long list of things we wasn’t allowed to do my boys had a ball they was playing with she would walk around yelling telling them no when they would get out of the pool there was a family there with children and the mom to those children said she had been doing the same thing to them the whole time they was there and they ended up leaving after she yelled at them for the last time for doing NOTHING the kids was just having fun another mom and her children came in with a younger baby she began telling stuff and walking around watching what they was doing and the younger baby maybe a yr old put his foot in the water of the hot tub which the mom was already getting the baby away from the water and the lady then started on the mom after she picked up her children to leave with them because the lady had been harassing everyone that came in the pool room she was creeping my children out by watching every moved they made she is not the right person to be working in that kind of business no one in the pool room from my family or others at the time all of this took place was breaking any rules we was all just enjoying our self’s and enjoying our vacation but that lady ruined it for us and our children and we also left the pool along with other families
Verified traveler (10/5): Great place, but they just need to clean better. - The condo is just as pictured. It is big inside with plenty of room for the family. Our only problem was the cleanliness. There was hair in the jet tub, and it made a ring around it when we were filling it up. Lots of hair came out of the jets. The pots and pans were dirty with stuck on food on them. Some of the silverware had dried up food on them also. There were clothes left in the bathroom from the previous tenants and clothes left in the washing machine. The office staff was very nice and helpful. If you drive around the property you can see deer grazing.
