The covered parking is very useful, the Spa amazing and also the free acces to the gym (even if a bit crowdy). Room is large, confortable bed and the bathroom is wonderful English is not their language! Not the best breakfast ever, the receptionist was not very outgoing and the restaurant is good but there is no English menu (it was very very complicated to order my dinner)

- Petr (3/5): Poor - Luxury. Considering a category of the hotel, one would expect cleaner and less used room. Staff was ok, English speaking, but like the whole hotel, we missed authenticity and atmosphere. But there wasn't much choice.

Konakladığımız odadaki tek problem duş başlığı sorunlu olmasıydı, su duşakabinin üzerinden banyonun içine akıyordu. Son olarak otelin kahvaltısı bizi hayal kırıklığına uğrattı. Seçeneklerde açık büfe kahvaltı yazıyordu otelde normal bir kahvaltı tabağı ile karşılaştık. Peynir yiyemeyen biri olduğum için tabakta yiyebileceğini sadece birkaç parça domates, salatalık ve zeytin vardı, ne yazık ki otelden aç ayrılmış olduk.
- Margaret (4/5): Wouldn’t recommend this hotel - Situated in city centre this was very convenient best part of stay. Carpets in hallway outside room was really dirty. WiFi virtually non existent, only 1 receptionist spoke English and we needed to report a leak in bathroom on our 1st day then again when we left obviously not repaired just wiped dry. Breakfast was very disappointing, 1st morning cheese, boiled egg, 2 cherry tomatoes and 4 pieces of cucumber, 1 very small & thin slice of meat (so thin you barely tasted it) and olives. 2nd morning the same less the meat. No hot choice as shown in pictures (can’t find the pictures now of dining room seem to have disappeared) was just delivered to your table when you sat down, it was just take it or leave it. Definitely not a 4* in my opinion

- Edward (8/5): - A nice hotel with a great gym/pool/hamam area downstairs. The rooftop breakfast is also very nice. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Location is also central to the city and a free parking deck is under the hotel. Drawbacks: The bathroom had a persistent smell of sewage that was very unpleasant. The wifi was pretty bad Laundry services was dry cleaning only and was extremely expensive. We did not even bother with that service.
