Stayed there to get to an early tournament but discovered after we booked that breakfast didn’t start until 7a. Coffee in the room was terrible and in the common area it was not good.

Larger work out area with more equipment would be nice. Healthier choices for breakfast would be helpful, I had to provide my own food besides the oatmeal for breakfast.

• Anthony (10/5): Excellent! - I stayed here for 3 nights last month while attending the Colorado Renaissance Festival in Larkspur. The beds are very comfortable and the room had a full kitchen! They have an amazing hot breakfast prepared by chefs and a comfortable dining area. There’s also a large gas-powered fire pit outside that’s relaxing to sit next to on a cool night.

I’m a good 5-4 and had to tip-toe to reach the handheld shower head. Moderate water pressure. I don’t expect daily room cleaning but the scheduling needs tweaking. Good location, easy to get to? courteous staff at the front desk, easy parking. Quiet room. Isnt that the most important thing you want? All these are here and contribute to a good stay. Morning breakfast was ok, the frozen processed breakfast sandwiches I could do without, but the rest was good. So, everything you want in a stay is here, you will be satisfied with the stay. And if you like Cabela.s it's right next door.

The walls are super thin. At one point I could hear the person next door talking on the phone and I could hear the person on the other line. The manager Andrew is a hypocrite and over charges people…the general manager Wes needs to retire because he doesn’t even know what day it is. • Verified traveler (6/5): Ice rink with a side of fishy hairball - While some things like the pungent second floor fish smell may be a guest and not the hotel's fault, the stay was a bit of a let down. The black hairballs left in the sink were gross. The soggy bagels in the morning matched that vibe. The biggest issue however was the condition of the property outside. Between large piles of snow in an overall unplowed parking lot, and the large sheets of ice covering the walkways, it was better and easier to walk on the snow covered 'grass' to avoid slipping and sliding everywhere else. Seeing the staff walk out back for a cig slip and almost fall but not do anything about it summarized the stay.

• Nikki (4/5): - The hotel could have been cleaner. Our room stunk. The only way to improve the smell was running the ac constantly. That's not ideal when it's the middle of winter. The parking lot and the road leading up to the hotel were ice packed and hadn't been maintained. I'm sure they won't be surprised with a lawsuit when someone falls on the ice. The hotel put a charge on my credit card for in case incidentals, which did not occur, that remains in a pending status a week later. I called to ask why and they were of no assistance.

Rooms were spacious and kitchen suite had just what we needed to cook meals instead of going out. They even allow you to check out small appliances if you want. Will stay here again!!!

• JiNaBaek (6/5): Thinnest walls in town - I've stayed at this hotel more times than I can count over the past year and a half. It's usually okay, but my last visit really made me question whether or not I can tolerate coming back here. I chose this location due to its proximity to the medical complex I need to travel to for some difficult medical procedures. As a result, it's very important to me to have a quiet stay in the hotel, especially as it gets later in the evening. My recent stay was night after night of the worst, most excruciating noise. One neighbor was having an all out fight with his roommate, and when we called the front desk she just said "quiet hours aren't until 10, what do you want me to do about it?" Well, making sure a murder isn't occurring in your hotel would be a decent start, even if it is only 8 PM. But what can I expect, when this is the same desk lady who is NEVER at the desk because she's always on a smoke break. Other various nights we had people doing gymnastics above us. Whoever moved in beside us was walking so loudly the floor was shaking. The walls in this hotel must be made of paper, but somehow this visit is the first it's been an issue. Regardless, the front desk did nothing to try to quell the noise. Excruciating. Also, the room we stayed in was unusually grimy... Stains on the couch, what appeared to be blood on the wall... Idk. It's gone down a lot over the past few months.

Wasn't exactly sure if the sheets had been changed or if the bed had just been re-made after the last travelers. There were multiple strands of hair and fuzz on the sheets when we pulled back the covers. Pillow cases were clean though.

• Scott (2/5): - Without being asked, the clerk assigned us a room for hearing impaired, first floor. We left to attend an event, returning around 10pm. At 11, we were awakened by a dog literally howling in another room. It woke us 3 more times during the night. Since we were trying to SLEEP, changing rooms was not feasible and we kept thinking the staff would do something about the dog. They did not. In the morning we mentioned it to the front desk clerk, stating it was the worst night we've ever spent in a hotel, and telling him what transpired. Not only did he NOT apologize or take responsibility, he told us that we should have called the front desk (in the middle of the night) and asked to change rooms, insinuating that we were at fault. He was extremely rude and made no effort to make it right. I wish I'd kept my $189 and slept in my car. Would've gotten more sleep and less attitude. How can I get a refund?
