I will stay there again in the Summer but I sure enjoyed our Fall time. The location is perfect for walking Ouray. Shopping and restaurants all close.

- Loveagreatvacation (8/5): Great location in a charming town - I really enjoyed Ouray and The Abram hotel was located in a convenient location on the Main street within walking distance to all there is to see in Ouray. The room was clean but very small and felt a bit outdated. The refrigerator, coffee maker and Microwave were convenient. Bed was comfortable and was glad we could open a window to get the nice cool air at night. Hotel is quiet and peaceful. We were on the first floor with no view. Person at front desk was nice and helpful. Breakfast was included and was served at a Mexican restaurant a few blocks away which was a nice change to the typical hotel breakfasts. The one thing that really annoyed me though was that it was overpriced for what was given.

In the room, there's a sign in the wall saying additional towels are available during your stay but when I asked the front desk, the first thing he said was " why do you need additional towels?". I think it's none of his business and he he shouldn't have asked guests that question, and then he said he could swap dirty towels with clean ones. The sign said we could request more towels. I didn't like the way he responded to my inquiry. Did he think I would steal hotel's towels? They're just regular towels. I just left feeling not happy. Please tell him to respect guests more.

- Jared (10/5): - This was our second time staying here. We stayed last year and had such a great experience we booked again. We have stayed at other places in town and chose not to book them again. The rooms are very clean which is most important to us. It is an older hotel, but don't let that scare you. They have remodeled and they are nice comfortable rooms. This time after we left we received a call shortly after leaving because I had left my jacket hanging on the coat hanger behind the door. We both double checked the room before leaving but since it was behind the door we missed it. So nice to get a call and since we were still in town we went by and picked it up. I highly reccomend staying with them you won't regret it. It has become our go to place while staying in Ouray! Thanks again!!

- Alexis (4/5): An uncomfortable stay for my elderly mom. - The location was central to downtown and walkable to an early morning coffee shop. Also, Nikki checked us in late and up grades our room so that there were fewer steps to climb for my elderly mom. The beds were so high that my 91 year old mother could not sleep on them. We had to put the top mattress on the floor. Also, the bathrooms had no grab bars. Though we knew we were not getting a handicapped room, I asked our hostess if all the rooms in her hotel were not ADA compliant. She said none of them were and that Ouray hotels do not have that requirement. I find it hard to believe that a tourist destination like Ouray does not provide the minimum of ADA accessible beds on its hotels. I asked for a discount, but was refused because I had not asked for an ADA room on the Booking.com site. But apparent there would not have been a handicapped-accessible room anyway.

They give u a ticket to a breakfast several blocks away. It was a very good breakfast and the coffee was great. There was coffee maker in room so I wish I could have paid for room w/o breakfast. It was their only option I think since they donāt have a kitchen to serve from. Not a big deal though

I didnāt like that you advertised a āSHORTā walk to breakfast, when in fact it was way farther than expected. Breakfast only had a few options with No substitution, every option but 1 was Mexican food, so if you donāt care for that you are stuck with pancakes and eggs(no meat) EVERY MORNING. Not even cereal was offered. No milk was offered with breakfast. The restaurant was poorly staffed and some mornings you waited FOREVER just to get waited on.

Our room was very, very clean. The included breakfast was a breakfast voucher with several options to a nearby Mexican restaurant - no complaints, their food was great. We will definitely stay there again! Our room didn't have any view, but this was not a real problem, since once you step outside, the view of the mountains all around is fantastic!

Streets were crowded and little parking so it was good to park and walk. Room was clean and nice. Wish there was an exhaust fan in the bathroom but there was a window. We had a room on the first floor with a king bed. People upstairs werenāt too noisy it and overall it was quiet. Free parking was nice but a little tight with a full size truck. They did provide a breakfast voucher for Mi Mexico which was nice as well. We walked but some people may prefer to drive. Really no complaints other than the price was a bit high for one night.

- Savanna (10/5): - Abram Inn & Suites was wonderful! The staff, the breakfast accommodations, the comfort of the bed, all was fantastic! When we come back to the beautiful town of Ouray, we will be staying here again!
